治痘后抽风，两眼天吊，项背反张，口噤不开，口流涎沫，昏沉不省人事，周身溃烂，
脓水直流，皆治之。
黄 （一两） 甘草（二钱） 白术（二钱） 党参（三钱） 白芍（二钱） 当归（一钱）
枣仁（二钱） 桃仁（一钱五分，研） 红花（一钱五分）

此方专治痘后抽风及周身溃烂。若因伤寒、瘟疫、杂症疾久，气虚抽风，抽风门另有专
方。

此方治少腹积块疼痛，或有积块不疼痛，或疼痛而无积块，或少腹胀满，或经血见时，
先腰
兼少腹疼痛，或粉红兼白带，皆能治之，效不可尽述。
更出奇者，此方种子如神，每经初见之日吃起，一连吃五副，不过四月必成胎。必须男
女年
双岁，必择单月方生子。择月不可以初一为定准，以交节为定准。要知偶有经过二十日结胎
者，切记准日期。倘月份不对生女，莫谓余方不验。余用此方，效不可以指屈。
道光癸未年，直隶布政司素纳公，年六十，因无子甚忧，商之于余。余曰∶此易事耳。
至六
。此方更有险而不险之妙。孕妇体壮气足，饮食不减，并无伤损，三个月前后，无故小产，
常有连伤数胎者，医书颇多，仍然议论滋阴养血、健脾养胃、安胎保胎，效方甚少。不知子
宫内，先有瘀血占其地，胎至三月再长，其内无容身之地，胎病靠挤，血不能入胎胞，从旁
流而下，故先见血。血既不入胎胞，胎无血养，故小产。如曾经三月前后小产，或连伤三五
胎，今又怀胎，至两个月前后，将此方服三五副，或七八副，将子宫内瘀血化净，小儿身长
有容身之地，断不至再小产。若已经小产，将此方服三五副，以后存胎，可保无事。此方去
疾，种子，安胎，尽善尽美，真良善之方也。
治疗痘疹痊愈后出现的抽搐惊风，双眼上翻直视，颈项背部强直反张，牙关紧闭无法张开，口角流出涎沫，神志昏沉不省人事，全身皮肤溃烂，脓水直流不止，这些症状均可用此方治疗。

“抽风”的“风”字是前人误写，服用此方可使阳气回复，生命得以复苏。
此方治疗少腹部有积块且疼痛，或者虽有积块但不疼痛，或者疼痛但没有积块，或者少腹胀满，或者月经来潮时，先出现腰痛兼少腹疼痛，或者经血色粉红夹杂白带，这些情况都能治疗，疗效无法一一尽述。
更奇妙的是，此方具有神奇的助孕功效。从每次月经初来的那一天开始服用，连续服用五剂，不超过四个月必定怀孕。必须男女双方年龄均为双数岁，并且必须选择单月受孕才能生男孩。选择月份不能以农历初一为标准，而应以节气交接为标准。要知道偶尔也有经过二十天就结胎的情况，切记要准确计算日期。如果月份不对而生下女孩，不要说我的方子没有效验。我使用此方，疗效多得数不清。

此方更有看似危险实则安全的妙处。孕妇身体强壮、气机充足、饮食正常，并没有受到损伤，但在怀孕三个月前后，无故发生小产，常有连续伤害数个胎儿的情况，医书中记载很多，医生们仍然议论通过滋阴养血、健脾养胃来安胎保胎，但有效的方子很少。不知道子宫内先有瘀血占据了空间，胎儿到三个月时再生长，内部没有容纳身体的地方，胎儿生病依靠挤压，血液不能进入胎胞，从旁边流下来，所以先见出血。血液既然不能进入胎胞，胎儿没有血液滋养，所以小产。如果曾经在怀孕三个月前后小产，或者连续伤害了三五个胎儿，现在又怀孕，在怀孕两个月前后，将此方服用三五剂，或者七八剂，将子宫内的瘀血化净，小儿身体长大后有容纳的空间，断不会再小产。如果已经小产，将此方服用三五剂，以后保住胎儿，可以保证无事。此方能祛除疾病、帮助受孕、安胎，尽善尽美，真是良善的方子。
Treating convulsions and wind-stroke occurring after the recovery from smallpox, with eyes rolling upward, opisthotonos (backward arching of the neck and back), trismus (lockjaw) preventing mouth opening, drooling, deep coma and loss of consciousness, generalized skin ulceration, and continuous discharge of pus. All these conditions can be treated.
Huangqi (Astragali Radix, 1 liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 2 qian) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 2 qian) Dangshen (Codonopsis Radix, 3 qian) Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 2 qian) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1 qian) Zaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, 2 qian) Taoren (Persicae Semen, 1.5 qian, crushed) Honghua (Carthami Flos, 1.5 qian).
Decoct in water and take orally.
This formula is specifically indicated for convulsions and generalized ulceration following smallpox. If the convulsions are caused by Qi deficiency due to prolonged illness from Cold Damage (Shanghan), Plague, or miscellaneous diseases, there are other specialized formulas listed under the "Convulsions" chapter.
Formula Song:
Zuwei Herong [Foot-Supporting and Harmony-Ying] decoction uses Grass (Gancao) and Zhu (Baizhu);
Shen (Dangshen), Shao (Baishao), Gui (Danggui), Zao (Zaoren), Tao (Taoren), and Hong (Honghua) support the body.
The character "Wind" (Feng) in "Chou Feng" (Convulsions/Wind-Stroke) was a mistake by predecessors;
Taking this formula restores Yang, and life can be revived.
This formula treats masses and pain in the lower abdomen, or masses without pain, or pain without masses, or distension and fullness in the lower abdomen. It also treats cases where, during menstruation, lumbar pain accompanied by lower abdominal pain occurs first, or when the menstrual blood is pinkish mixed with white leukorrhea. All these conditions can be treated, and the efficacy cannot be fully described.
Even more remarkable is its miraculous effect on promoting conception. One should start taking it on the day menstruation first appears, continuing for five doses. Within four months, pregnancy will certainly occur. Both male and female partners must be of even-numbered ages, and conception should be timed in odd-numbered lunar months to ensure the birth of a son. The choice of month should not be based on the first day of the lunar month, but on the precise moment of solar term transition. Note that occasionally conception may occur within twenty days; strictly adhere to accurate date calculation. If a daughter is born due to incorrect timing, do not claim my formula is ineffective. I have used this formula, and its successes are too numerous to count.

This formula possesses the subtle virtue of appearing dangerous yet being safe. When a pregnant woman is physically robust, has sufficient Qi, normal appetite, and no injury, she may still suffer spontaneous abortion around the third month, sometimes losing several fetuses in succession. Medical texts record many such cases, yet physicians continue to discuss nourishing Yin and Blood, strengthening the Spleen and Stomach to calm the fetus, but effective formulas are rare. They fail to realize that stasis (Blood Stasis) occupies the space in the uterus beforehand. When the fetus grows at three months, there is no room for it. The fetus becomes diseased due to compression, blood cannot enter the fetal sac, and flows out from the side, causing bleeding. Since blood does not nourish the fetus, spontaneous abortion occurs. If one has suffered spontaneous abortion around the third month previously, or lost three to five fetuses, and is now pregnant, taking this formula for three to five or seven to eight doses around the second month of pregnancy will resolve the uterine stasis completely. This provides ample space for the fetus to grow, ensuring no further miscarriage. If spontaneous abortion has already occurred, taking this formula for three to five doses will help preserve subsequent pregnancies safely. This formula eliminates disease, aids conception, and calms the fetus; it is perfect and truly an excellent prescription.
