本症之原因，为妇人月水始下。若新伤坠，血气未止，卧寝未定，脏腑虚弱，因向大风
便利，是生黄瘕。其候四肢寒热，身重淋露，卧不欲食，左肋下有气结牢，腰背相引痛，月
水不利，善令人不产。治用∶
皂荚（炙去皮子） 蜀椒各一两 细辛六分
上捣散，以三角囊大如指，长二寸贮之，取纳阴中，闷则出之，已则复纳之，恶血毕出，
乃洗以温汤，三日勿近男子。
本症之原因，为妇人新生未满十日起，行以汤浣洗太早，阴阳虚，玉门四边皆解散。又
或当风睡卧，及居湿地及湿席，不自谨慎，能令恶血不除，结热不得散，则生青瘕。其候左
右胁下有气，喜唾，不可多食，四肢不欲动摇，恍惚善梦，手足肿，面目黄，大小便难，令
人少子。治用∶
戎盐一升 皂荚（炙去皮子）五钱 细辛一两六钱
上捣散，以三角囊大如指，长三寸，贮之，纳阴中，但卧瘕当下，青如葵汁。
本症原因，为妇人月水下恶血未尽，于暑月中疾走或操劳，致气急汗流，遂令月水与气
俱不通利。其候在腹中有物大如杯，能上下流动，时欲呕吐，卧时多盗汗，足酸不耐久立，
小便失时，忽然自出若失精，小便涩难，有此病亦令人少子。治用∶
大黄（如鸡子大）一枚 干姜二两 鸡 中黄胰（炙）一枚 黄连二两 桂心一只
虫三枚 浓朴（炙）十铢 郁李仁（去皮尖熬）一两
上捣散，空腹以温酒一盏和三钱匕顿服，瘕当下，三日内勿近男子。
本病症的成因，是妇女月经刚来潮时。如果此时新近遭受跌扑损伤，气血尚未停止运行，身体尚未安卧休息，脏腑处于虚弱状态，又因在强风中排便，从而形成黄瘕（一种腹部结块病证）。其症状表现为四肢寒热交替，身体沉重且伴有冷汗淋漓，卧床时不想进食，左侧肋下有气结聚成块且坚硬，腰背部相互牵引作痛，月经不畅，容易使人不孕。治疗使用：
皂荚（经炙烤并去除皮和种子）一两，蜀椒一两，细辛六分。
将上述药物捣碎研成散剂，装入一个如手指粗细、长二寸的三角形小囊中，取此囊纳入阴道内，若感到闷胀不适则取出，症状缓解后再放入，待恶血排尽后，再用温水清洗，三天内禁止与男子同房。
本病症的成因，是妇女分娩后未满十天，过早用热水清洗外阴，导致阴阳两虚，阴户四周组织松弛解散。或者又在风中睡卧，居住在潮湿之地或湿席上，自身不加谨慎，致使恶血无法排出，郁结之热不得消散，从而形成青瘕（一种腹部结块病证）。其症状表现为左右胁下有气聚，喜欢吐唾沫，不能多吃食物，四肢不愿活动，精神恍惚多梦，手足浮肿，面目发黄，大小便困难，使人少子嗣。治疗使用：
戎盐一升，皂荚（经炙烤并去除皮和种子）五钱，细辛一两六钱。
将上述药物捣碎研成散剂，装入一个如手指粗细、长三寸的三角形小囊中，纳入阴道内，只要躺卧，瘕块就会下行排出，排出物青色如葵菜汁液。
本病症的成因，是妇女月经期间恶血未尽，在暑热月份中疾走或过度操劳，导致气急汗出，致使月经与气机都不通畅。其症状表现为腹中有物体大如杯状，能够上下移动，时常想要呕吐，睡觉时多盗汗，足部酸软不耐久站，小便失禁，突然自行流出如同遗精一般，小便涩滞困难，有此病也使人少子嗣。治疗使用：
大黄（如鸡蛋大小）一枚，干姜二两，鸡肫内壁黄色角质层（即鸡内金，经炙烤）一枚，黄连二两，桂心一根，虻虫三枚，厚朴（经炙烤）十铢，郁李仁（去皮尖并炒制）一两。
将上述药物捣碎研成散剂，空腹时用一杯温酒调和三钱匕的药粉，一次性顿服，瘕块就会下行排出，三天内禁止与男子同房。
The etiology of this syndrome lies in the initial onset of menstruation in women. If a recent fall or injury has occurred, and the blood and qi have not yet stabilized, while the body is not yet at rest and the zang-fu organs are weak, defecating in strong wind can lead to the formation of *Huang Jia* (Yellow Mass). The manifestations include alternating cold and heat in the four limbs, heaviness of the body with profuse sweating, anorexia when lying down, a firm mass of qi binding under the left hypochondrium, pulling pain between the lower back and waist, dysmenorrhea or irregular menstruation, and infertility. Treatment utilizes:
*Gleditsiae Fructus* (Zaojiao, 皂荚) [roasted, skin and seeds removed] 1 liang; *Sichuan Pepper* (Shujiao, 蜀椒) 1 liang; *Asari Radix* (Xixin, 细辛) 6 fen.
Crush these into a powder. Place the powder in a triangular pouch approximately the size of a finger and two cun in length. Insert the pouch into the vagina. Remove it if discomfort occurs, and reinsert it when symptoms subside. Once the foul blood is completely expelled, wash with warm water. Abstain from sexual intercourse for three days.
The etiology of this syndrome arises when a woman who has recently given birth (less than ten days postpartum) bathes too early with hot water, leading to deficiency of yin and yang and laxity of the vulvar tissues. Alternatively, sleeping in the wind, residing in damp places or on wet mats, and failing to exercise caution can prevent the expulsion of foul blood and allow stagnant heat to accumulate, resulting in *Qing Jia* (Green Mass). Manifestations include qi accumulation in the right and left hypochondria, frequent spitting, inability to eat much, reluctance to move the four limbs, mental confusion and vivid dreams, edema of the hands and feet, yellowish complexion, difficulty in urination and defecation, and reduced fertility. Treatment utilizes:
*Rong Salt* (Rongyan, 戎盐) 1 sheng; *Gleditsiae Fructus* (Zaojiao, 皂荚) [roasted, skin and seeds removed] 5 qian; *Asari Radix* (Xixin, 细辛) 1 liang 6 qian.
Crush these into a powder. Place the powder in a triangular pouch approximately the size of a finger and three cun in length. Insert the pouch into the vagina. Upon lying down, the mass will descend and be discharged, appearing green like spinach juice.
The etiology of this syndrome stems from incomplete expulsion of foul blood during menstruation, followed by rapid walking or strenuous labor during the summer heat, causing急促 breathing and sweating, which obstructs both menstrual flow and qi movement. Manifestations include a mass in the abdomen the size of a cup that moves up and down, nausea, night sweats during sleep, soreness and weakness of the legs making prolonged standing difficult, urinary incontinence or sudden involuntary discharge resembling seminal emission, dysuria, and reduced fertility. Treatment utilizes:
*Rhubarb Rhizome* (Dahuang, 大黄) [size of a chicken egg] 1 piece; *Dried Ginger* (Ganjiang, 干姜) 2 liang; *Gallus gallus domesticus Gizzard Lining* (Jineijin, 鸡内金) [roasted] 1 piece; *Coptis Rhizome* (Huanglian, 黄连) 2 liang; *Cinnamon Twig Heart* (Guixin, 桂心) 1 stick; *Blatta orientalis* (Machong, 虫/虻虫) 3 pieces; *Phellodendri Cortex* (Houpo, 厚朴) [roasted] 10 zhu; *Prunus humilis Seed* (Yuliren, 郁李仁) [skin and tips removed, roasted] 1 liang.
Crush these into a powder. Take 3 qian bi (a small measure) mixed with one cup of warm wine on an empty stomach in a single dose. The mass will descend and be discharged. Abstain from sexual intercourse for three days.
