羌活 甘草（炙） 防风 防己 黄 蔓荆子 川芎 独活 细辛 枳壳 麻
黄（去根） 地骨皮 人参 知母 甘菊花 薄荷叶 白芷 枸杞子 当归 杜仲（炒） 秦
艽柴胡 半夏 浓朴（姜制） 前胡 熟地黄（各二两） 白茯苓 黄芩（各三两） 苍术 生地
黄石膏 芍药（各四两） 官桂（一两） 上三十三味，重七十五两， 咀，每服一两，水
二钟，煎至一钟，温服。天阴加生姜三片煎，空心一服，临再煎滓服。假令一气之
微汗，用愈风汤三两，加麻黄一两，匀作四服，每服加生姜五七片，空心服，以粥
投之，得微汗则佳。如一旬之通利，用愈风汤三两，加大黄一两，亦匀作四服，每
服加生姜五七片，临卧煎服，得利为度。
人参 天竺黄 生乌犀屑（研） 朱砂（研，飞） 雄黄（研，飞） 生玳瑁屑（研） 琥珀
（研，各一两） 麝香（研） 龙脑（研，各二钱半） 金箔（半入药，半入衣） 银箔（研，各五十片） 牛黄（研）
天南星（水煮软切片，各半两） 安息香（一两半，为末，以无灰酒搅，澄飞过滤，去沙土，大约得净数一
两，火熬成膏） 上将生犀、玳瑁为细末，入余药研匀，将安息香膏重汤煮烊，入诸
药中和搜成剂，盛不津器中，并旋丸如梧桐子大，用人参汤化下三丸至五丸。又疗
小儿诸痫，急惊心热，卒中客忤，不得眠睡，烦躁，风涎 搐搦，每二岁儿服二
丸，人参汤化下。

羌活、甘草（蜜炙）、防风、防己、黄芩、蔓荆子、川芎、独活、细辛、枳壳、麻黄（去除根部）、地骨皮、人参、知母、甘菊花、薄荷叶、白芷、枸杞子、当归、杜仲（炒制）、秦艽、柴胡、半夏、厚朴（姜汁制）、前胡、熟地黄（以上各二两）、白茯苓、黄芩（以上各三两，注：原文此处重复列出黄芩，依原文结构保留，实际应为不同药材或笔误，但按字面翻译为黄芩）、苍术、生地黄、石膏、芍药（以上各四两）、官桂（一两）。以上三十三味药，总重七十五两。将药物捣碎成粗末，每次服用一两，加水二钟，煎煮至一钟，温服。若遇阴天，加生姜三片同煎，空腹时服用一次，临睡前再煎煮药渣服用。假如想要通过一气运行产生微汗，使用愈风汤三两，加入麻黄一两，均匀分为四次服用，每次服用时加生姜五到七片，空腹服用，服药后喝粥送下，以微微出汗为佳。假如想要在一旬内达到通利效果，使用愈风汤三两，加入大黄一两，也均匀分为四次服用，每次服用时加生姜五到七片，临睡前煎服，以大便通畅为度。
人参、天竺黄、生乌犀屑（研细）、朱砂（研细，水飞）、雄黄（研细，水飞）、生玳瑁屑（研细）、琥珀（研细，以上各一两）、麝香（研细）、龙脑（研细，以上各二钱半）、金箔（一半入药，一半入衣）、银箔（研细，以上各五十片）、牛黄（研细）、天南星（水煮软后切片，以上各半两）、安息香（一两半，研成粉末，用无灰酒搅拌，澄清过滤，去除沙土，大约得到纯净粉末一两，用火熬制成膏）。先将生犀角、玳瑁研成细末，加入其余药物研匀，将安息香膏隔水加热熔化，加入各种药物中调和成丸剂，盛放在不透水的容器中，并随时搓成梧桐子大小的丸药，用人参汤送服三丸至五丸。又治疗小儿各种痫证，急惊心热，卒中客忤，不能睡眠，烦躁，风涎抽搐，每两岁儿童服用二丸，用人参汤送服。

Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Manjingzi (Viticis Fructus), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, roots removed), Digupi (Lycii Cortex), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Boheye (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex, stir-baked), Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, ginger-juice processed), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata; each 2 liang), Bai Fuling (Poria, each 3 liang), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix; each 4 liang), Guangui (Cinnamomi Cortex; 1 liang). The above thirty-three ingredients weigh a total of 75 liang. Coarsely crush the herbs. For each dose, take 1 liang, add 2 zhong of water, and decoct until 1 zhong remains. Take warm. On cloudy days, add 3 slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) for decoction. Take one dose on an empty stomach, and decoct the dregs again to take before sleep. If aiming for a slight sweat through the movement of one qi, use 3 liang of Yufeng Tang, add 1 liang of Mahuang, divide evenly into four doses. Add 5 to 7 slices of Shengjiang to each dose, take on an empty stomach, and follow with congee. Slight sweating is desirable. If aiming for purgation within ten days, use 3 liang of Yufeng Tang, add 1 liang of Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), divide evenly into four doses. Add 5 to 7 slices of Shengjiang to each dose, decoct and take before sleep. Stop when bowel movement is achieved.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Tianzhuhuang (Calami Tini), Sheng Wuxi Xie (Rhinocerotis Cornu, raw, crushed), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, crushed, levigated), Xionghuang (Realgar, crushed, levigated), Sheng Daimao Xie (Manis Squama, raw, crushed), Hupo (Succinum, crushed; each 1 liang), Shexiang (Moschus, crushed), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, crushed; each 2 qian 5 fen), Jinbo (Folium Aureum, half added to medicine, half used for coating), Yinbo (Folium Argenti, crushed; each 50 pieces), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus, crushed), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, boiled until soft and sliced; each 0.5 liang), Anshixiang (Styrax, 1.5 liang, made into powder, stirred with pure wine, clarified, filtered to remove sand and soil, yielding approximately 1 liang of clean powder, boiled over fire to form a paste). First, grind the raw Rhinoceros Horn and Manis Squama into fine powder. Mix with the other crushed herbs. Melt the Styrax paste in a double boiler, add all medicines, and knead into a pill mass. Store in a non-porous vessel. Roll into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Administer 3 to 5 pills dissolved in Renshen decoction. This also treats various epilepsy syndromes in children, acute fright-heat, sudden attack by alien pathogens, insomnia, restlessness, wind-phlegm convulsions. For every two years of age, administer 2 pills, dissolved in Renshen decoction.
