气瘤无痛无痒，时大时小，随气为消长，气旺则小，气弱反大，气舒则宽，气郁则急。
治法必须补其正气，开其郁气，则瘤自散。方用∶
沉香一两 木香二两 白芍四两 白术八两 人参二两 黄 八两 枳壳一两 槟榔一
两，茯苓四两 香附二两 附子五钱 天花粉四两
各为细末，蜜为丸，每日服三钱，一料全消。
疔疮之生，膏粱人居其半，皆因营养过度，火毒外发所致。名称虽有多种，地位亦无一
定。其实可赅之为心、肺、肝、脾、肾五种；即色赤者为心疔，色白者为肺疔，色青紫者为
肝疔，色黄者为脾疔，色黑者为肾疔也。初起时可用∶
紫花地丁一两 甘菊花一两
水煎服，六剂痊愈。外用∶
丝瓜叶十片 明矾 雄黄（末）各二钱
捣丝瓜叶极烂，取汁调二味末，以鸟羽敷疔上，随干随润，数日即消。或以∶
白菊花叶连根
捣汁一杯，沸酒冲服，毒甚者须多服。渣敷患处，留头不敷。覆被令汗出，其毒自散。
无时可用甘白菊花四两代之，少则不效。
石瘤也是生长在皮肤表面，触摸起来像石头一样坚硬，患者感觉不到疼痛，治疗方法与骨瘤相同。
气瘤没有疼痛和瘙痒感，肿块时大时小，随着气的运行而消长，气旺盛时肿块变小，气虚弱时反而变大，气机舒畅时肿块变软，气机郁结时肿块紧绷。
治疗方法必须补益正气，疏通郁结之气，那么肿瘤自然消散。方剂如下：

将上述药材分别研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，每天服用三钱，一料药服完肿瘤即可完全消除。
疔疮的发生，有一半是因为生活优裕、饮食肥甘厚味的人，都是由于营养过度，火毒向外发散所致。虽然名称有多种，位置也不固定。其实可以概括为心、肺、肝、脾、肾五种类型；即颜色赤红的是心疔，颜色白色的是肺疔，颜色青紫的是肝疔，颜色黄色的是脾疔，颜色黑色的是肾疔。初起时可以使用：
紫花地丁一两 甘菊花一两
用水煎煮后服用，六剂即可痊愈。外用：
丝瓜叶十片 明矾 雄黄（粉末）各二钱
将丝瓜叶捣烂至极碎，取汁液调和两种药末，用鸟羽涂抹在疔疮上，干了就随时湿润，几天后即可消退。或者使用：
白菊花叶连根
捣取汁液一杯，用沸酒冲服，毒性严重的需要多服。药渣敷在患处，但疔疮的根部不要敷。盖上被子让其出汗，毒素自然散发。如果不在花期，可以用甘白菊花四两代替，用量少了则无效。
饮用真麻油一大碗即可停止（指止呕或解毒效果），或者使用菜籽油也有效。
其原因是食用猪肉导致的，患此病的人大多不知道。适宜使用：
芭蕉根
捣取汁液，服用后即可解毒。
蝉蜕 僵蚕
上等份研成粉末，用醋调匀敷在四周，等到根部出来，拔除后，再涂抹即可痊愈。
Shi Liu (Stone Tumor) also arises on the surface of the skin; it feels as hard as stone upon palpation, and is painless. The treatment method is the same as that for Gu Liu (Bone Tumor).
Qi Liu (Qi Tumor) presents with no pain or itching. Its size fluctuates, expanding and contracting with the movement of Qi: when Qi is vigorous, it shrinks; when Qi is weak, it enlarges; when Qi flows smoothly, it softens; when Qi is stagnant, it becomes tense.
The treatment must tonify the Zheng Qi (Upright Qi) and resolve Qi stagnation, after which the tumor will dissipate naturally. The prescription is as follows:
Chen Xiang (Aquilaria Lignum) 1 liang, Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix) 2 liang, Bai Shao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) 4 liang, Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) 8 liang, Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) 2 liang, Huang Qi (Astragali Radix) 8 liang, Zhi Ke (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) 1 liang, Bing Lang (Arecae Semen) 1 liang, Fu Ling (Poria) 4 liang, Xiang Fu (Cyperici Rhizoma) 2 liang, Fu Zi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) 5 qian, Tian Hua Fen (Trichosanthis Radix) 4 liang.
Each herb is ground into a fine powder, mixed with honey to form pills. Take 3 qian daily. One course of treatment will completely eliminate the tumor.
Ding Chuang (Carbuncle/Furuncle) often occurs in individuals consuming rich and sweet foods, caused by excessive nutrition leading to the outward emission of Fire Toxin. Although there are various names and locations, they can be categorized into five types based on the Zang Organs: Heart, Lung, Liver, Spleen, and Kidney. Specifically, red ones are Xin Ding (Heart Carbuncle), white ones are Fei Ding (Lung Carbuncle), blue-purple ones are Gan Ding (Liver Carbuncle), yellow ones are Pi Ding (Spleen Carbuncle), and black ones are Shen Ding (Kidney Carbuncle). In the early stage, use:
Zi Hua Di Ding (Viola Herba) 1 liang, Gan Ju Hua (Chrysanthemi Flos) 1 liang.
Decoct in water and take orally. Six doses will result in recovery. For external use:
Si Gua Ye (Luffae Folium) 10 leaves, Ming Fan (Alumen) and Xiong Huang (Realgar, powdered) each 2 qian.
Mash Si Gua Ye thoroughly to extract the juice, mix with the two powdered herbs, and apply to the Ding Chuang using a bird feather. Keep moist as needed; it will subside in a few days. Alternatively, use:
Bai Ju Hua Ye Lian Gen (White Chrysanthemum Leaves with Roots).
Extract one cup of juice, mix with boiling wine, and drink. Severe cases require larger doses. Apply the dregs to the affected area, but do not cover the head/root of the lesion. Cover with a blanket to induce sweating, allowing the toxin to dissipate naturally. If fresh flowers are unavailable, substitute with 4 liang of Gan Bai Ju Hua (Sweet White Chrysanthemum Flower); insufficient dosage will be ineffective.
Drinking a large bowl of Zhen Ma You (Pure Sesame Oil) stops [the symptom/toxin], or Cai Zi You (Rapeseed Oil) is also effective.
The cause is eating pig meat; sufferers are often unaware. It is suitable to use:
Ba Jiao Gen (Musa Basjoo Root).
Extract the juice and ingest it to resolve the toxicity immediately.
Chan Yi (Cicada Slough) and Jiang Can (Bombyx Batryticatus)
Mix equal parts into a powder, blend with vinegar, and apply around the periphery. Wait for the root to emerge, remove it, and reapply until healed.
