【方歌】雀斑淡黄碎点形，火郁孙络血风成，犀角升麻丸常服，
正容散洗渐无痕踪。
【注】此证生于面上，其色淡黄，碎点无数，由火郁于孙络之
血分，风邪外搏，发为雀斑。宜常服犀角升麻丸，并治
一切粉刺、酒刺、〔黑干〕〔黑曾〕靥子等证。外用时
珍正容散，早晚洗之，以泽其肌，久久自愈。亦有水亏
火滞而生雀斑者，宜服六味地黄丸。
方剂：犀角升麻丸
组成：犀角（一两五钱） 升麻（一两）
羌活（一两） 防风（一两）
白附子（五钱） 白芷（五钱）
生地黄（一两） 川芎（五钱）
红花（五钱） 黄芩（五钱）
甘草（生，二钱五分）
各研细末，合均，蒸饼为小丸，每服二钱，食远临
卧用茶清送下。
【方歌】犀角升麻油雀斑，〔黑干〕〔黑曾〕靥子亦能痊，犀升
羌防白附芷，生地芎红芩草丸。
又方：时珍正容散
组成：猪牙皂角 紫背浮萍
白梅肉 甜樱桃枝（各一两）
焙干，兑鹰粪白三钱，共研为末。每早晚用少许，
在手心内，水调浓搓面上，食久以温水洗面。用至七、
八日后，其斑皆没，神效。
【方歌】正容散洗雀斑容，猪牙皂角紫浮萍，白梅樱桃枝鹰粪，
研末早冕水洗灵。
又方：六味地黄丸
组成：怀熟地（八两） 山萸肉
怀山药（炒，各四钱） 白茯苓
丹皮 泽泻（各三钱）
共为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服二钱，空
心淡盐汤送下。
【方歌】六味地黄善补阴，能滋肾水并生津，萸苓山药丹皮泻，
研末蜜丸服最神。
【方歌】雀斑呈现淡黄色的碎点形状，这是由于火邪郁结在孙络（细小的络脉）的血分中，加上风邪外袭搏结而形成的。平时常服用犀角升麻丸，外用正容散清洗，久而久之斑点会逐渐消失不留痕迹。
【注】这种病症生长在面部，颜色呈淡黄色，有无数碎小的斑点。其成因是火邪郁结于孙络的血分，风邪从外部侵袭搏结，从而引发雀斑。适宜长期服用犀角升麻丸，该方也能治疗一切粉刺、酒刺（酒渣鼻）、黑干子、黑曾子及面靥等病症。外用时使用珍氏正容散，早晚清洗面部，以润泽肌肤，坚持久用自然痊愈。也有因肾水亏虚、火邪停滞而生雀斑的情况，适宜服用六味地黄丸。
方剂：犀角升麻丸
组成：犀角（一两五钱） 升麻（一两）
羌活（一两） 防风（一两）
白附子（五钱） 白芷（五钱）
生地黄（一两） 川芎（五钱）
红花（五钱） 黄芩（五钱）
甘草（生用，二钱五分）
将各药研成细末，混合均匀，用蒸饼制成小丸，每次服用二钱，饭后较远时或临睡前用茶汁送服。
【方歌】犀角升麻丸可治雀斑，黑干子、黑曾子及面靥也能治愈，方中含犀角、升麻、羌活、防风、白附子、白芷、生地黄、川芎、红花、黄芩、甘草制成的丸剂。
又一方：珍氏正容散
组成：猪牙皂角 紫背浮萍
白梅肉 甜樱桃枝（各一两）
焙干后，加入鹰粪白三钱，共同研为细末。每天早晚取少许，在手心中用水调成浓稠状，搓洗面部，过一段时间后用温水洗脸。使用七到八日后，斑点全部消退，效果神奇。
【方歌】正容散清洗可改善雀斑容貌，含猪牙皂角和紫背浮萍，还有白梅、樱桃枝和鹰粪，研成粉末早晚水洗非常灵验。
又一方：六味地黄丸
组成：怀熟地（八两） 山萸肉
怀山药（炒制，各四钱） 白茯苓
丹皮 泽泻（各三钱）
共同研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二钱，空腹时用淡盐汤送服。
[Prescription Verse] Freckles present as light yellow, fragmented spots. This condition arises from fire stagnation in the blood aspect of Sunluo (fine collateral vessels), combined with external wind pathogen attack. Regularly consume Xijiao Shengma Wan (Rhinoceros Horn and Cimicifuga Pill), and wash externally with Zhengrong San; gradually, the marks will disappear without a trace.
[Annotation] This condition appears on the face, characterized by light yellow color and countless tiny spots. It is caused by fire stagnating in the blood aspect of the Sunluo (fine collateral vessels), where wind pathogens attack externally and bind, resulting in freckles. Composition: Xi Jiao (Rhinoceros Horn, 1 liang 5 qian); Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 1 liang); Qiang Huo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, 1 liang); Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 1 liang); Bai Fu Zi (Typhonii Rhizoma, 5 qian); Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 5 qian); Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix, 1 liang); Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 5 qian); Hong Hua (Carthami Flos, 5 qian); Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix, 5 qian); Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, raw, 2 qian 5 fen).
Grind each ingredient into fine powder, mix evenly, form small pills using steamed bread dough. Take 2 qian per dose, administered well after meals or before bedtime, delivered with clear tea juice.

Composition: Zhu Ya Zao Jiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Spina, 1 liang); Zi Bei Fu Ping (Moslae Herba, 1 liang); Bai Mei Rou (Prunus mume Flesh, 1 liang); Tian Ying Tao Zhi (Cerasi Ramulus, 1 liang).
Dry by roasting, add Ying Fen Bai (Falconis Alumen, 3 qian), grind together into powder. Each morning and evening, take a small amount, mix with water in the palm to form a thick paste, rub onto the face, and after some time, wash the face with warm water. After seven to eight days of use, the spots will completely vanish; this is remarkably effective.
[Prescription Verse] Zhengrong San (Zhengrong Powder) washes away freckles and restores complexion. It contains Zhu Ya Zao Jiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Spina) and Zi Bei Fu Ping (Moslae Herba), along with Bai Mei Rou (Prunus mume Flesh), Ying Tao Zhi (Cerasi Ramulus), and Ying Fen Bai (Falconis Alumen). Ground into powder and washed with water morning and evening, it is highly efficacious.
Another Formula: Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill)
Composition: Huai Shu Di (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 8 liang); Shan Yu Rou (Corni Fructus); Huai Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Oppositae Rhizoma, stir-fried, 4 qian each); Bai Fu Ling (Poria, 4 qian each); Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex, 3 qian); Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma, 3 qian).
Grind into fine powder, bind with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 2 qian per dose, swallow with light salt soup on an empty stomach.
[Prescription Verse] Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill) excels at nourishing Yin, benefiting Kidney water and generating body fluids.
