生地 熟地 大黄 白芍 秦艽（各一钱） 当归（二钱） 防风（五分） 甘草（五分） 水煎
服。
蟾酥 轻粉 麝香（等分） 巴豆（少许，另研） 上研极细，乳汁为丸，如黍米大，
每服二三丸，姜汤下。治大满大实，心胸高起，气塞不通，结实之证。
桃仁（去皮尖，六两） 柴胡 诃子皮 枳实（麸炒） 木香（各五两） 炙甘草（四两） 大黄（面裹煨，
十五两） 蜜丸，桐子大，每服二十丸。
当归身 升麻稍 桃仁泥 甘草（炙，各一钱） 熟地黄 生地黄 红花（各五分） 水二
大盏，煎一盏，调槟榔细末五分，稍热服。一方加麻仁、大黄各等分，唯红花少许，
名润燥汤。
猪苓 泽泻 白术 人参 藿香 柏子仁 半夏（姜制） 陈皮 白茯苓 甘草 木
通栀子 黑牵牛 槟榔 枳壳 大黄 浓朴（姜制） 麝香（少许） 上生姜煎服，兼服木
香和中丸。吐不止，灸气海、天枢。如又不通，用蜜导。
黄柏（酒洗，焙） 知母（酒洗，焙，各二两） 肉桂（二钱） 为细末，熟水为丸，芡实大，
每服百丸，加至二百丸，沸汤空心下。
生地、熟地、大黄、白芍、秦艽（各一钱），当归（二钱），防风（五分），甘草（五分），用水煎服。
蟾酥、轻粉、麝香（等分），巴豆（少许，单独研磨）。将上述药物研成极细粉末，用乳汁制作成丸剂，大小如黍米，每次服用二三丸，用姜汤送下。治疗大满大实、心胸部位高起、气机阻塞不通的结实证候。
桃仁（去皮尖，六两），柴胡、诃子皮、枳实（麸炒）、木香（各五两），炙甘草（四两），大黄（面粉包裹煨制，十五两），制成蜜丸，大小如梧桐子，每次服用二十丸。
当归身、升麻稍、桃仁泥、甘草（炙，各一钱），熟地黄、生地黄、红花（各五分），加水两大盏，煎至一盏，调入槟榔细末五分，趁稍热时服用。另一配方加入麻仁、大黄各等分，仅用少量红花，名为润燥汤。
猪苓、泽泻、白术、人参、藿香、柏子仁、半夏（姜制）、陈皮、白茯苓、甘草、木通、栀子、黑牵牛、槟榔、枳壳、大黄、浓朴（姜制）、麝香（少许）。以上药物加生姜煎服，同时服用木香和中丸。如果呕吐不止，灸气海穴、天枢穴。如果仍然不通畅，使用蜜导法。
黄柏（酒洗，焙干）、知母（酒洗，焙干，各二两）、肉桂（二钱），研成细末，用熟水制作成丸剂，大小如芡实，每次服用一百丸，逐渐增加至二百丸，空腹时用沸水送服。
Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Shudi (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix) (each 1 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (2 qian), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (0.5 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (0.5 qian). Decoct in water and take orally.
Chansu (Toad Venom), Qingfen (Calomel), Shexiang (Moschus) (equal parts), Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (a small amount, ground separately). Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder, mix with milk to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take 2-3 pills per dose, administered with ginger decoction. Treats severe fullness and excess conditions, protrusion of the chest and heart region, qi obstruction and blockage, presenting as solid accumulation syndromes.
Taoren (Persicae Semen) (remove skin and tips, 6 liang), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Hezipi (Terminalia Chebulae Pericarpium), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) (stir-fried with bran), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (each 5 liang), Zhi Gancao (Honey-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (4 liang), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (wrapped in flour and stewed, 15 liang). Form honey pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills per dose.
Sheng Lushen (Aloe) (Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) (equal parts)). Form rice pills, administer with wine.
Dangguishen (Radix Angelicae Sinensis Caput), Shengma ( Cimicifugae Rhizoma) tip, Taoren ni (Persicae Semen paste), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (fried, each 1 qian), Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Honghua (Carthami Flos) (each 0.5 qian). Add two large cups of water, decoct to one cup. Mix in 0.5 qian of fine Arecae Semen powder, take while slightly warm. Another prescription adds Mahong (Cannabis Fructus) and Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) in equal parts, using only a small amount of Honghua (Carthami Flos), named Rundao Tang (Moistening Dryness Decoction).
Zhuling (Polyporus), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Huoxiang (Agastaches Herba), Baiziren (Biota Seed), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (prepared with ginger), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Bai Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus), Qian Niu (Pharbitidis Semen), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) (prepared with ginger), Shexiang (Moschus) (a small amount). Decoct with fresh ginger and take orally; simultaneously administer Muxiang Hezhong Wan (Aucklandia Harmonizing Middle Pill). If vomiting persists, moxa Qihai (CV 6) and Tianshu (ST 25). If still obstructed, use honey suppository method.
Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (washed with wine, dried), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) (washed with wine, dried, each 2 liang), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex) (2 qian). Grind into fine powder, mix with boiled water to form pills the size of Euryale Seed. Take 100 pills per dose, increasing to 200 pills, taken on an empty stomach with boiling water.
Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Huashi (Talcum) (each half liang), Qianniu (Pharbitidis Semen) (take first extraction powder, 2.5 qian). Prepare as one dose. Decoct with Dengxin Cao (Junci Medulla) and Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus), take before meals.
Xu (Herba Siegesbeckiae) (1.5 liang), Dengxin (Junci Medulla) (100 roots), Hongshushugen (Root of Red Sorghum). Decoct with river water, take hot on an empty stomach before meals.
