上以水七升，煮取二升半，分三服。
白芍药 干地黄 牡蛎各五两 桂心三两
水一斗，煮取二升半，去滓，分三服，日三。
独活 生姜各五两 防风 秦艽 桂心 白术 甘草 当归 附子各三两 葛根二两
防己一两
上以水一斗二升，煮取三升，去滓，分三服。
鹿肉三斤 芍药 独活 秦艽 黄芩 黄 半夏 干地黄 桂心 芎 各二两 生姜
六两 甘草 阿胶各一两 茯苓 人参各四两
以水二斗，先煮肉得一斗二升，去肉纳药，煎三升，去滓，纳胶令烊，分四服，日三夜
一。
辰砂（水飞）二钱 紫项地龙一条 乳汁三合
先以乳汁调辰砂，纳地龙沸之，刮净去地龙，入无灰酒一碗，分作三、四次服，有效。
荆芥穗（焙研） 黑豆（炒焦）各二钱
入醇酒一碗中，煎数沸，乘热灌入，立效。
甘草 干地黄 麦门冬 麻黄各十两 栝蒌根 芎 黄芩各二两 杏仁五十枚 葛根
半斤
上以水一斗五升，酒五升，合煮葛根，取八升，去滓纳诸药，煮取三升，去滓分再服。
一剂不瘥，更合。
初起者用∶
野蔷薇子（择大红色者）一两
酒煎服，一次即愈。如日久两手不能提举。可用∶
蔷薇花四两 当归二两 红花一两 陈酒五斤
上以各药内酒中，渍数日，随量饮之，两料全愈。

以上药物以水一斗二升，煎煮至三升，滤去药渣，分三次服用。
鹿肉三斤，芍药，独活，秦艽，黄芩，黄芪，半夏，干地黄，桂心，川芎各二两，生姜六两，甘草，阿胶各一两，茯苓，人参各四两。
用水二斗，先煮鹿肉至得一斗二升，去掉肉放入药材，煎煮至三升，滤去药渣，加入阿胶使其溶化，分四次服用，白天三次，夜间一次。
辰砂（水飞法处理）二钱，紫项地龙一条，乳汁三合。
先用乳汁调匀辰砂，放入地龙煮沸，刮净后去掉地龙，加入无灰酒一碗，分作三到四次服用，有疗效。
荆芥穗（焙干研末），黑豆（炒焦）各二钱。
放入醇酒一碗中，煎煮数沸，趁热灌服，立即见效。
鳔胶一两。
用蛤粉炒焦，去掉粉，捣碎成散剂，分三次服用，用煎好的蝉蜕汤送服。
甘草，干地黄，麦门冬，麻黄各十两，栝蒌根，川芎，黄芩各二两，杏仁五十枚，葛根半斤。
以上药物以水一斗五升，酒五升，合煮葛根，取八升，滤去药渣放入其他药物，煎煮至三升，滤去药渣分两次服用。
一剂病未愈，再配制一副。
初起者使用：
野蔷薇子（挑选大红色的）一两。
用酒煎服，一次即可痊愈。如果日久导致两手不能提举。可以使用：
蔷薇花四两，当归二两，红花一两，陈酒五斤。
以上药物放入酒中，浸泡数日，适量饮用，两料即可全愈。
Radix Malvae Abutili (Kuigen) 2 liang, Semen Plantaginis (Cheqianzi) 1 sheng, Hair (burned to ash), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Cortex Cinnamomi (Guixin), Talcum (Huashi) each 1 liang, Herba Pubescentiae (Tongcao) 2 liang, Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens (Shengjiang) 6 liang, Juice of Benincasa hispida (Donggua zhi) 7 he.
Take the above herbs with 7 sheng of water, decoct to obtain 2.5 sheng, divide into three doses.
Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishaoyao), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Gan Dihuang), Concha Ostreae (Muli) each 5 liang, Cortex Cinnamomi (Guixin) 3 liang.
Take 1 dou of water, decoct to obtain 2.5 sheng, remove dregs, divide into three doses, taken three times daily.
Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Duhuo), Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens (Shengjiang) each 5 liang, Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng), Caulis Gentianae Macrophyllae (Qinjiao), Cortex Cinnamomi (Guixin), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Fuzi) each 3 liang, Radix Puerariae (Gegen) 2 liang, Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae (Fangji) 1 liang.
Take the above herbs with 1.2 dou of water, decoct to obtain 3 sheng, remove dregs, divide into three doses.
Carnus Cervi (Lurou) 3 jin, Radix Paeoniae (Shaoyao), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Duhuo), Caulis Gentianae Macrophyllae (Qinjiao), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Radix Astragali (Huangqi), Rhizoma Pinelliae (Banxia), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Gan Dihuang), Cortex Cinnamomi (Guixin), Radix Chuanxiong (Xiong) each 2 liang, Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens (Shengjiang) 6 liang, Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao) each 1 liang, Poria (Fuling), Radix Ginseng (Renshen) each 4 liang.
Take 2 dou of water, first decoct the meat until 1.2 dou remains, remove the meat, add the herbs, decoct to obtain 3 sheng, remove dregs, add Ejiao and melt it, divide into four doses, taken three times during the day and once at night.
Cinnabar (processed by water levigation) 2 qian, Earthworm (Di Long) with purple neck 1 piece, Milk 3 he.
First mix Cinnabar with milk, boil with the Earthworm, scrape clean and remove the Earthworm, add one bowl of unadulterated wine, divide into three or four doses for administration; effective.
Aromatic Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie Sui) (roasted and ground), Black Soybean (Heidou) (stir-fried until charred) each 2 qian.
Place in one bowl of strong wine, boil a few times, administer while hot; immediate effect.
Colla Blennorrhoeae (Biaojiao) 1 liang.
Stir-fry with Calamina Powder (Ge Fen) until charred, remove the powder, grind into powder, divide into three doses, take with decoction of Periostracum Cicadae (Chantui).
Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Gan Dihuang), Flos Ophiopogonis (Maimendong), Herba Ephedrae (Mahuang) each 10 liang, Radix Trichosanthis (Gualou Gen), Radix Chuanxiong, Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin) each 2 liang, Semen Armeniacae Amarum (Xingren) 50 pieces, Radix Puerariae (Gegen) half jin.
Take the above herbs with 1.5 dou of water and 5 sheng of wine, decoct Gegen together, obtain 8 sheng, remove dregs, add other herbs, decoct to obtain 3 sheng, remove dregs, divide into two doses.
If not cured after one dose, prepare another.
For early stage:
Fructus Rosae Multiflorae (Yeqiangwei Zi) (select large red ones) 1 liang.
Decoct with wine and take; cured in one dose. If long-standing and both hands cannot be lifted, use:
Flos Rosae Multiflorae (Qiangwei Hua) 4 liang, Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) 2 liang, Flos Carthami (Honghua) 1 liang, aged wine 5 jin.
Soak all herbs in wine for several days, drink as needed; cured with two courses.
