治牙痛极神验。
草荜茇 木鳖子（去壳）
先研木鳖子令细，后入荜茇同研令匀。随左右鼻内搐之。每用一豆许。
治喉闭极神效。
砂 白矾各一大块如皂大 马牙硝一分 硝石四两 黄丹五钱 新巴豆六个
用粗瓷小碗一个，先煨令热，下前四药，次下黄丹，次下巴豆，须将巴豆先打破，逐个
旋下，候焰尽又下一个，入蛇蜕皮一条，自然烧化，以砂矾成汁，候令结硬，研成细末。每
用少许，以笔管吹在患处。
治口疮及咽喉肿痛，即含化。
焰硝二两 生甘草二两 青黛五钱 僵蚕五钱
上为细末，取黄牛胆汁和之令匀，装入胆囊内，悬当风处，脑月合，过百日中用。
治风毒赤烂眼眶倒睫，冷热泪不止。
白鳝风一两 铜绿一钱
上药各先研成细末，再相合研匀。每月半钱，百沸汤化开，以手指洗眼。
治五种肠风泻血，下痢。粪前有血，号外痔；粪后有血，号内痔；大肠不收，号脱肛；
谷道四面有 肉如乳头，号举痔；头上有孔，号漏痔；并皆治之。
黄牛角一个（锉细） 蛇蜕一条 猪牙皂角五个（锉细） 穿山甲
上四药同入瓷瓶内，黄泥封固，候干，先以小火烧令烟出，后用大火 令通红为度，取
出摊冷，研成末。患者先以胡桃肉一个，分作四分，取一分于临卧时研细如糊，温酒送服，
即睡。先引虫出，至五更时再用温酒调下药末二钱，至辰时更进一服，取下恶物，永除根本。
治疗牙痛极其灵验。
草荜茇 木鳖子（去掉外壳）
先将木鳖子研磨成细粉，然后加入荜茇一同研磨均匀。根据疼痛在左侧还是右侧，将药粉吸入鼻孔内。每次使用约一粒豆大小的量。
治疗喉闭（咽喉闭塞不通）极其有效。
砂（指砒霜或含砷矿物，此处疑为笔误或特指某种矿物，按原文保留“砂”）、白矾各一大块如皂角大小 马牙硝一分 硝石四两 黄丹五钱 新巴豆六个
取一个粗瓷小碗，先加热，放入前四种药物，接着放入黄丹，再放入巴豆。必须先将巴豆打破，逐个投入。待火焰烧尽后，再投入一条蛇蜕皮，使其自然烧化，直到砂和矾化成汁液。等待其冷却凝固后，研磨成细末。每次取少量，用笔管吹敷在患处。
治疗口疮以及咽喉肿痛，只需含服让其融化。

以上药物研成细末，取黄牛胆汁调和均匀，装入牛胆囊内，悬挂在通风处，经过一百天后使用。
治疗风毒引起的眼眶红肿溃烂、倒睫，以及冷热泪不止。
白鳝风一两 铜绿一钱
上述药物分别先研磨成细末，再混合研磨均匀。每次取半钱，用滚开水化开，用手指蘸水清洗眼睛。
治疗五种肠风便血、痢疾。粪便前有血，称为外痔；粪便后有血，称为内痔；大肠松弛不收，称为脱肛；肛门周围有肉赘如乳头状，称为举痔；痔疮头上有孔洞，称为漏痔；以上各种情况都进行治疗。

以上四种药物同入瓷瓶内，用黄泥密封牢固，待干后，先用小火烧至冒烟，后用大火烧至通红为止，取出摊凉，研磨成粉末。患者先取一个胡桃肉，分成四份，取一份在临睡前研磨成糊状，用温酒送服，随即睡觉。先引出虫体排出，到五更天再用温酒调服药末二钱，到辰时再进服一次，排出恶物，彻底根除病根。
Treats severe toothache with extreme efficacy.
Caobibi (Grass Piper Longum Fruit), Mumiezi (Momordica Charantia Seed, shelled)
First grind Mumiezi into a fine powder, then add Caobibi and grind together until uniform. Snuff the powder into the nostril on the side corresponding to the pain. Use approximately one bean-sized amount each time.
Treats throat closure (obstruction of the throat) with extreme efficacy.
Sha (Arsenic mineral/Pi Shuang, retained as per original text), Baifan (Alumen) each one large piece the size of a soap pod; Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas Crystalloides) one fen; Xiaoshi (Niter) four liang; Huangdan (Minium) five qian; Xin Badou (New Croton Tiglium Seed) six seeds.
Take one coarse porcelain small bowl, heat it first, add the first four medicines, then add Huangdan, then add Badou. The Badou must be broken open first and added one by one. Wait until the flame is extinguished, then add one snake skin (Shetui). Allow it to burn down naturally until the Sha and Baifan melt into liquid. Wait for it to solidify upon cooling, then grind into a fine powder. Each time use a small amount, blowing it onto the affected area using a pen tube.
Treats mouth sores and swelling and pain in the throat; simply hold in the mouth to dissolve.
Yanxiao (Saltpeter/Natrii Nitras) two liang; Sheng Gancao (Raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) two liang; Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) five qian; Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) five qian.
Grind the above medicines into a fine powder. Take bile from a yellow cow (Niudan Dan) to mix uniformly, load into the gallbladder, hang in a ventilated place, and use after passing through one hundred days.
Treats wind-toxin causing redness and ulceration of the eye sockets, inverted eyelashes, and continuous cold or hot tears.
Baishanfeng (White Eel Wind/likely a specific fungal or herbal preparation, retained as per original) one liang; Tonglv (Verdigris/Cupri Acetas) one qian.
Grind each of the above medicines into a fine powder separately, then combine and grind uniformly. Each time use half a qian, dissolve in boiling water, and wash the eyes with fingers dipped in the solution.
Treats five types of intestinal wind with bloody stool and dysentery. Blood before stool is called external hemorrhoids; blood after stool is called internal hemorrhoids; prolapse of the large intestine is called rectal prolapse; flesh protrusions around the anus like nipples are called elevated hemorrhoids; hemorrhoids with holes on top are called fistulous hemorrhoids. All are treated.
One yellow cattle horn (finely chopped); one snake skin (Shetui); five pig tooth soap pods (Zhu Ya Zao Jiao, finely chopped); Pangolin scales (Chuan Shan Jia).
Place the above four medicines into a porcelain bottle, seal tightly with yellow mud. When dry, first burn with low fire until smoke appears, then switch to high fire until red-hot. Remove, spread out to cool, and grind into powder. The patient should first take one walnut kernel, divide it into four parts, take one part, grind it finely into a paste before bed, and swallow with warm wine, then sleep. This draws out parasites first. At the fifth watch (5-7 AM), administer two qian of the medicine powder mixed with warm wine again. At the Chen hour (7-9 AM), take another dose to expel foul matter, permanently removing the root cause.
