益智仁 川萆 石菖蒲 乌药（各等分） 上 咀，每服四钱，水一盏，入盐一捻，
煎七分，食前。一方加茯苓、甘草。
山药（姜汁炒，二两） 黄 人参（各一两） 白茯苓（去皮） 远志（去心） 茯神（去木，各一两） 朱
砂（二钱） 炙草（二钱） 桔梗（三钱） 木香（一钱半） 麝（一钱） 共为末，酒调服二钱。
石莲 茯神 山药 茯苓 芡实 熟地 枸杞 莲须 牡蛎 椿根 用
蓄二两煎汁，入前药再煎。
石莲肉（二两） 白茯苓（焙干，一两） 菟丝子（酒浸，研，五两） 山药（二两，内七钱半打糊） 上为
细末，用山药糊搜和为丸，如梧子大，每用五十丸，温酒或盐汤下，空心服。如脚
膝无力，木瓜汤下，晚食前再服。
破故纸（炒） 青盐（各四两） 白茯苓 五倍子（各一两） 为末，酒煮糊丸，梧子大，每服
三十丸，空心，温酒或盐汤下。
山药 枸杞 五味 山萸 锁阳 酒黄柏 酒知母（各一两） 人参 黄 石莲
蛤粉（各一两二钱） 白术（三两） 山药打糊丸。
益智仁、川萆薢、石菖蒲、乌药（各取等量）。将上述药材切碎，每次服用四钱，加水一盏，放入一撮盐，煎至七分满，在饭前服用。另一配方中加入茯苓和甘草。

石莲子、茯神、山药、茯苓、芡实、熟地黄、枸杞子、莲须、牡蛎、椿根皮、用蓄。取用蓄二两煎煮成汁，加入前述药物再次煎煮。
石莲肉（二两）、白茯苓（焙干，一两）、菟丝子（酒浸后研磨，五两）、山药（二两，其中七钱半打制成糊状）。以上药材研为细末，用山药糊调和做成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次服用五十丸，空腹时温酒或盐汤送服。若脚膝无力，用木瓜汤送服，晚饭后再次服用。
破故纸（即补骨脂，炒制）、青盐（各四两）、白茯苓、五倍子（各一两）。研为细末，用酒煮糊制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三十丸，空腹时温酒或盐汤送服。
山药、枸杞子、五味子、山茱萸、锁阳、酒黄柏、酒知母（各一两）、人参、黄芪、石莲子、蛤粉（各一两二钱）、白术（三两）。用山药打糊制成丸剂。
Yizhiren (Bunge Seedling's Fruit), Chuan Bixie (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Wuyao (Linderae Radix) (equal parts). The above are cut into small pieces. Each dose is four qian, with one cup of water and a pinch of salt added, decocted to seven-tenths full, taken before meals. Another prescription adds Fuling (Poria) and Gancao (Licorice Root).
Shanyao (Stir-fried with ginger juice, two liang), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each one liang), Baifuling (Poria, peeled), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed), Fushen (Poria with hostwood, heartwood removed) (each one liang), Zhusha (Cinnabar, two qian), Zhi Cao (Honey-processed Licorice Root, two qian), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, three qian), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, one and a half qian), She Xiang (Musk, one qian). All are ground into fine powder, mixed with wine for oral administration of two qian per dose.
Shilian (Nelumbinis Semen), Fushen (Poria with hostwood), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Qianshi (Euryales Semen), Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Gouqi (Lycii Fructus), Lianxu (Nelumbinis Stamen), Muli (Ostreae Concha), Chun Genpi (Toosendan Cortex), Yong Xu (Verbenae Herba). Take two liang of Yong Xu, decoct in water to obtain the juice, then add the aforementioned herbs and decoct again.
Baifuling (Poria), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Gancao Shao (Licorice Root Tip), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Cheqian (Plantaginis Semen), Tu Niuxi (Cyathulae Radix), Bixie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma).
Shilian Rou (Nelumbinis Semen, endocarp removed, two liang), Baifuling (Poria, baked dry, one liang), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine and ground, five liang), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, two liang, of which seven and a half qian are made into paste). The above are ground into fine powder, kneaded with the Shanyao paste into pills the size of wutong seeds. Each dose is fifty pills, taken on an empty stomach with warm wine or salted water. If there is weakness in the feet and knees, take with Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus) decoction, and take another dose after evening meal.
Pogu Zhi (Psoraleae Fructus, stir-fried), Qingyan (Blue Vitriol/Salt, four liang each), Baifuling (Poria), Wubeizi (Galae Chinensis Gall, one liang each). Ground into powder, boiled with wine and paste to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Each dose is thirty pills, taken on an empty stomach with warm wine or salted water.
Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Gouqi (Lycii Fructus), Wuwei Zi (Schisandrae Fructus), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Suoyang (Cynomorii Herba), Jiuhuangbai (Phellodendri Cortex processed with wine), Jiuzhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma processed with wine) (each one liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Shilian (Nelumbinis Semen), Haifen (Concha Arcae) (each one liang and two qian), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, three liang). Made into pills using Shanyao paste.
Gouqi (Lycii Fructus), Jinying (Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus), Lianxu (Nelumbinis Stamen), Qianshi (Euryales Semen), Lianrou (Nelumbinis Semen), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus) (each one liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Fuling (Poria) (each one liang). Made into pills using wine paste.
Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, two qian), Sharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus, one liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, five qian), Zhuling (Polyporus), Fuling (Poria), Lianrui (Nelumbinis Pistillum), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Yizhiren (Bunge Seedling's Fruit) (each two and a half qian). Made into pills using Qianshi paste.
