水酒各半，煎八分服。如日久疼痛，或皮肉不破而疼痛，可用水蛭切碎，以烈火炒焦黑
研碎，加入前药中，最多三剂，决不再痛，惟水蛭必须炒黑，万不可半生，否则反有害于人。
鹿角烧灰研末，以水和涂之立出。久者不过一夕。或取羊粪燥者烧灰，和脂涂之，刺若
未出，重敷之。
生磁石一两
研末，以芸苔子油调敷皮外，离针入处约寸许。渐移至针口，由受伤原口而出，极神效。
以金属薄板如银、铜、铅、锡等片，时时在入口部熨贴，则水银自能出而侵蚀各金，俟
各金上融合已足，更易之，至罄而止。
择三角形银杏果实去壳及心，渍芸苔子油中越宿，即取出捣烂，敷贴患部，日更易之，
数次即愈。
以牛膝根茎合捣，敷之即出。纵疮合，其刺犹自出。或以鹿脑浓敷上，燥复易之，半日
即出。
桑螵蛸（炙） 白龙骨
上二味等分为末，空服盐汤下二钱，日三。
石菖蒲 萆 益智仁 乌药
上四味各一两，水煎八分，温服，以瘥为度。
土茯苓三斤 生黄 一斤 当归八两
先以水三十碗，将土茯苓煎汤，取黄 、当归拌匀微炒，干磨为末，蜜为丸。白汤下
三钱，日三，一剂当效。
三七、大黄、丹皮、枳壳、大蓟、小蓟各三钱，当归、白芍、生地黄各五钱，红花一钱，桃仁十四枚。用水和酒各一半，煎煮至八分满时服用。如果是日久疼痛，或者皮肤肌肉没有破损但感到疼痛，可以将水蛭切碎，用烈火炒至焦黑后研碎，加入前面的药中，最多服用三剂，疼痛决不会再发。但是水蛭必须炒成黑色，万万不可半生半熟，否则反而对人有害。
将鹿角烧成灰后研成粉末，用水调和涂抹患处，异物立刻就会排出。时间长的也不过一夜。或者取干燥的羊粪烧成灰，混合油脂涂抹，如果刺还没有出来，再次敷药。
生磁石一两，研成粉末，用芸苔子油（油菜籽油）调匀敷在皮肤外面，距离针头进入的地方大约一寸左右。逐渐移动到针口处，从受伤的原伤口排出，效果极神奇。
用金属薄板如银、铜、铅、锡等片，时常在入口部位熨贴，那么水银自然能出来并侵蚀各种金属，等到各种金属上融合得足够多时，更换新的金属片，直到排尽为止。
选择三角形的银杏果实，去掉壳和芯，浸泡在芸苔子油中过夜，然后取出捣烂，敷贴在患部，每天更换，几次就能痊愈。
将牛膝的根茎合在一起捣烂，敷上即可使异物排出。即使疮口愈合，刺也会自己出来。或者用鹿脑浓敷在上面，干了就再换，半天就能出来。
桑螵蛸（炙烤）、白龙骨。
以上两味药等量分成粉末，空腹时用盐汤送服二钱，每天三次。
菟丝子、麦门冬。
等量分成粉末，用蜂蜜做成梧桐子大小的丸药，用盐汤送服，每次服用七十丸。
石菖蒲、萆薢、益智仁、乌药。
以上四味药各一两，用水煎煮至八分满，温服，以病愈为度。

先用三十碗水，将土茯苓煎成汤，把黄芪、当归拌匀微炒，干磨成粉末，用蜂蜜做成丸药。用白开水送服三钱，每天三次，一剂应当见效。
Sanqi (Notoginseng Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Danpi (Moutan Cortex), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus), Da Ji (Cirsii Japonici Herba), Xiao Ji (Cirsii Herba) each 3 qian; Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Shengdi Huang (Rehmanniae Radix) each 5 qian; Honghua (Carthami Flos) 1 qian; Taoren (Persicae Semen) 14 pieces. Decoct with half water and half wine, take when reduced to eight-tenths volume. For chronic pain or pain without skin/muscle breakage, crush Leech (Shuizhi, Hirudo), stir-fry over high fire until charred black, grind into powder, and add to the previous herbs. Take for a maximum of three doses; pain will definitely cease. The leech must be thoroughly charred; if half-raw, it may cause harm.
Burn Deer Antler Bone (Lujiao) to ash, grind into powder, mix with water, and apply topically to expel foreign bodies immediately. Even in long-standing cases, not more than one night is needed. Alternatively, burn dry Sheep Manure (Yangfen) to ash, mix with fat/oil, and apply. If the splinter has not emerged, reapply.
Sheng Cishi (Magnetitum) 1 liang, grind into powder, mix with Youcai Zi You (Brassicae Napus Seed Oil), and apply externally on the skin, about one cun away from the entry point of the needle. Gradually move closer to the wound opening until the object exits through the original injury site; this is extremely effective.
Use thin metal sheets such as silver, copper, lead, or tin. Frequently apply/iron them at the entry site. Mercury will naturally emerge and amalgamate with the metals. Replace the sheets when sufficient amalgamation occurs, continuing until all mercury is expelled.
Select triangular Ginkgo nuts (Yinxing Guo), remove shell and core, soak in Youcai Zi You (Brassicae Napus Seed Oil) overnight. Remove, pound into paste, and apply to the affected area. Change daily; heal after several applications.
Pound together Niuxi root and rhizome (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), apply to expel the foreign body. Even if the wound closes, the splinter will self-expel. Alternatively, apply thick Deer Brain (Lu Nao) densely; replace when dry. It will emerge within half a day.
Hua Tuo’s Divine Formula for Syphilitic Condyloma/Chancres
Sangpiaoxiao (Mantidis Oötheca) (stir-fried), Bailonggu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi).
Grind the above two ingredients into equal parts powder. Take 2 qian with salted water on an empty stomach, three times daily.
Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix).
Grind into equal parts powder, make honey pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 70 pills per dose with salted water.
Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Bixie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma), Yizhiren (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus), Wuyao (Linderæ Radix).
Each of the above four ingredients 1 liang. Decoct with water, reduce to eight-tenths volume, take warm. Continue until cured.
Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma) 3 jin, Sheng Huangqi (Astragali Radix) 1 jin, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 8 liang.
First, decoct Tufuling in 30 bowls of water to make a soup. Mix Huangqi and Danggui evenly, stir-fry lightly, dry, and grind into powder. Make honey pills. Take 3 qian with plain boiled water, three times daily. One dose should show efficacy.
