上捣筛为散，以薄绵裹如枣核大着患处，日三，瘥止。
竹叶
浓煮，着盐含之，冷吐。或以童子小便温含之，冷吐，血即止。
刮生竹皮
以苦酒渍之，令其人解衣坐，使人含 其背，三遍。仍取竹茹浓煮汁含之漱咽，终日为
之。或用∶
矾石一两
烧末，以水二升煮之。先试血，乃含之。
明雄黄二两
为末，用脂麻油四两调匀。含漱片时，吐出再漱，数次即愈。
先用∶
白蒺藜一两
为末，煎汤，入食盐一撮漱之。次用∶
生玄胡索
为末，敷患处。
先以∶
大黄一斤 白芷十两
共为末，水丸之，每服三五钱。五更时用连须葱大者十余根，陈酒一碗，煮葱烂，取酒
送药，覆被取汗，汗过二三时，行一二次立效。
别以∶治鼻疔蟾酥丸（见十一卷）噙之。
牙缝中肿起一粒，痛连腮项，或兼麻痒，或破流血水，异于常症，是为牙疔。用竹签挑
破，以见鲜血为度。搽以∶
朱砂 砂 白矾（ ） 食盐（ ）
等分研匀之细末。更用蟾酥丸含之或服之，自愈。
青黛二两，雄黄，朱砂，莨菪子（炒制），青矾石，黄矾石，白矾石（均烧至汁液流尽），附子（炮制）。
将上述药材捣碎并过筛制成散剂。用薄棉包裹如枣核大小，置于患处，每日三次，痊愈后停止。
竹叶浓煎，加盐含漱，待冷却后吐出。或者用童子尿温热含漱，待冷却后吐出，出血即可停止。
刮取新鲜竹皮，用醋浸泡，让患者解开衣服坐下，让人含住其背部，重复三遍。接着取竹茹浓煎汁液含漱吞咽，整日持续进行。或者使用：
矾石一两，
烧成粉末，用水二升煮之。先试血，然后含漱。
明雄黄二两，
研成粉末，用芝麻油四两调匀。含漱片刻，吐出后再漱，数次即可痊愈。
先用：
白蒺藜一两，
研成粉末，煎汤，加入一撮食盐含漱。接着用：
生玄胡索，
研成粉末，敷于患处。
先用：
大黄一斤，白芷十两，
共同研成粉末，用水泛丸，每次服用三到五钱。五更天时，用十几根带须的大葱，一碗陈酒，煮烂大葱，取酒送服药物，盖被发汗，出汗两三个小时后，行走一两次即见效。另外用：治鼻疔蟾酥丸（见第十一卷）含服。
牙缝中肿起一粒，疼痛牵连腮部和颈部，或者伴有麻木瘙痒，或者破溃流出血水，不同于常规症状，这是牙疔。用竹签挑破，以见到鲜血为度。涂抹以：
朱砂，砂，白矾，食盐，
等分研成细末。再用蟾酥丸含服或服用，自然痊愈。
攒齿疳，是指牙根肉内长出骨尖如刺般疼痛。小儿多见此症，用披针刺开肌肉，取出本牙。如果出血不止，用湿绵纸更换贴敷两次，自然止血。
Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) two liang, Xionghuang (Realgar), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Liangdangzi (Datura Seed, stir-fried), Qingfanshi (Green Alum Stone), Huangfanshi (Yellow Alum Stone), Baifanshi (White Alum Stone, all calcined until juices are exhausted), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root).
Crush and sieve the above herbs to make a powder. Wrap in thin cotton like a date pit, apply to the affected area, three times daily, stop when healed.
Decoct bamboo leaves thickly, add salt, hold in mouth, spit out when cool. Alternatively, hold warm urine of a young boy in mouth, spit out when cool, bleeding will stop.
Scrape fresh bamboo skin, soak in vinegar, have the patient sit with clothes loosened, have someone hold it against their back, repeat three times. Then take thick decoction of bamboo shavings (Zhuru), hold in mouth and swallow, continue throughout the day. Or use:
Fanshi (Alum Stone) one liang,
calcine into powder, boil in two sheng of water. Test for blood first, then hold in mouth.
Ming Xionghuang (Bright Realgar) two liang,
grind into powder, mix evenly with four liang of Sesame Oil (Sesamum indicum oil). Hold in mouth for a while, spit out, rinse again, heal after several times.
First use:
Baijili (Tribulus Fruit) one liang,
grind into powder, decoct in water, add a pinch of table salt, hold in mouth and rinse. Next use:
Sheng Xuanhusuo (Fresh Corydalis Rhizome),
grind into powder, apply to affected area.
First use:
Dahuang (Rhubarb Root) one jin, Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root) ten liang,
grind together into powder, form pills with water, take three to five qian per dose. At fifth watch, use more than ten large green onions with roots, one bowl of aged wine, cook onions until soft, take medicine with wine, cover with blanket to induce sweating, after two to three hours of sweating, walk once or twice, immediate effect. Additionally use: Zhi Dingchuang Chansu Wan (Toad Venom Pill for Nasal Carbuncle, see Volume 11), hold in mouth.
A swelling rises in the gum gap, pain radiates to cheek and neck, accompanied by numbness or itching, or breaks open leaking blood and fluid, different from common symptoms, this is Ya Ding (Dental Carbuncle). Puncture with bamboo stick, until fresh blood appears. Apply:
Zhusha (Cinnabar), Sha (Sand/Mineral powder), Baifan (White Alum), Shiyán (Table Salt),
equal parts ground into fine powder. Also use Chansu Wan (Toad Venom Pill), hold in mouth or take orally, self-healing.
Zanci Gan (Gathering Teeth Gum Disease), refers to bone tips protruding from within the gum flesh like thorns causing pain. Common in children, use a lancet to pierce the flesh, extract the tooth. If bleeding does not stop, replace with wet cotton paper twice, it will stop naturally.
