Translation:
The acupoints of the Hand-Yangming Large Intestine Meridian begin with Shangyang (LI1, Shāngyáng), followed by Erjian (LI2, Èrjiān), Sanjian (LI3, Sānjiàn), and Hegu (LI4, Hégu). Then come Yangxi (LI5, Yángxī), Pianli (LI6, Piānlì), and Wenliu (LI7, Wēnliú). Further down are Xialian (LI8, Xiàlián), Shanglian (LI9, Shànglián), and Shousanli (LI10, Shǒusānlǐ).
Quchi (LI11, Qūchí), Zhouluo (LI12, Zhōuluó), and Wuli (LI13, Wǔlǐ) are located, along with Binao (LI14, Bìnáo), Jianyu (LI15, Jiānyú), and Jugu (LI16, Jùgǔ) where they originate. Tianding (LI17, Tiāndǐng) and Futu (LI18, Fútū) connect to Heliao (LI19, Héliáo), ending finally at Yingxiang (LI20, Yíngxiāng), totaling twenty acupoints.
Shangyang (LI1, Shāngyáng) is on the medial side of the index finger; seek Erjian (LI2, Èrjiān) in the depression before the proximal interphalangeal joint; locate Sanjian (LI3, Sānjiàn) in the depression after the proximal interphalangeal joint; Hegu (LI4, Hégu) is found in the depression between the metacarpals of the thumb and index finger.
Yangxi (LI5, Yángxī) is on the radial side of the wrist crease; Pianli (LI6, Piānlì) is secured three cun distal to the wrist crease; Wenliu (LI7, Wēnliú) is five cun distal to the wrist crease; Xialian (LI8, Xiàlián) is seen five cun proximal to Quchi (LI11, Qūchí).
Shanglian (LI9, Shànglián) is at the midpoint three cun proximal to Quchi (LI11, Qūchí); Shousanli (LI10, Shǒusānlǐ) is encountered two cun proximal to Quchi (LI11, Qūchí); Quchi (LI11, Qūchí) is at the end of the transverse cubital crease when the elbow is flexed; Zhouluo (LI12, Zhōuluó) is near the lateral aspect of the elbow.
Seek Wuli (LI13, Wǔlǐ) in the center of the large tendon, located three cun above the elbow towards the interior; measure Binao (LI14, Bìnáo) seven cun above the elbow; locate Jianyu (LI15, Jiānyú) at the shoulder tip when the arm is raised.
Jugu (LI16, Jùgǔ) ascends from the tip of the shoulder; Tianding (LI17, Tiāndǐng) is accurately located four cun lateral to the throat; Futu (LI18, Fútū) is three cun lateral to Tiantu (CV22, Tiāntǔ); Heliao (LI19, Héliáo) is five fen lateral to Shuigou (GV26, Shuǐgōu).
Yingxiang (LI20, Yíngxiāng) is one cun above Heliao (LI19, Héliáo); the distribution of the Large Intestine Meridian acupoints is thus clearly distinct.
