禁注法∶
吾从天南来至北，食盐三斛，饮水万千，经江量海，手捉丘山，口含百毒，心怀蚰蜒。
唾天须转，唾地陷穿，唾石碎裂，唾火灭烟，唾鬼即死，唾水竭渊。东方之注自名医，入人
体中注心根，神师咒注注灭门，南方之注自名青，入人体中注百脉，神师咒注注即易。西方
之注自名摇，入人体中注脊腰，神师咒注注即消。北方之注自名雌，入人体中注心脾。神师
咒注注即移。中央之注自名雌，入人体中注十指，神师咒注注即死。四方之注尽已亡，惟我
五脏永安强。急急如律令。
禁注出血法∶（三七遍急 之）
东方之注自名羊，入人体中主腹肠，神师咒注注即亡。南方之注自名狗，入人体中主心
口，神师咒注注即走。西方之注自名鸡，入人体中主心脐，神师咒注注即迷。北方之注自名
鱼，入人体中主六腑，神师咒注注即无。中央之注自名雉，入人体中主心里，神师咒注注自
死。
谨告病患身中诸注，殃若在心腹及胸肠，或在四肢并中央。
谨告四方诸关节，急送血殃，三焦关元，下部膀胱，若有若无，不出者亡。速去百年毒，
神符欲居汝处。急急如律令。
又法∶
注父张，注母杨，注兄靖，注弟强，注姊 ，注妹姜。知汝姓字，得汝宫商，何不远去
，住何所望？前出封侯，后出斫头；前出与赏，后出与杖。汝今不去，住何所望。急急如律
令。
又禁注法∶
东方青帝食青急之注，南方赤帝食赤色之注，西方白帝食白色之注，北方黑帝食黑色之
注，中央黄帝食黄色之注，五帝之神食十二注，北斗七星食一百二十注。或食土公注，或食
土母注，或食土子注，或食土妇注，或食土孙注，或食土孙妇注，或食生人注，或食死人注，

又禁注法∶（三七遍）
东方青注，南方赤注，西方白注，北方黑注，中央黄注。五方五注，何不速去？雷公霹
雳，欲居汝处。吾唾山山崩，唾石石裂，唾火火灭，唾水水竭。吾唾五毒，逐口消灭。急急

咒注文∶
吾是太山之子，今为太山所使，口如天门，不可柱张。唾如毒药，气如秋霜，当吾者死
，值吾者亡。五注之鬼，速出速去，不得留藏。急急如律令。此咒当晨朝日初出时，遣病患
净洗手面，向东方至心礼太山讫，更以水洗手至心合掌正西立，师当在东，正当病患，面向
南立，以此咒之七遍便愈。若不愈者，明晨更如是咒之。不过三朝，无不愈者。
禁唾飞尸入腹急切痛法∶
请天上飞龙穷奇白虎，眼如明星，腹如建鼓，齐功叩齿，主食恶鬼，入食飞尸，出食殃
魅。人生于天，吞气受道，身形之中，非汝所处。形中五部，各有所主。肝为青龙，肺为白
虎，心为朱雀，肾为玄武，脾为中府，主御四方。上有真人，赤城童子；下有咸池，青腰玉
女，各守部界，不得留住。方名道人，教来治汝，头则法天，身法北斗，手为魁刚，口为金
斧，主授六甲，直神辅汝，何鬼不出，何尸不走。急急如律令。
按摩卒中注忤魍魉法∶
配阴脉十三，阳脉十五，二十八脉随手上下。一脉一通，知汝有苦。男祥妇祥，客死不
葬。骸骨消散，流离道旁。惊恐驰走，责人酒浆。南山有一人名穷奇，不食五谷，但食鬼皮。

禁注法：

东方的“注”病名叫“医”，进入人体后注入心根，神师的咒语一注，灭门之祸即除。
南方的“注”病名叫“青”，进入人体后注入百脉，神师的咒语一注，即刻容易化解。
西方的“注”病名叫“摇”，进入人体后注入脊腰，神师的咒语一注，即刻消除。
北方的“注”病名叫“雌”，进入人体后注入心脾，神师的咒语一注，即刻移走。
中央的“注”病名叫“雌”，进入人体后注入十指，神师的咒语一注，即刻死亡。
四方的“注”病都已消亡，只有我的五脏永远安康强壮。急急如律令。
禁注出血法：（连续念三七二十一遍，语气急促）
东方的“注”病名叫“羊”，进入人体后主管腹肠，神师的咒语一注，即刻消亡。
南方的“注”病名叫“狗”，进入人体后主管心口，神师的咒语一注，即刻跑掉。
西方的“注”病名叫“鸡”，进入人体后主管心脐，神师的咒语一注，即刻迷惑消散。
北方的“注”病名叫“鱼”，进入人体后主管六腑，神师的咒语一注，即刻无存。
中央的“注”病名叫“雉”，进入人体后主管心里，神师的咒语一注，自然死亡。
恭敬地告诫病患身体中的各种“注”邪，灾殃如果位于心腹及胸肠，或者位于四肢并中央部位。
恭敬地告诫四方各个关节，急速送走血分之灾殃，经过三焦、关元穴，下行至膀胱，如果有或没有，不出来的就会消亡。迅速去除百年毒气，神符想要占据你的处所。急急如律令。
又一种方法：
注病的父亲叫张，母亲叫杨，哥哥叫靖，弟弟叫强，姐姐叫[缺字]，妹妹叫姜。知道你们的姓名，懂得你们的音律宫商，为什么不远远离开？还停留在这里有什么指望？向前出去封侯拜相，向后出去砍头示众；向前出去给予奖赏，向后出去遭受杖刑。你现在如果不离开，还停留在这里有什么指望。急急如律令。
又一种禁注法：

我是太山（泰山）的儿子，现在受太山派遣，口像天门一样，不可撑开阻挡。吐出的唾沫如同毒药，气息如同秋霜，挡在我面前的会死，遇到我的会灭亡。五种“注”的鬼怪，迅速出来迅速离开，不得留藏。急急如律令。这个咒语应当在早晨太阳初出时，让病患净洗手脸，面向东方诚心礼拜太山完毕，再用清水洗手，诚心合掌，正西站立，施术者应当在东边，正对病患，面向南站立，用此咒语念七遍即可痊愈。如果未痊愈，第二天早晨再如此咒念。不超过三个早晨，没有不痊愈的。
禁唾飞尸入腹急切痛法：
请天上飞龙、穷奇、白虎降临，眼睛像明星一样明亮，腹部像建鼓一样宏大，共同功效叩齿，主食恶鬼，入体食飞尸，出体食殃魅。人出生于天，吞气受道，身形之中，不是你们所处的地方。形体中的五部，各有所主。肝为青龙，肺为白虎，心为朱雀，肾为玄武，脾为中府，主宰抵御四方。上有真人，赤城童子；下有咸池，青腰玉女，各自守护部界，不得停留。方名道人，教来治疗你们，头部则效法天，身体效法北斗，手为魁刚，口为金斧，主要传授六甲，直神辅助你们，什么鬼不出来，什么尸不逃走。急急如律令。

Prohibition of Zhu (Poisonous Pathogen) Method:
I have traveled from the South Heaven to the North, consumed three hu (a unit of volume) of salt, drunk thousands of waters, crossed rivers and seas, grasped hills and mountains with my hands, held a hundred poisons in my mouth, and harbored centipedes in my heart.
Spitting towards the sky causes it to rotate; spitting towards the ground causes it to collapse; spitting towards stones causes them to shatter; spitting towards fire extinguishes its smoke; spitting towards ghosts causes immediate death; spitting towards water dries up abyssal depths.
The Zhu pathogen from the East is named "Yi" (Physician); entering the human body, it enters the root of the Heart. The spell of the Divine Master, once applied, eliminates the calamity of extermination.
The Zhu pathogen from the South is named "Qing" (Green/Cyan); entering the human body, it enters the hundred vessels (mai). The spell of the Divine Master, once applied, makes resolution easy.
The Zhu pathogen from the West is named "Yao" (Shake); entering the human body, it enters the spine and waist. The spell of the Divine Master, once applied, eliminates it immediately.
The Zhu pathogen from the North is named "Ci" (Female); entering the human body, it enters the Heart and Spleen. The spell of the Divine Master, once applied, moves it away immediately.
The Zhu pathogen from the Center is named "Ci" (Female); entering the human body, it enters the ten fingers. The spell of the Divine Master, once applied, causes death immediately.
The Zhu pathogens of the four directions are all perished; only my five Zang organs remain eternally safe and strong. So let it be by law.

The Zhu pathogen from the East is named "Yang" (Sheep); entering the human body, it governs the abdomen and intestines. The spell of the Divine Master, once applied, causes it to perish.

The Zhu pathogen from the North is named "Yu" (Fish); entering the human body, it governs the six Fu organs. The spell of the Divine Master, once applied, causes it to vanish.
The Zhu pathogen from the Center is named "Zhi" (Pheasant); entering the human body, it governs the interior of the heart. The spell of the Divine Master, once applied, causes natural death.
Respectfully admonish the various Zhu pathogens within the patient's body: if the calamity lies in the heart, abdomen, chest, or intestines, or in the limbs and center.
Respectfully admonish the joints of the four directions: urgently send away the blood-related calamities through the San Jiao (Triple Burner), Guan Yuan (CV4), and downwards to the Bladder. Whether present or absent, those that do not exit will perish. Quickly remove century-old toxins; the divine talisman wishes to occupy your place. So let it be by law.
Another Method:
The father of the Zhu pathogen is Zhang, the mother is Yang, the elder brother is Jing, the younger brother is Qiang, the elder sister is [missing character], and the younger sister is Jiang. Knowing your names and understanding your musical pitches (Gong and Shang), why do you not depart far? What hope remains if you stay? If you go forward, you may become a marquis; if you go backward, your head will be chopped off; if you go forward, you receive rewards; if you go backward, you receive beating sticks. Since you do not leave now, what hope remains if you stay? So let it be by law.
Another Method for Prohibiting Zhu:
The Azure Emperor of the East consumes the urgent green Zhu; the Red Emperor of the South consumes the red Zhu; the White Emperor of the West consumes the white Zhu; the Black Emperor of the North consumes the black Zhu; the Yellow Emperor of the Center consumes the yellow Zhu. The spirits of the Five Emperors consume twelve types of Zhu; the Big Dipper consumes one hundred and twenty types of Zhu. Some consume the Earth Duke Zhu, some consume the Earth Mother Zhu, some consume the Earth Son Zhu, some consume the Earth Wife Zhu, some consume the Earth Grandson Zhu, some consume the Earth Grandson's Wife Zhu, some consume the Living Person Zhu, some consume the Dead Person Zhu, some...
Another Method for Prohibiting Zhu: (Recite 3x7=21 times)
Eastern Green Zhu, Southern Red Zhu, Western White Zhu, Northern Black Zhu, Central Yellow Zhu. Five directional Zhu pathogens, why do you not depart quickly? The Thunder God's lightning strikes wish to occupy your place. My spit causes mountains to crumble, stones to crack, fires to extinguish, and waters to dry up. I spit to disperse the five poisons, eliminating them mouth by mouth. So let it be by law.
Spell to Cast Out Zhu Spirits:
I am the son of Mount Tai, now sent by Mount Tai. My mouth is like the Heavenly Gate, impossible to block. My spit is like poison, my breath like autumn frost. Those who face me die; those who meet me perish. Ghosts of the five Zhu pathogens, exit quickly and depart, do not hide. So let it be by law. This spell should be recited at dawn when the sun first rises. Have the patient wash their hands and face cleanly, face east, and sincerely bow to Mount Tai. Then wash hands again with clean water, join palms sincerely, stand facing west. The practitioner should stand to the east, directly facing the patient, standing southward. Recite this spell seven times, and recovery will occur. If not recovered, repeat this spell the next morning. Within no more than three mornings, there will be no case that does not recover.
Method for Prohibiting Spit against Flying Corpse Entering Abdomen Causing Acute Pain:
Invite the Flying Dragon, Qiongqi, and White Tiger from heaven. Eyes bright as stars, bellies vast as drums. Together perform teeth-knocking. Mainly devour evil ghosts, enter to eat flying corpses, exit to eat calamitous demons. Humans are born from Heaven, swallowing Qi and receiving the Dao; the physical form is not a place where you belong. The five departments within the form each have their master. Liver is the Azure Dragon, Lungs are the White Tiger, Heart is the Vermilion Bird, Kidneys are the Black Tortoise, Spleen is the Central Mansion, governing defense of the four directions. Above reside the True Person and the Red City Boy; below reside Xianchi and the Green Waist Jade Maiden, each guarding their boundaries, not allowed to linger. The Daoist teacher comes to treat you. The head models Heaven, the body models the Big Dipper, hands are Kui Gang, mouth is the Golden Axe, primarily transmitting the Six Jia, with Direct Gods assisting you. Which ghost will not exit, which corpse will not flee? So let it be by law.
Massage Method for Sudden Strike by Zhu, Obstruction, and Wandering Spirits:
