治疗风邪伤肺引起的发热、头痛、咳嗽、鼻塞、声音沉重、流涕和痰多、胸部胀满：
紫苏、干葛（野葛根）、半夏、前胡、人参、茯苓、枳壳、桔梗、甘草、陈皮。
以上药材切碎，用水两钟，加入生姜三片、大枣一枚，煎至八分，不拘时间服用。
治疗春季感受风寒导致肺气壅塞，出现头痛、身体疼痛、恶寒、发热：
前胡、羌活、麻黄、茯苓、川芎、黄芩、甘草、蔓荆子、枳壳、细辛。

治疗风邪感冒引起的头痛、拘挛疲倦、酸痛、呕吐痰涎：

治疗感冒风邪引起的发热、头痛、身体疼痛、咳嗽：
柴胡、前胡、羌活、独活、甘草、桔梗、人参、川芎、茯苓、枳壳。
加入生姜三片、大枣一枚，煎服。
治疗伤风导致肺气不清，出现咳嗽、声音沉重、痰涎壅盛：
旋复花、荆芥、麻黄、前胡、甘草、赤芍药、半夏。
加入生姜三片、大枣一枚，煎至八分服用。
治疗同上证候：
荆芥、白芷、麻黄、陈皮、苍术、甘草。
加入生姜三片、葱白一根，煎服。
治疗冬季伤风引起的咳嗽、恶风、拘挛疲倦：
桂枝、芍药、甘草。
用水两钟，加入生姜三片、大枣二枚，煎服。
治疗同上证候：
苍术、本（藁本）、白芷、细辛、羌活、川芎、甘草。
加入生姜三片、葱白二寸，煎服。
治疗夏季伤风引起的咳嗽、头痛、鼻塞、恶风：
人参、紫苏、川芎、白芷、前胡、枳壳、桔梗、杏仁、甘草、陈皮、荆芥。
加入生姜三片，煎服。
张仲景说：“太阳病（太阳经受邪所致的病证）发热且口渴、不恶寒的，称为温病；如果发汗后身体灼热的，称为风温（风温病）。风温病的症状包括自汗出、身体沉重、嗜睡、鼻息鼾声、言语困难。”适宜使用葳蕤汤或人参败毒散加葳蕤仁。
To treat fever, headache, cough, nasal congestion, heavy voice, runny nose, phlegm, and chest fullness caused by wind-pathogen injuring the Lung:
Perillae Folium (Zisu), Puerariae Radix (Gange), Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Banxia), Peucedani Radix (Qianhu), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Poria (Fuling), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi).
The above herbs are chopped. Decoct with two units of water, three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), and one Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) until reduced to eight-tenths. Take at any time.
To treat Lung Qi obstruction due to wind-cold injury in spring, manifesting as headache, body pain, aversion to cold, and fever:
Peucedani Radix (Qianhu), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang), Poria (Fuling), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Viticis Fructus (Manjingzi), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin).
Decoct with five slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) and take.
To treat headache, stiffness, fatigue, soreness, and vomiting of phlegm-saliva caused by wind-pathogen common cold:
Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Poria (Fuling), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Bombyx Batryticatus (Baijiangcan), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiong), Cicadae Periostracum (Chantui), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Nongpo), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Agastachis Herba (Huoxiangye).
Decoct with two units of water, three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), and two stalks of Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai) until reduced to eight-tenths. Take hot at any time.
To treat fever, headache, body pain, and cough caused by wind-pathogen common cold:
Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu), Peucedani Radix (Qianhu), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Poria (Fuling), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike).
Decoct with three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) and one Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) and take.
To treat unclear Lung Qi due to wind-stroke, manifesting as cough, heavy voice, and abundant phlegm-saliva:
Inulae Flos (Xuanjinhua), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang), Peucedani Radix (Qianhu), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao), Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Banxia).
Decoct with three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) and one Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) until reduced to eight-tenths and take.
To treat the same condition as above:
Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Atractodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao).
Decoct with three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) and one stalk of Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai) and take.
To treat cough, aversion to wind, and stiffness/fatigue due to wind-stroke in winter:
Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao).
Decoct with two units of water, three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), and two Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) and take.
To treat the same condition as above:
Atractodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Ben), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao).
Decoct with three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) and two cun of Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai) and take.
To treat cough, headache, nasal congestion, and aversion to wind due to wind-stroke in summer:
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Perillae Folium (Zisu), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Peucedani Radix (Qianhu), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie).
Decoct with three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) and take.
Zhang Zhongjing stated: "When Taiyang disease (disease of the Taiyang channel) presents with fever and thirst but no aversion to cold, it is called Warm Disease (Wenbing). If sweating therapy is applied and the body becomes burning hot, it is named Wind-Warmth (Fengwen). The manifestations of Wind-Warmth include spontaneous sweating, heaviness of the body, excessive sleepiness, snoring breath, and difficulty speaking." It is appropriate to use Weiyu Tang or Renshen Baidu San added with Weiyu Ren.
