水银 胡粉 松脂各三两
先以猪脂四升，煎松脂，俟水气尽，下二物 搅至水银不见，敷之。
麻黄一两半 独活 射干 甘草 桂心 青木香 石膏 黄芩各一两
上以水四升，煮取一升，三岁儿分为四服，日再。或以∶
枯矾
投入热酒中，马尾数条作团，蘸酒涂之，良佳。
连翘 独活 桑白皮 白头翁 丹皮 防风 黄柏 淡豆豉 肉桂 秦艽各五钱 海藻
一钱五分
上捣筛为末，蜜和丸，用灯芯煎汤下。
烟胶五钱 羊胡须一撮 轻粉一钱
上共为末，湿则干搽，干则油调，搽上即瘥。
雄黄（研） 雌黄（研） 各一两 乌头一枚 松脂 乱发各一鸡子许 猪脂一升半
上六味和煎之，候发消乌头色黄黑，膏成，去滓，敷之或热涂之。
柴胡 桔梗各一钱 茯苓二钱 生甘草 黄芩各五分 竹叶十片 灯芯草一团
水煎服。有痰者，加天花粉三分；有食者，加山楂二粒、麦芽三分；有火加黄连一分。
元参 金银花 生地黄各三钱 麦冬 桂枝各二钱 苏叶 天花粉 甘草各一钱 升麻
黄
上以水二碗，煎取一碗，热服。夏季加青蒿三钱；初生或数月减半。
华佗眼科神方
凡虚火目痛，其候红而不痛不涩，无眵无泪。内服用∶
熟地 茯苓 山药 山茱萸 丹皮 泽泻各三钱 白芍 当归 甘菊花各三钱 柴胡一
钱
以水煎服。一剂轻，二剂愈。外用∶
生地黄二钱 葳蕤仁五分
渍于人乳半碗中，越宿，再加白矾半分，加水半碗，时时洗之。
水银、胡粉、松脂各三两。
先用猪脂四升，煎煮松脂，等到水分蒸发干净后，加入另外两种药物，搅拌至看不见水银为止，然后敷用。
麻黄一两半，独活、射干、甘草、桂心、青木香、石膏、黄芩各一两。
以上药物用水四升，煎煮取汁一升，三岁的幼儿分四次服用，每天两次。或者使用：
枯矾。
将其投入热酒中，取几根马尾毛扎成团，蘸取药酒涂抹患处，效果极佳。
连翘、独活、桑白皮、白头翁、丹皮、防风、黄柏、淡豆豉、肉桂、秦艽各五钱，海藻一钱五分。
以上药物捣碎并过筛制成粉末，用蜂蜜调和做成丸剂，用灯芯草煎汤送服。
烟胶五钱，羊胡须一撮，轻粉一钱。
以上药物共同研成粉末，如果患处潮湿则干撒药粉，如果干燥则用油调匀涂抹，涂上即可痊愈。
雄黄（研磨）、雌黄（研磨）各一两，乌头一枚，松脂、乱发各如鸡蛋大小，猪脂一升半。
以上六味药混合煎煮，等待头发消融、乌头颜色变为黄黑色时，膏剂即成，滤去药渣，敷用或加热后涂抹。
柴胡、桔梗各一钱，茯苓二钱，生甘草、黄芩各五分，竹叶十片，灯芯草一团。
用水煎煮后服用。有痰者，加天花粉三分；有积食者，加山楂两粒、麦芽三分；有火邪者，加黄连一分。
元参、金银花、生地黄各三钱，麦冬、桂枝各二钱，苏叶、天花粉、甘草各一钱，升麻黄。
以上药物用水两碗，煎取一碗，趁热服用。夏季加青蒿三钱；初生婴儿或数月大的婴儿剂量减半。
华佗眼科神方
凡是虚火引起的目痛，其症状表现为眼睛发红但不疼痛、不涩滞，没有眼屎也没有眼泪。内服方：
熟地、茯苓、山药、山茱萸、丹皮、泽泻各三钱，白芍、当归、甘菊花各三钱，柴胡一钱。
用水煎煮后服用。服用一剂症状减轻，服用两剂痊愈。外用方：
生地黄二钱，葳蕤仁五分。
浸泡在半碗人乳中，过夜后，再加白矾半分，加水半碗，经常清洗患处。
Mercury (Hydrargyrum), Hu Fen (Lead Carbonate), and Pine Resin (Pini Resina) each 3 liang.
First, use 4 sheng of lard to decoct the Pine Resin. Wait until the water vapor is exhausted, then add the other two substances. Stir until the Mercury is no longer visible, then apply externally.
Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) 1.5 liang, Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Belamcandae Rhizoma (Shegan), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), Liriopis Tuber (Qingmuxiang), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), and Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) each 1 liang.
Take the above ingredients with 4 sheng of water, decoct to obtain 1 sheng of liquid. For a three-year-old child, divide into four doses, administered twice daily. Alternatively:
Alumen (Kufan).
Throw it into hot wine. Take several strands of horsehair, tie them into a bundle, dip in the medicated wine, and apply to the affected area. This is highly effective.
Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Morus Albae Cortex (Sangbaipi), Pulsatillae Radix (Baitouweng), Moutan Cortex (Danpi), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Fermented Soybean (Dandouchi), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui), Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Qinjiao) each 5 qian, Sargassum (Haizao) 1.5 qian.
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into powder. Mix with honey to form pills. Take with a decoction of Juncus effusus (Dengxincao).
Tobacco Gum (Yanjiao) 5 qian, Goat Beard (Yang Huxu) one pinch, Calomelas (Qingfen) 1 qian.
Grind all ingredients into powder together. If the lesion is moist, apply dry powder; if dry, mix with oil for application. It heals upon application.
Realgar (Yuxiong, ground), Orpiment (Cihuang, ground) each 1 liang, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Wutou) one piece, Pine Resin (Songzhi) and human hair (Luansha) each the size of a chicken egg, Lard (Zhuzhi) 1.5 sheng.
Decoct the above six ingredients together. Wait until the hair dissolves and the Wutou turns yellow-black. The ointment is ready. Strain out the dregs and apply externally or apply while warm.
Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu) and Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng) each 1 qian, Poria (Fuling) 2 qian, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao) and Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) each 0.5 qian, Bamboo Leaves (Zhuye) 10 pieces, Juncus effusus (Dengxincacao) one bundle.
Decoct in water and take orally. If there is phlegm, add Trichosanthis Radix (Tianhuafen) 0.3 qian; if there is food stagnation, add Crataegi Fructus (Shanzha) 2 seeds and Malto (Maiya) 0.3 qian; if there is fire, add Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) 0.1 qian.
Scrophulariae Radix (Yuanshen), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua), and Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Dihuang) each 3 qian, Ophiopogonis Tuber (Maidong) and Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi) each 2 qian, Perillae Folium (Suye), Trichosanthis Radix (Tianhuafen), and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) each 1 qian, Bupleuri Radix Huang (Shengma Huang).
Decoct with two bowls of water until one bowl remains. Take hot. In summer, add Artemisiae Annuae Herba (Qinghao) 3 qian. For newborns or infants of a few months old, reduce the dosage by half.
Hua Tuo's Divine Formula for Eye Diseases
For eye pain caused by deficient fire, the symptoms are redness without pain or astringency, and absence of discharge (discharge from eyes) and tears. Internal prescription:
Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Shudi), Poria (Fuling), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao), Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu), Moutan Cortex (Danpi), Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie) each 3 qian, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Chrysanthemi Flos (Gan Juhua) each 3 qian, Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu) 1 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally. One dose alleviates symptoms; two doses cure the condition. External prescription:
Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Dihuang) 2 qian, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma (Weirui Ren) 0.5 qian.
Soak in half a bowl of human milk overnight. Then add Alum (Baifan) 0.5 fen and half a bowl of water. Wash the affected area frequently.
