是为男精射入后，不能摄收，即随小便而出者。用∶
风化锻石一两 茯苓三两
研末，糊丸如梧子大，空腹米饮下二、三十丸。
妇女经水不利，子脏坚僻。中有干血，即下白物如浆，是名白沃。以∶
矾石（烧） 杏仁各一分
捣末，蜜和丸枣核大，纳子脏中，日一易。
白芍 白矾各五钱 白芷一两 单叶红蜀葵二两
上为末，蜡和丸梧子大，空腹及食前各服十丸，脓尽自愈。
凡妇人立身已来，全不生产，及断续久不生产三十年者，服此必能生子。方用∶
朴硝 牡丹 当归 大黄 桃仁各三铢 浓朴 桔梗 人参 茯苓 桂心 甘草 牛膝

上以清酒、水各五升，合煮取三升，日三夜一，分四服。每服相去三时，更服如常，覆
衣取少汗。在冬日叮着火笼子，必下积血及冷赤脓如赤小豆汁，本为妇人子宫内，有此恶物
使然，是为冷血，能使不受胎，故必忍之，使此冷血下尽始良。方乃以∶
皂荚 萸肉 当归各一两 细辛 五味子 干姜各二两 大黄 矾石 戎盐 蜀椒各五
钱
上为末，以绢制袋，大如指，长三寸，盛药令满，纳妇人阴中，坐卧任便，勿急于行走，
小便时去之。则一日以后，必下青黄冷汁，可幸御自有子。若未见病出，亦可安之十日，并
用∶
紫石英 天门冬各三两 当归 芎 紫葳 卷柏 桂心 乌头 干地黄 牡荆 禹余
粮石斛 辛夷 人参 桑寄生 续断 细辛 浓朴 干姜 食茱萸 牡丹 牛膝各三十铢

上二十六味为末，蜜和丸如梧子大，酒服十丸，日三，渐渐增三十丸，以腹中热为度。
不禁房室，夫行不在，不可服。
这是指男性精液射入后，无法被摄纳吸收，随即随着小便排出的情况。使用：

妇女月经不畅，子宫坚硬偏侧。体内有干结的瘀血，于是流出白色分泌物如浆液状，这称为“白沃”。使用：
烧过的矾石、杏仁各一分。
捣碎成粉末，用蜂蜜调和制成枣核大小的药丸，纳入子宫内，每天更换一次。
白芍、白矾各五钱，白芷一两，单叶红蜀葵二两。
以上药物研成粉末，用蜡调和制成梧桐子大小的药丸，空腹及饭前各服用十丸，脓液排尽后自然痊愈。
凡是妇女自出生以来，从未生育过，或者断续长期不孕达三十年者，服用此方必定能怀孕生子。方剂组成：
朴硝、牡丹、当归、大黄、桃仁各三铢；浓朴、桔梗、人参、茯苓、桂心、甘草、牛膝、橘皮。
以上药物用清酒和水各五升，共同煎煮取汁三升，白天三次、夜间一次，分四次服用。每次服药间隔三个时辰，照常服药，覆盖衣物以微微出汗为度。在冬天应当生火盆取暖，必然排出积血以及像赤小豆汁一样的冷赤脓液，这是因为妇人子宫内有这些恶物所致，这属于冷血，会导致不能受孕，所以必须忍耐，直到这些冷血排尽才好。此后再用以下方剂：
皂荚、山茱萸、当归各一两；细辛、五味子、干姜各二两；大黄、矾石、戎盐、蜀椒各五钱。
以上药物研成粉末，用绢布制成袋子，大小如手指，长三寸，装满药物，纳入女性阴道中，坐卧随意，不要急于行走，小便时取出。那么一天以后，必然排出青黄色的冷汁，可以期望自然受孕。如果未见病邪排出，也可以放置十天，并同时使用以下方剂：
紫石英、天门冬各三两；当归、川芎、紫葳、卷柏、桂心、乌头、干地黄、牡荆、禹余粮、石斛、辛夷、人参、桑寄生、续断、细辛、浓朴、干姜、食茱萸、牡丹、牛膝各三十铢；柏子仁。
以上二十六味药物研成粉末，用蜂蜜调和制成梧桐子大小的药丸，酒送服十丸，每日三次，逐渐增加至三十丸，以腹部感到温热为限度。不禁绝房事，若丈夫外出不在家，不可服用。

Shihua Duanshi (Weathered Calcined Hematite) 1 liang, Fuling (Poria) 3 liang.
Grind into powder, make pills the size of a wu zi (chinese mustard seed) using paste, take 20–30 pills on an empty stomach with rice water.
For women with irregular menstruation and a rigid, deviated uterus (Zizang), with dry blood inside causing the discharge of white fluid like pus, this is named Baiwo (White Leukorrhea). Use:
Fan Shi (Alum, calcined) and Xing Ren (Apricot Seed), each 1 fen.
Crush into powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of a jujue pit, insert into the uterus, replace once daily.
Baishao (White Peony Root), Baifan (White Alum), each 5 qian; Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica) 1 liang; Danye Hong Shuhui (Malva Single-leaf Red Flower) 2 liang.
Grind the above into powder, mix with wax to form pills the size of a wu zi, take 10 pills on an empty stomach and before meals. The condition will heal naturally once the pus is discharged.
For any woman who has never given birth since birth, or has suffered from intermittent infertility for thirty years, taking this formula will surely enable conception. The formula uses:
Puxiao (Mirabilite), Mudan (Moutan Cortex), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Dahuang (Rhubarb), Tao Ren (Peach Kernel), each 3 zhu; Nongpo (Magnolia Bark), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Renshen (Ginseng), Fuling (Poria), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig), Gancao (Licorice Root), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root), Ju (Tangerine Peel).
Boil the above in clear wine and water, 5 sheng each, until 3 sheng remains. Take three times during the day and once at night, divided into four doses. Each dose should be spaced by three shichen (hours). Continue as usual, cover with clothing to induce slight sweating. In winter, keep a fire brazier nearby. It is necessary to expel accumulated blood and cold red pus resembling the juice of adzuki beans; this is caused by evil substances in the uterus, specifically cold blood, which prevents conception. Therefore, one must endure this until the cold blood is fully expelled. Then use the following formula:
Zaojia (Tamarisk Fruit), Yurou (Cornus Fruit), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), each 1 liang; Xixin (Asarum), Wuweizi (Schisandra Berry), Jiangjiang (Dried Ginger), each 2 liang; Dahuang (Rhubarb), Fan Shi (Alum), Rongyan (Rock Salt), Shujiao (Sichuan Pepper), each 5 qian.
Grind the above into powder, place in a silk bag the size of a finger and 3 cun long, fill with medicine, and insert into the vagina. Sit or lie down as comfortable, do not rush to walk, remove when urinating. After one day, green-yellow cold fluid will be discharged, and natural conception may be expected. If no pathological discharge is seen, it can remain for ten days, and simultaneously use the following formula:
Zhi Shiyin (Hematite), Tianmendong (Asparagus Root), each 3 liang; Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong), Ziwei (Bignonia Flower), Juanbai (Selaginella Tamariscina), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig), Wutou (Aconite Root), Gadihuang (Rehmannia Root), Mujing (Vitex Fruit), Yuyuliang (Halloysitum), Shihu (Dendrobium Stem), Xinyi (Magnolia Flower), Renshen (Ginseng), Sangjisheng (Taxillus Branch), Xuduan (Dipsacus Root), Xixin (Asarum), Nongpo (Magnolia Bark), Jiangjiang (Dried Ginger), Shizhuyu (Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Fruit), Mudan (Moutan Cortex), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root), each 30 zhu; Baizi (Cupressus Seed).
Grind the above twenty-six ingredients into powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of a wu zi, take 10 pills with wine, three times daily. Gradually increase to 30 pills, stopping when warmth is felt in the abdomen. Do not abstain from sexual intercourse. If the husband is away, do not take this medicine.
