【方歌】黑痣生面霉点斑，小如黍粒豆形圆，孙络之血阳束结，
挑破水晶膏点痊。
【注】此证生于面部，形如霉点，小者如黍，大者如豆，比皮
肤高起一线。有自幼生者，亦有中年生者，由孙络之血
，滞于卫分，阳气束结而成。宜用线针挑破，以水晶膏
点之，三四日结迦，其痣自落，用贝叶膏贴之，兼戒酱
醋，愈后无痕。
方剂：水晶膏
用法：矿子石灰水化开，取末五钱，又用浓碱水多半茶钟，浸
于石灰末内，以碱水高石灰二指为度。再以糯米五十粒
，撒于灰上，如碱水渗下，陆续添之，泡一日一夜，冬
天两日一夜，将米取出，捣烂成膏。挑少许点于痣上，
不可太过，恐伤好肉。
【方歌】水晶膏能点黑痣，碱水浸灰入糯米，一日一夜米泡红，
取出捣膏效无比。
又方：贝叶膏（见溃疡门）
【方歌】皯〔黑曾〕如尘久始暗，原于忧思抑郁成，大如莲子小
赤豆，玉容久洗自然平。
【注】此证一名黧黑斑。初起色如尘垢，日久黑似煤形，枯暗
不泽，大小不一，小者如粟粒赤豆，大者似莲子、芡实
，或长、或斜、或圆，与皮肤相平。由忧思抑郁，血弱
不华，火燥结滞而生于面上，妇女多有之。宜以玉容散
早晚洗之，常用美玉磨之，久久渐退而愈。戒忧思、劳
伤，忌动火之物
方剂：玉容散 白牵牛
团粉 白蔹
白细辛 甘松
白鸽粪 白芨
白莲蕊 白芷
白术 白僵蚕
白茯苓（各一两） 荆芥
独活 羌活（各五钱）
白附子 鹰条白
白扁豆（各一两） 防风（五钱）

共研末，每用少许，放手心内，以水调浓搽搓面上
，良久再以水洗面，早晚日用二次。

莲蕊，芷术僵蚕白茯苓，荆芥独羌白附子，鹰条白扁豆
防风，白丁香共研为末，早晚洗面去斑容。
【方歌】面部黑痣如同霉点斑，小的像黍米，大的呈圆形豆状。这是孙络中的血液被阳气束缚凝结所致，挑破后用“水晶膏”点涂即可痊愈。

【注】此病证又名黧黑斑。初起时颜色像尘垢，日久变得黑得像煤形，干枯暗淡无光泽，大小不一，小的如粟粒、赤豆，大的似莲子、芡实，形状或长、或斜、或圆，与皮肤相平。由于忧思抑郁，血气虚弱不能荣华，火燥结滞而生于面部，妇女多见。适宜用“玉容散”早晚清洗，常用美玉摩擦，久而久之逐渐消退而痊愈。需戒除忧思、劳伤，忌食动火之物。

[Prescription Verse] Black nevi on the face resemble mold spots; small ones are like millet seeds, large ones round like beans. This is caused by blood in the Sunluo collateral vessels being bound and congealed by Yang Qi. Puncture them and apply Shuijing Gao (Crystal Paste) to cure.
[Annotation] This condition occurs on the face, resembling mold spots. Small ones are like millet seeds, large ones like beans, protruding slightly above the skin level. Some appear since childhood, others in middle age. It arises from blood stagnation in the Sunluo collaterals within the Wei (Defensive) division, where Yang Qi binds and congeals. It is suitable to puncture with a thread needle and apply Shuijing Gao (Crystal Paste). After three to four days, scabs will form, and the nevus will fall off naturally. Apply Beiye Gao (Banyan Leaf Paste) afterward, while avoiding soy sauce and vinegar. The healing will leave no scars.
Formula: Shuijing Gao (Crystal Paste)
Usage: Dissolve lime (Calcii Oxidum) in water, take five qian of the powder. Add half a teacup of strong alkali water into the lime powder, with the alkali water level two finger-widths above the lime. Sprinkle fifty glutinous rice grains on the ash. If the alkali water seeps down, add more continuously. Soak for one day and one night (two days and one night in winter). Remove the rice and pound it into a paste. Apply a small amount to the nevus; do not apply too much to avoid damaging healthy flesh.
[Prescription Verse] Shuijing Gao can remove black nevi; alkali water soaks ash with glutinous rice. After one day and night, the rice turns red. Remove and pound into paste for unparalleled efficacy.
Another Formula: Beiye Gao (See Ulcer Section)
[Prescription Verse] Lihei Ban (Dark Brown Spots) resemble dust, darkening over time, originating from worry, thought, and depression. Large ones are like lotus seeds, small ones like red beans. Washing with Yurong San (Jade Beauty Powder) for a long time will naturally flatten them.
[Annotation] This condition is also known as Lihei Ban (Dark Brown Spots). Initially, the color resembles dirt or grime; over time, it becomes black like coal, dry, dull, and lusterless. Sizes vary: small ones like millet grains or red beans, large ones like lotus seeds or Euryale seeds. Shapes may be elongated, oblique, or round, lying flat with the skin. It is caused by worry, thought, and depression leading to weak blood that fails to nourish, combined with Fire and Dryness causing stagnation on the face. It is common in women. It is suitable to wash with Yurong San (Jade Beauty Powder) morning and evening, and frequently rub with fine jade. Over time, it will gradually fade and heal. Avoid worry, thought, and overexertion; refrain from foods that generate internal Heat.

Ingredients: Baiqianniu (Semen Pharbitidis), Tuafen (Starch), Bailian (Radix Patriniae), Baixixin (Radix Asari), Gansong (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma), Baige Fen (Columbae Excrement), Baiji (Rhizoma Bletillae), Bailianrui (Stamen Nelumbinis), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Baifuling (Poria), Jingjie (Herba Schizonepetae), Duhuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis), Qianghuo (Rhizoma Notopterygii), Baifuzi (Rhizoma Typhonii), Yingtiaobai (Aluminis Crystallizatum), Bian Dou (Semen Dolichoris), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Baidingxiang (Moschus).
Preparation: Grind all ingredients into powder. Take a small amount, place in the palm, mix with water to form a thick paste, rub onto the face, wait for a while, then wash with water. Use twice daily, morning and evening.
[Prescription Verse] Yurong San removes Lihei Ban; Qiangniu, Tuafen, Bailian, Baixixin, Gansong, Baige Fen, and Bailianrui. Baizhi, Baizhu, Baijiangcan, and Baifuling. Jingjie, Duhuo, Qianghuo, Baifuzi, Yingtiaobai, Bian Dou, and Fangfeng. Baodingxiang ground together into powder; wash face morning and evening to remove spots and restore beauty.
