金脚砒二钱 白矾一两
共为末，倾银罐内， 至烟尽为度。加∶
蝎尾七个 生草乌
研末和入前药，涂疮上，凡七日而根脱。
肛门周遭翻出如碗，肉色紫黑，疼痛异常，时流血水。
内服用∶缸砂一两（水浸半月，微 ） 条芩二两（每斤用皂角、柏子仁、侧柏各四两，
水煎煮半日，汁干为度）黄连 槐角各二两 栀子 黄花地丁各一两 青黛五钱
共为末，用柿饼肉为丸，大如梧子，每服四五十丸，空心清汤送下。
外用药水熏洗。（见痔疮出血五○九三条），后再用药线扎之。药线制法如下∶
鲜芫花根一钱 雷丸一钱 蟾酥一钱 草乌三钱
水二碗，煎一碗，去渣取汁，以生丝一钱，入药汁内，以文火熬汁将干，取出晒干，再
浸再晒，以汁尽为度，收藏候用，至六七月，取露天蛛丝合成药线。
与内痔同，但无痛痒耳。大便时不问粪前粪后，俱射血如箭。治法用∶
百草霜四两 黄芩 栀子各一两 黄连 槐花 地榆各五钱
共为末，糊为丸，每服三钱，清汤下。
无名肿毒者，以其随处而生，不按穴次。不可以命名也。非速行医治，常有生命之虞。
方用∶
朱砂 雄黄 硼砂 血竭 苦葶苈 没药（去油）各二钱 乳香（去油） 蟾酥（人乳
浸） 牛黄
先将诸药研成细末，次以人乳浸透蟾酥，研入诸药中和匀，为丸如梧子大，金箔为衣。
凡遇有无名肿毒及各种疮毒，可用药一丸，压舌根底，含化，随津咽下。药尽，用葱白与酒，
随

将两者共同研磨成粉末，倒入银罐中，加热至烟雾散尽为止。加入：
蝎尾七个，生草乌。
研磨成粉末并与前药混合，涂抹于疮口上，连续使用七日即可使病根脱落。

内服药物方剂为：缸砂一两（用水浸泡半个月，微火煅烧），条芩二两（每斤药材用皂角、柏子仁、侧柏叶各四两，加水煎煮半天，直至汁液收干为止），黄连，槐角各二两，栀子，黄花地丁各一两，青黛五钱。
将上述药物共同研磨成粉末，用柿饼肉制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用四五十丸，空腹时用清汤送服。
外用药物用水熏洗患处。（参见痔疮出血第五○九三条），之后再用药线结扎患处。药线的制作方法如下：
鲜芫花根一钱，雷丸一钱，蟾酥一钱，草乌三钱。
加水两碗，煎至一碗，去除药渣取汁液，将一钱生丝放入药汁中，用小火熬煮至汁液将干时取出晒干，再次浸泡再次晒干，直到汁液完全被吸收为止，收藏备用。在六七月间，采集露天蜘蛛丝与药线合成最终用药线。
症状与内痔相同，只是没有痛痒感。排便时无论粪便前后，均喷射状出血如箭。治疗方法采用：
百草霜四两，黄芩、栀子各一两，黄连、槐花、地榆各五钱。
共同研磨成粉末，用米糊制成丸药，每次服用三钱，用清汤送服。
无名肿毒是指那些随处生长、不按穴位次序分布的肿毒。因为无法命名，所以称为无名肿毒。如果不迅速进行治疗，常有生命危险。
治疗方剂为：
朱砂、雄黄、硼砂、血竭、苦葶苈、没药（去油）各二钱，乳香（去油）、蟾酥（用人乳浸泡）、牛黄。
先将各种药物研磨成细末，然后将人乳浸透的蟾酥研磨并混入其他药物中搅拌均匀，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，以金箔为衣。
凡遇到无名肿毒及各种疮毒，可用药丸一丸，置于舌根底部含化，随唾液咽下。药力发挥后，用葱白和酒……
Two qian of Jinjiao Pi (Arsenic-containing mineral) and one liang of Bai Fan (Alum).
Grind them together into a powder, pour into a silver jar, and heat until the smoke is completely exhausted. Add:
Seven Scorpion tails (Scorpio), raw Caowu (Aconitum kusnezoffii root).
Grind into powder and mix with the previous medicine, apply to the sore. After seven days, the root will detach.
Take Huanglian (Coptis chinensis rhizome) powder.
Apply externally; adding Chixiaodou (Vigna angularis seed) powder yields better results.
First, fumigate and wash the area with decoction made from Huai (Scholar tree) and Liu (Willow) branches. Then moxibustion for seven moxa cones will cure it.
The tissue around the anus protrudes like a bowl, with purple-black flesh, extreme pain, and frequent bleeding of blood and pus.
Internal medication: Gangsha (Glazed roof tile sand) one liang (soaked in water for half a month, calcined slightly); Tiaohuang Qin (Scutellaria baicalensis root) two liang (for every jin of herb, use Zaojiao (Gleditsia sinensis fruit), Baiziren (Biota seed), Cebeiye (Platycladus orientalis leaf) each four liang, decoct in water for half a day until juice dries up); Huanglian (Coptis chinensis rhizome); Huaijiao (Sophora japonica fruit) each two liang; Zhizi (Gardenia jasminoides fruit); Huanghua Diding (Viola yedoensis) each one liang; Qingdai (Indigo naturalis) five qian.
Grind all into powder, make pills using persimmon pulp, size of Sophora seeds. Take 40-50 pills per dose, swallowed with clear soup on an empty stomach.
External treatment involves fumigation and washing with medicinal water. (See Hemorrhoids Bleeding 5093), followed by tying with medicinal thread. The preparation method for the medicinal thread is as follows:
Xianyuanhua Gen (Fresh Daphne genkwa root) one qian; Leiwan (Holotrichia diomphalia larva) one qian; Chansu (Toad venom) one qian; Caowu (Aconitum kusnezoffii root) three qian.
Add two bowls of water, decoct to one bowl, remove dregs and collect juice. Put one qian of raw silk into the medicinal juice, simmer over low heat until juice is nearly dry, take out and sun-dry. Repeat soaking and drying until the juice is fully absorbed. Store for use. In June or July, collect outdoor spider silk and combine with the prepared thread.
Symptoms are similar to internal hemorrhoids, but without pain or itching. During defecation, regardless of whether before or after stool, blood shoots out like an arrow. Treatment method uses:
Baicaoshuang (Burnt hair/soot) four liang; Huangqin (Scutellaria baicalensis root), Zhizi (Gardenia jasminoides fruit) each one liang; Huanglian (Coptis chinensis rhizome), Huaihua (Sophora japonica flower), Diyü (Sanguisorba officinalis root) each five qian.
Grind into powder, bind with paste to form pills. Take three qian per dose, swallowed with clear soup.
"Unnamed swelling and toxicity" refers to swellings that appear anywhere without following acupoint sequences, thus unnameable. Without rapid medical intervention, there is often a threat to life.
Prescription:
Zhusha (Cinnabar), Xionghuang (Realgar), Pengsha (Borax), Xuexie (Draconis Sanguis), Kutingli (Descurainia sophia seed), Moyao (Myrrha resin, de-oiled) each two qian; Ruxiang (Olibanum resin, de-oiled), Chansu (Toad venom, soaked in human milk), Niuhuang (Calculus bovis).
First grind all medicines into fine powder. Then soak Chansu in human milk, grind it, and mix evenly with other medicines. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds, coated with gold foil.
Whenever encountering unnamed swelling/toxicity or various sores, use one pill, place under the tongue base, dissolve slowly, and swallow with saliva. After the medicine takes effect, use scallion white and wine...
