本方功效极伟，能起死回生，夺造化之权，凡痈、疽、疔毒及中一切毒禽恶兽肉毒所致
之疮俱可治之。用∶
硼砂 黄丹 砂 巴豆（去油） 人言各一钱 朱砂二钱 斑蝥 蟾酥 乳香 血竭
没药各三钱 麝香 半夏各五分
共研细末，用第一次生小儿乳汁捣蜗牛为丸，如绿豆大，每服五七丸，各随症饮送下，
亦分上下前后服之。
凡肩背、腰俞、臂、腿、环跳、贴骨等处，感受风寒湿气，致漫肿无头，皮色不变，酸
痛麻木者，是名风毒。可急用∶
沉香 丁香 木香各五分 乳香六分 麝香一分
共研匀，将大核桃壳半个，属性药末至将满。覆痛处，外灸以艾团一二壮，不觉热，十
余壮稍觉痛，即愈。
砂二钱五分 白丁香 轻粉各一钱五分 巴豆五分
共为细末，以醋调涂疮上，头自破。
轻粉 铅粉各一两 珍珠一钱 飞辰砂四分 冰片二分
共为末，掺疮上，不日即收口。
华佗妇科神方
桃仁 朴硝 牡丹 射干 土瓜根 黄芩各三两 芍药 大黄 柴胡各四两 牛膝 桂
心各二两 水蛭 虻虫各七十枚
上十三味，以水九升，煮取二升，去滓分三服。
黄芩 牡丹 桃仁 瞿麦 芎 各二两 芍药 枳实 射干 海藻 大黄各三两 虻虫
七十枚 蛴螬十枚 水蛭五十枚
上以水一斗，煮取三升，分三服。服两剂后，灸乳下一寸黑圆际各五十壮。
本方功效极为显著，能够起死回生，掌握造化之权，凡是痈、疽、疔毒以及中毒禽恶兽肉毒所致的疮疡均可治疗。用药如下：
硼砂、黄丹、砂（此处疑为朱砂或另指矿物药，依原文保留）、巴豆（去油）、人言（即砒霜）各一钱，朱砂二钱，斑蝥、蟾酥、乳香、血竭、没药各三钱，麝香、半夏各五分。
以上药材共研成细末，用初生婴儿的乳汁捣碎蜗牛制成丸药，大小如绿豆，每次服用五至七丸，根据症状不同选用相应的汤剂送服，也可分上、下、前、后部位服用。
凡是肩背、腰俞穴、手臂、腿部、环跳穴、贴骨等部位，感受风寒湿气，导致漫肿无头、皮色不变、酸痛麻木的，这叫做风毒。可紧急使用以下方药：
沉香、丁香、木香各五分，乳香六分，麝香一分。
以上药材共研均匀，取半个大核桃壳，装入上述药末直至满壳。将药壳覆盖在疼痛处，外部用艾团灸治一二壮，若不觉热感，灸十余壮时稍觉疼痛，即可痊愈。
砂二钱五分，白丁香、轻粉各一钱五分，巴豆五分。
以上药材共为细末，用醋调和涂抹于疮口上，疮头自然破溃。
轻粉、铅粉各一两，珍珠一钱，飞辰砂四分，冰片二分。
以上药材共研为末，撒敷于疮口上，不久即可收口愈合。
华佗妇科神方
桃仁、朴硝、牡丹皮、射干、土瓜根、黄芩各三两，芍药、大黄、柴胡各四两，牛膝、桂心各二两，水蛭、虻虫各七十枚。
以上十三味药，用水九升，煎煮取液二升，去除药渣，分三次服用。
黄芩、牡丹皮、桃仁、瞿麦、川芎各二两，芍药、枳实、射干、海藻、大黄各三两，虻虫七十枚，蛴螬十枚，水蛭五十枚。
以上药材用水一斗，煎煮取液三升，分三次服用。服用两剂后，在乳头下一寸处的黑圆边缘各灸治五十壮。
This prescription has extremely potent efficacy, capable of restoring the dead to life and seizing the power of creation. It can treat all sores caused by carbuncles (Yong), gangrene (Ju), furuncles (Ding), toxins, as well as venom from poisonous birds and beasts. Ingredients used are:
Borax (Pengsha), Yellow Cinnabar (Huandan), Sha [mineral drug], Croton Seed (Badou) [de-oiled], Realgar (Renyan) each 1 qian; Cinnabar (Zhusha) 2 qian; Mylabris (Banmao), Toad Venom (Chansu), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Dragon's Blood (Xuejie), Myrrh (Moyao) each 3 qian; Musk (Shexiang), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia) each 5 fen.
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Use the milk from a newborn infant to mash snails and form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5-7 pills per dose, administered with decoctions tailored to specific symptoms, or applied to upper, lower, anterior, or posterior areas as indicated.
For conditions where wind-cold-dampness invades the shoulder, back, Yaoshu acupoint, arms, legs, Huantiao acupoint, or subcutaneous tissues, resulting in diffuse swelling without a head, unchanged skin color, soreness, pain, and numbness, this is termed Wind Toxicity. Urgently use the following:
Agarwood (Chenxiang), Clove (Dingxiang), Costus Root (Muxiang) each 5 fen; Frankincense (Ruxiang) 6 fen; Musk (Shexiang) 1 fen.
Grind evenly. Take half of a large walnut shell, fill it with the powder, and cover the painful area. Apply moxibustion with moxa cones (1-2 zhuang). If no heat is felt, continue for about 10 zhuang until slight pain is perceived, which indicates cure.
Sha 2.5 qian; White Civet (Baodingxiang), Calomelas (Qingfen) each 1.5 qian; Croton Seed (Badou) 5 fen.
Grind into a fine powder, mix with vinegar, and apply to the sore. The head of the sore will naturally rupture.
Calomelas (Qingfen), Lead Powder (Qianfen) each 1 liang; Pearl (Zhenzhu) 1 qian; Processed Cinnabar (Fei Chensha) 4 fen; Borneol (Bingpian) 2 fen.
Grind into powder and sprinkle onto the sore. The wound will heal within a few days.
Hua Tuo’s Divine Prescription for Gynecology
Peach Kernel (Taoren), Mirabilite (Pu Xiao), Moutan Cortex (Mudan), Belamcanda Rhizome (Shegan), Trichosanthes Root (Tugua Gen), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin) each 3 liang; Paeonia Root (Shaoyao), Rhubarb (Dahuang), Bupleurum Root (Chaihu) each 4 liang; Achyranthes Root (Niuxi), Cinnamon Heart (Guixin) each 2 liang; Leech (Shuizhi), Horsefly (Mengchong) each 70 pieces.
Take the above thirteen ingredients, add 9 sheng of water, boil to obtain 2 sheng of liquid, remove dregs, and divide into three doses.
Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Moutan Cortex (Mudan), Peach Kernel (Taoren), Dianthus Flower (Qumai), Ligusticum Rhizome (Xiong) each 2 liang; Paeonia Root (Shaoyao), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi), Belamcanda Rhizome (Shegan), Kelp (Haizao), Rhubarb (Dahuang) each 3 liang; Horsefly (Mengchong) 70 pieces; Ground Beetle Larva (Qicao) 10 pieces; Leech (Shuizhi) 50 pieces.
Add 1 dou of water to the above ingredients, boil to obtain 3 sheng of liquid, and divide into three doses. After taking two doses, apply moxibustion at fifty zhuang points on each side, located one cun below the nipple at the edge of the dark circular area.
