茯神（去木） 白茯苓（去皮） 人参 龙齿（各一两） 远志（去心，姜汁浸） 石菖蒲（各一两） 为末，
蜜丸，桐子大，以辰砂为衣，每服七十丸，空心，热姜汤下。
茯神四两，香附一斤，蜜丸，弹子大，名交感丹。若用此方加甘草少许，
为末，热汤调服，则名交感汤。治心肾不交，遗泄，能益气清神，降火升水。
钟乳粉（炼成者，一两） 白石脂（净瓦阁起 红，研细，水飞） 阳起石（用甘锅于大火中 令通红取出，
酒淬，放阴地令干，各半两） 左顾牡蛎（七钱，洗，用韭子捣汁，盐泥固济，火 ，取白者） 上四味，
各研，令细如粉，方拌和作一处令研匀，一二日，以糯米粉煮糊为丸，如芡实大，
入地坑出火毒一宿，每服一粒，空心，浓煎人参汤，放冷送下，熟水亦得。
黑附子（炮，三两） 川乌头（炮，二两） 白龙骨（一两） 补骨脂 舶上茴香 川楝子（各一两七
钱） 为末，酒糊丸，如桐子大，每服五十丸，空心，温酒送下。
用半夏一两，破如豆大，猪苓末二两，先将一半炒半夏，色黄不令焦，出火毒，
取半夏为末，糊丸，桐子大，候干。更用前猪苓末一半同炒，微裂，入砂瓶内养之，
空心，温酒、盐汤下三四十丸。常服，于申未间温酒下。（半夏有利性，而猪苓
导水，盖肾闭，导气使通之意也。）
茯神（去除木质部分）、白茯苓（去除外皮）、人参、龙齿（各一两）、远志（去除心部，用姜汁浸泡）、石菖蒲（各一两），研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，以辰砂为外衣，每次服用七十丸，空腹时，用热姜汤送服。

使用半夏一两，破开如豆子大小，猪苓末二两，先将一半半夏炒至黄色但不焦糊，除去火毒，将半夏研成细末，用糊剂制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，待干燥。再用之前的猪苓末一半与剩余半夏同炒，微裂，放入砂瓶内养护，空腹时，用温酒或盐汤送服三四十丸。常服时，在申时未时之间用温酒送下。（半夏有利尿作用，而猪苓引导水液，大概是针对肾气闭塞，引导气机使之通畅的意思。）
Longgu (Fossilized Bones) and Jiu Zi (Seed of Allium tuberosum), each one qian, ground into fine powder, taken with wine.
Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Baifuling (White Poria without bark), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Longchi (Dragon Teeth), each one liang; Yuanzhi (Polygala Root, heart removed, soaked in ginger juice), Shichangpu (Acorus Rhizome), each one liang. Ground into fine powder, made into honey pills the size of paulownia seeds, coated with Zhensha (Cinnabar). Take seventy pills per dose, on an empty stomach, washed down with hot ginger decoction.
Fushen (Poria with Hostwood) four liang, Xiangfu (Cyperus Rhizome) one jin, made into honey pills the size of a bullet, named Jiaogan Dan (Interacting Sensation Pill). If this formula is used with a small amount of Gancao (Licorice Root) added, ground into powder, and taken with hot water, it is then named Jiaogan Tang (Interacting Sensation Decoction). It treats spermatorrhea and seminal emission caused by Heart-Kidney non-interaction, benefiting Qi, clearing the spirit, descending fire, and ascending water.
Zhongru Fen (Calcitriol Powder, refined), one liang; Baishizhi (Halloysite), purified and calcined in a tile vessel until red, finely ground and processed by water flotation; Yangqishi (Actinolite), placed in a clay pot over high heat until thoroughly red, quenched in wine, and dried in a shady place, half liang each; Zuogu Muli (Oyster Shell facing left), seven qian, washed, treated with juice from crushed Jiu Zi (Allii Tuberosi Semen), sealed with salt mud, calcined, and only the white part retained. The above four ingredients are each ground separately until fine as powder, then mixed together and ground uniformly. After one to two days, cooked rice paste made from glutinous rice flour is used to form pills the size of Euphorbia seed. Bury them in a pit underground overnight to eliminate "fire toxicity." Take one pill per dose, on an empty stomach, sent down with cold concentrated Renshen (Ginseng Root) decoction; boiled water is also acceptable.
Heifuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix), three liang; Chuanwutou (Prepared Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), two liang; Bailonggu (White Fossilized Bones), one liang; Buguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus); Bo Shang Huixiang (Fennel Fruit imported from overseas); Chuanlianzi (Toosendan Fruit), each one liang seven qian. Ground into powder, formed into pills using wine paste, the size of paulownia seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, on an empty stomach, sent down with warm wine.
Use Banxia (Pinellia Tuber), one liang, broken into pieces the size of beans, and Zhuling (Polyporus), powder, two liang. First, stir-fry half of the Banxia until yellow but not burnt, remove "fire toxicity," and grind into powder. Form into pills the size of paulownia seeds using paste, and let dry. Then, use half of the previously prepared Zhuling powder to stir-fry the remaining Banxia until slightly cracked. Place in a clay jar for storage. Take thirty to forty pills on an empty stomach, sent down with warm wine or salted water. For regular use, take with warm wine between Shen (3-5 PM) and Wei (1-3 PM) hours. (Banxia has diuretic properties, while Zhuling guides water flow; this likely intends to address Kidney closure by guiding Qi to promote unblocking.)
