小儿初生无皮，但有红筋，是为受胎未足之证。可将米粉，用绢袋包裹，扑小儿周身，
数日后，肌肤自能发生。
犀角（锉屑）十一分 子芩五分 栀子仁 大黄各十分 虎睛一枚
上捣筛，蜜和丸如梧子大，每服七丸，大小量之。奶母忌热面。小儿热风痫，以乳汁或
竹沥研三丸服之，瘥止。
人乳二合 蘧 术小许 盐两粟米大
上三味，煎三两沸。牛黄两米许，研和与服，即瘥止。
人乳四合，葱白一寸
上二味相和，煎之，分为四服，即小便利，神效。
钩藤二分 知母 子芩各四分 甘草（炙） 升麻 沙参各三分 寒水石六分 蚱蝉（去
翅炙）一枚 蜣螂（炙）三枚
上九味捣筛，以好蜜和薄泔，着铜钵。于沸汤上调之，搅不停手，如饴糖，煎成稍稍别
出少许，一日啖如枣核大一枚，日夜五、六次，五、六日啖三枚。百日儿四枚，二百日至三
百日儿五枚，三岁儿啖七枚，以意量之。
钩藤 人参 蚱蝉（炙） 子芩各一分 蛇蜕皮（炙）三寸 龙齿四分 防风 泽泻各
二分 石
上以水二升，并竹沥煎取七合，分数次服之，以瘥为度。
芎 防己 白术各二分
上捣筛为散，和以乳，量其多少，与儿服之。又以儿母手掩脐中；又以摩儿头及脊。二
十日儿，未能服散者，以乳汁和之，服如麻子一丸。
小儿出生时全身没有皮肤，只有红色的筋络，这是胎儿发育未成熟的表现。可以用米粉装入绢布袋中，扑洒在婴儿全身，几天后，肌肤自然就会长出来。
犀角（锉成碎屑）十一分，黄芩五分，栀子仁、大黄各十分，虎睛一枚。
将以上药材捣碎过筛，用蜂蜜调和制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用七丸，根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减。哺乳的母亲应避免食用热性面食。若为小儿热风痫证，可用乳汁或竹沥送服三丸，病愈即止。
人乳二合，蘧麦少许，盐如两粒粟米大小。
将上述三味药煎煮三沸。加入牛黄约两粒米大小，研磨混合后喂服，病即可痊愈停止。
人乳四合，葱白一寸。
将这两味药混合煎煮，分为四次服用，小便即可通畅，效果显著。
钩藤二分，知母、黄芩各四分，甘草（炙）、升麻、沙参各三分，寒水石六分，蚱蝉（去翅并炙）一枚，蜣螂（炙）三枚。
将以上九味药捣碎过筛，用好蜂蜜和入稀米泔水中，放入铜钵内。在沸水上加热调制，不停搅拌，直至呈饴糖状。煎成后稍微取出少许，每天吃如枣核大一枚，日夜五到六次，五到六天共吃三枚。一百天的婴儿吃四枚，二百至三百天的婴儿吃五枚，三岁的婴儿吃七枚，根据情况灵活掌握。
钩藤、人参、蚱蝉（炙）、黄芩各一分，蛇蜕皮（炙）三寸，龙齿四分，防风、泽泻各二分，石膏（原文缺字，据方义补全或视为矿物药）。
以上药材用水二升，配合竹沥煎取七合药液，分多次服用，以病愈为标准。
川芎、防己、白术各二分。
将以上药材捣碎过筛做成散剂，与乳汁调和，根据剂量给婴儿服用。另外，让婴儿母亲用手捂住婴儿肚脐；再按摩婴儿头部及背部。二十天的婴儿若不能服用散剂，可用乳汁调和，制成如麻子大小的药丸服用。

Crush and sieve the above ingredients, mix with honey to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Administer 7 pills per dose, adjusting according to the child's age and size. The nursing mother should avoid hot-natured wheat products. For pediatric wind-heat epilepsy, administer 3 pills dissolved in breast milk or bamboo sap; discontinue when cured.
Human milk 2 he, Qu Mai (Polygoni Avicularis Herba) a small amount, Salt the size of two millet grains.
Boil the above three ingredients for three boils. Add Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus), approximately the size of two rice grains, grind and mix, then administer to cure the condition.
Human milk 4 he, Cong Bai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) 1 cun.
Mix and boil these two ingredients, divide into four doses. This will promote urination and yield excellent results.
Gouteng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis) 2 fen, Zhi Mu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) and Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) each 4 fen, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), and Shashen (Adenophorae Radix) each 3 fen, Hanshuishi (Aragonitum) 6 fen, Chachan (Mantis Ovi Sacca, wings removed and fried) 1 piece, Qianglang (Scarabaei Siccus, fried) 3 pieces.
Crush and sieve the nine ingredients. Mix with fine honey and thin rice wash water, place in a copper bowl. Heat over boiling water while stirring continuously until it resembles maltose syrup. Take out a small portion once prepared. For infants, administer one pill the size of a jujube pit daily, five to six times a day. Over five to six days, administer three pills total. For 100-day-old infants, administer four pills; for 200-to-300-day-olds, five pills; for three-year-olds, seven pills. Adjust dosage according to judgment.
Gouteng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Chachan (Mantis Ovi Sacca, fried), and Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) each 1 fen, Shetui (Serpentis Cutis, fried) 3 cun, Longchi (Dentis Mammothi or Ossis Felis) 4 fen, Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) and Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) each 2 fen, Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum).
Decoct the above ingredients in 2 sheng of water with Zhuli (Nashi Bamboo Sap) to obtain 7 he of liquid. Divide into multiple doses and administer until cured.
Xiongqiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), and Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) each 2 fen.
Crush and sieve into powder, mix with milk, and administer to the infant according to the required dose. Additionally, have the infant's mother cover the umbilicus with her hand, and massage the infant's head and spine. For 20-day-old infants unable to take powder, mix with milk to form a pill the size of a hemp seed and administer.
