主瘾疹方∶

上一十味，切，以水二斗，煮取七升，适冷暖分以洗病上，日三夜二。
主瘾疹发疮方∶
地榆（三两） 苦参（八两） 大黄 黄芩（各四两） 黄连 芎 （各二两） 甘草

上七味，切，以水六斗，煮取三斗，洗浴之，良。
又方∶
大黄 当归 升麻 防风 芍药 青木香 黄芩 甘草（炙，各二两） 枫香（五两） 黄
柏芒硝（各三两） 地黄汁（一升）
上一十二味，切，以水一斗，煮取三升半，去滓，纳芒硝令烊，帛拓病上一炊久，日四
五夜二三，主瘾疹痛痒，良。
治瘾疹痛痒，搔之逐手肿方∶
当归 芎 大戟 细辛 芍药 附子（去皮） 芫花 踯躅 椒（各一两） 莽草（半
两）
上一十味，切，以苦酒浸药一宿。以猪膏二升半煎，三上三下，膏成，去滓，敷病上，
日三夜一。
方一十四首 灸法一首
治白癜白驳，浸淫 疡，着颈及胸前方∶
大醋于瓯底磨硫黄令如泥，又以八角附子截一头使平，就瓯底重磨硫黄使熟，夜卧先布
拭病上令热，乃以药敷之，重者三度。
又方∶
硫黄 水银 矾石 灶墨
上四味，等分，捣下筛，以葱涕和研之，临卧以敷病上。
又方∶
石硫黄（三两） 附子（去皮） 铁精（各一两）
上三味，并研捣，以三年醋和，纳瓷器中密封七日，以醋泔净洗，上拭干，涂之，干即
涂，一两日，慎风。
炙法∶
五月五日午时，灸膝外屈脚当纹头，随年壮，两处。灸一时下火，不得转动。
治头项及面上白驳，浸淫渐长，有似于癣，但无疮方∶
干鳗鲡鱼炙脂涂之，先洗拭驳上，外把刮之，令小碜痛，拭燥，然后以鱼脂涂之，一涂
便愈，难者不过三涂之，佳。
又方∶取生木空中水洗之，食顷止。
又方∶桂心末唾和，敷驳上，日三。
又方∶
白芨（一作白蔹） 当归 附子（炮，各一两，去皮） 天雄（炮，去皮） 黄芩（各
一两）
干姜（四两） 踯躅（二升）
上七味，捣筛为散，酒服五分匕，日三服。
凡人身有赤疵方∶
常以银揩令热，不久渐渐消灭瘢痕。
治疣赘疵痣方∶
雄黄 硫黄 真珠 矾石（熬） 茹 巴豆（去皮心） 藜芦（各一两）
上七味，捣筛为散，以漆和令如泥，涂贴病上，须成疮，及去面上黑子，点之即去。
治皮中紫赤疵痣靥秽方∶
干漆（熬） 雌黄 矾石（各三两） 雄黄（五两） 巴豆（五十枚，去皮） 炭皮（一
斤）
上六味，为散，以鸡子白和涂故帛，贴病上，日二易之，即除。
主治瘾疹的方剂：
枫香（一斤） 川芎 大黄 黄芩 当归 人参 射干 甘草（炙，各三两） 升麻（四两）
以上十味药，切碎，用水二斗，煎煮至七升，根据冷热适宜的程度分次清洗患处，白天三次，夜间两次。
主治瘾疹并发疮疡的方剂：
地榆（三两） 苦参（八两） 大黄 黄芩（各四两） 黄连 川芎（各二两） 甘草（六两，炙）
以上七味药，切碎，用水六斗，煎煮至三斗，用于洗浴，效果良好。
又一方：
大黄 当归 升麻 防风 芍药 青木香 黄芩 甘草（炙，各二两） 枫香（五两） 黄柏 芒硝（各三两） 地黄汁（一升）
以上十二味药，切碎，用水一斗，煎煮至三升半，滤去药渣，加入芒硝使其溶化，用丝绸敷贴患处约一顿饭的时间，白天四五次，夜间两三次，主治瘾疹疼痛瘙痒，效果良好。
治疗瘾疹疼痛瘙痒，搔抓后随即肿胀的方剂：
当归 川芎 大戟 细辛 芍药 附子（去皮） 芫花 踯躅 花椒（各一两） 莽草（半两）
以上十味药，切碎，用醋浸泡药物一夜。用猪脂二升半煎药，进行“三上三下”的煎制工艺，膏成后，滤去药渣，涂抹于患处，白天三次，夜间一次。
共十四首方剂，一首灸法。
治疗白癜风、白驳病、浸淫疮及疡，病变位于颈部及胸前的方剂：
在瓦钵底部研磨硫黄直至呈泥状，再将八角附子切平一头，在钵底再次研磨硫黄使其熟透。夜间睡觉前，先擦拭患处使其发热，然后将药敷在上面，病情重的使用三次。
又一方：
硫黄 水银 矾石 灶心土墨
以上四味药，等量混合，捣碎过筛，用葱汁调和研细，临睡前敷于患处。
又一方：
石硫黄（三两） 附子（去皮） 铁精（各一两）
以上三味药，一起研磨捣碎，用三年的陈醋调和，放入瓷器中密封七天，用醋淘米水洗净患处，擦干后涂药，干了就再涂，每隔一两日一次，注意避风。
灸法：
五月五日午时，灸膝盖外侧屈脚时皱纹尽头处，按患者年龄决定壮数，左右两处各灸。灸一小时后熄火，期间不得移动身体。
治疗头颈及面部白驳病，浸淫逐渐扩大，类似癣但无疮口的方剂：
将干鳗鲡鱼烤出油脂涂抹。先清洗擦拭白驳处，用手掌拍打刮擦，使皮肤轻微刺痛，擦干后，再用鱼脂涂抹，涂一次即可痊愈，难治者不超过三次涂抹，效果佳。
又一方：取生木孔中的水洗患处，片刻即止。
又一方：桂心末用唾液调和，敷在白驳处，每天三次。
又一方：
白芨（一作白蔹） 当归 附子（炮，各一两，去皮） 天雄（炮，去皮） 黄芩（各一两）
干姜（四两） 踯躅（二升）
以上七味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，用酒送服五分匕的量，每天服用三次。
凡身上有红色斑疵的方剂：
常用银器摩擦患处使其发热，不久后瘢痕会逐渐消除。
治疗疣赘、斑疵、黑痣的方剂：
雄黄 硫黄 真珠 矾石（熬） 茹（指茜草或类似根茎类药材，此处依原文保留） 巴豆（去皮心） 藜芦（各一两）
以上七味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，用漆调和成泥状，涂抹贴敷于患处，需令其起疮，以及去除面部的黑子，点涂即可去除。
治疗皮中紫红色斑疵、黑痣、靥（酒窝样斑点）及污秽斑点的方剂：
干漆（熬） 雌黄 矾石（各三两） 雄黄（五两） 巴豆（五十枚，去皮） 炭皮（一斤）
以上六味药，制成散剂，用鸡蛋清调和涂在旧布上，贴敷于患处，每天更换两次，即可去除。
Formulas for treating Urticaria (Itchy Rash):
Fengxiang (Lithospermum Erythrorhizon / Lithospermi Radix, 1 jin), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome / Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Dahuang (Rheum Palmatum Root and Rhizome / Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellaria Baicalensis Root / Scutellariae Radix), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root / Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Root / Ginseng Radix), Shegan (Belamcanda Chinensis Rhizome / Belamcandae Rhizoma), Gancao (Licorice Root / Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared, each 3 liang), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma / Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 4 liang).
The above ten ingredients are cut, boiled in two dou of water until reduced to seven sheng. Apply the liquid to the affected area at a comfortable temperature, three times during the day and twice at night.
Formula for treating Urticaria complicated with sores:
Diyu (Sanguisorba Officinalis Root / Sanguisorbae Radix, 3 liang), Kushen (Sophora Flavescens Root / Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, 8 liang), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 4 liang), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 4 liang), Huanglian (Coptis Chinensis Rhizome / Coptidis Rhizoma, 2 liang), Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 2 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared, 6 liang).
The above seven ingredients are cut, boiled in six dou of water until reduced to three dou. Use for bathing; it is effective.
Another formula:
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Shaoyao (Paeonia Lactiflora Root / Paeoniae Radix Alba), Qingmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix / Aucklandiae Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared, each 2 liang), Fengxiang (Lithospermi Radix, 5 liang), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex / Phellodendri Cortex), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas / Natrii Sulfas), Dihuang Zhi (Rehmannia Glutinosa Juice / Rehmanniae Radix Succus, 1 sheng).
The above twelve ingredients are cut, boiled in one dou of water until reduced to three and a half sheng. Strain the dregs, add Mangxiao until dissolved. Apply with silk cloth to the affected area for the duration of a meal. Apply four to five times during the day and two to three times at night. It effectively treats the pain and itching of urticaria.
Formula for treating pain and itching of urticaria, where swelling occurs immediately upon scratching:
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Daji (Euphorbia Lathyris Root / Euphorbiae Lathyridis Radix), Xixin (Asarum Europaeum Root / Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Fuzi (Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateralis Radix Praeparata, peeled), Yuanhua (Kadsura Longipedunculata Flower Bud / Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus - *Note: Yuanhua usually refers to Kadsura or Genkwa, here likely Genkai Flos/Genkwa Flos*), Zhizhu (Rhododendron Mollle Flower / Rhododendri Mollis Flos), Jiao (Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Fruit / Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, each 1 liang), Mangcao (Vernonia Anthelmintica Herb / Vernoniae Herba, 0.5 liang).
The above ten ingredients are cut and soaked in vinegar overnight. Boil in two and a half sheng of pig fat using the "three up, three down" method. Strain the dregs and apply the ointment to the affected area, three times during the day and once at night.
Total: Fourteen formulas, one moxibustion method.
Formula for treating Vitiligo (Bai Dian Bai Bo), impetigo-like eruptions, and ulcers located on the neck and chest:
Grind Liu Huang (Sulfur / Sulfur) on the bottom of a ceramic bowl until it forms a paste. Cut one end of a Baguo Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root / Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) flat, and grind Liu Huang on the bowl bottom again until cooked. Before sleeping, wipe the affected area to make it warm, then apply the medicine. For severe cases, apply three times.
Another formula:
Liu Huang (Sulfur / Sulfur), Shuiyin (Mercurius / Hydrargyrum), Fanshi (Alumen / Alumen), Zaomo (Soot from stove / Carbonis Vegetabilis).
The above four ingredients are mixed in equal parts, pounded, and sifted. Mix with Congti (Allium Fistulosum Juice / Allii Fistulosi Sucus) and grind well. Apply to the affected area before going to bed.
Another formula:
Shi Liu Huang (Mineral Sulfur / Sulfur, 3 liang), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, peeled, 1 liang), Tiejing (Iron filings / Ferrum).
The above three ingredients are ground together. Mix with three-year-old vinegar, seal in a porcelain jar for seven days. Wash the affected area clean with vinegar rice-washing water, dry it, and apply the medicine. Reapply when dry. Once every one or two days. Avoid wind.
Moxibustion method:
On the noon hour of the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, moxa-burn the point at the outer knee where the crease ends when the leg is flexed. The number of moxa cones should correspond to the patient's age. Treat both sides. Burn for one hour, then extinguish. Do not move during the process.
Formula for treating white patches on the head, neck, and face, which spread like tinea but without sores:
Roast dried eel (Manli Yu) to extract its fat. First wash and wipe the white patch, then pat and scrape the area until slightly painful. Dry it, then apply the eel fat. One application may cure it; difficult cases require no more than three applications.
Another formula: Wash the affected area with water from hollow living wood; stop after a short while.
Another formula: Mix Guixin (Cinnamon Twig / Cinnamomi Ramulus) powder with saliva and apply to the white patch, three times daily.
Another formula:
Baiji (Bletilla Striata Tuber / Bletillae Rhizoma, also known as Bailian [Pueraria Lobata Root / Puerariae Lobatae Radix]), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, roasted, peeled, each 1 liang), Tianxiong (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root / Aconiti Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, each 1 liang), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma / Zingiberis Rhizoma, 4 liang), Zhizhu (Rhododendri Mollis Flos, 2 sheng).
The above seven ingredients are pounded and sifted into a powder. Take half a spoonful with wine, three times daily.
Formula for red spots on the body:
Rub the area with silver until warm. The scar will gradually disappear over time.
Formula for warts, spots, and moles:
Xionghuang (Realgar / Realgar), Liu Huang (Sulfur / Sulfur), Zhenzhu (Pearl / Margarita), Fanshi (Alumen / Alumen, roasted), Ru (Qian Cao / Rubiae Cordifoliae Radix), Badou (Croton Tiglium Seed / Crotonis Fructus, peeled and heart removed), Lilu (Veratrum Nigrum Rhizome / Veratri Nigri Rhizoma, each 1 liang).
The above seven ingredients are pounded and sifted into a powder. Mix with lacquer to form a paste. Apply to the affected area until a sore forms. This also removes black spots on the face; dotting them will remove them.
Formula for purple-red spots, moles, freckles, and stains in the skin:
Ganqi (Dry Lac / Dammar), Ci Huang (Orpiment / Orpiment), Fanshi (Alumen / Alumen, each 3 liang), Xionghuang (Realgar / Realgar, 5 liang), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, peeled, 50 seeds), Tanpi (Charcoal bark / Carbonis Cortex, 1 jin).
The above six ingredients are made into a powder. Mix with egg white and apply to old cloth. Paste onto the affected area. Change twice daily. It will be removed.
