鹤虱 当归 桔梗 芍药 橘皮各八分 槟榔十分 人参 桂心各六分
上捣筛为散，空腹煮姜枣服方寸匕，渐加至二匕。
苦参 龙胆 升麻各二两 栀子仁三两
用苦酒五升，煮取一升，分二服，当大吐乃瘥。
乌头（炮去皮） 赤石脂 干姜各二分 附子（炮去皮）蜀椒各一分
上为末，蜜和丸，如麻子，先食服三丸，少少加之。
雷丸 鹤虱 贯众 野狼牙 桂心 当归各八分
上捣为散，空腹煮蜜水半鸡子许，服方寸匕，日二服。若重不过三剂，则瘥。

以水六升，煮取三升，去滓温服一升，日三。
香附子（炒）五两 乌药（炮）二两
共研细末，水醋煮蒸饼和丸梧子大，每服二、三钱，白汤下。
凡心腹俱胀痛，知气欲死，或已绝，取下方服立效。
栀子十四枚 豉七合
先以水二升 煮豉取一升二合，去滓纳栀子，更煎八合，去滓，服半升，不愈者尽服之。
桑寄生 独活 桂心各四两 黑狗肾 杜仲各五两 附子（炮） 芍药 石斛 牛膝 白
术人参各三两 甘草（炙）二两 芎 一两
以水一斗，煮取三升，分三服。
鹤虱、当归、桔梗、芍药、橘皮各八分，槟榔十分，人参、桂心各六分。
将上述药材捣碎并过筛制成散剂，空腹时用生姜和大枣煎煮汤液，送服一方寸匕的药散，逐渐增加剂量至两方寸匕。
苦参、龙胆、升麻各二两，栀子仁三两。
用醋五升，煎煮至剩下一升，分两次服用，服药后应当剧烈呕吐，病即可痊愈。
乌头（炮制去皮）、赤石脂、干姜各二分，附子（炮制去皮）、蜀椒各一分。
将上述药材研成细末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸剂，大小如麻子，饭前服用三丸，逐渐少量增加剂量。
雷丸、鹤虱、贯众、野狼牙、桂心、当归各八分。
将上述药材捣碎制成散剂，空腹时用蜂蜜水半鸡蛋量煎煮，送服一方寸匕的药散，每日服用两次。如果病情严重不超过三个疗程，病即可痊愈。
当归三两，甘草（炙）二两，人参、大黄各一两，芍药八分，干姜六分，茱萸五分，桂心三分。
用水六升，煎煮至剩三升，滤去药渣，温服一升，每日三次。
香附子（炒）五两，乌药（炮）二两。
共同研磨成细末，用水和醋煮蒸饼调和制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用二、三钱，用白开水送服。
凡是心腹部都胀痛，感觉气息将绝，或者已经气绝，取下方服用立即见效。
栀子十四枚，豆豉七合。
先用水二升，煎煮豆豉至剩一升二合，滤去药渣加入栀子，再煎煮至八合，滤去药渣，服用半升，若未痊愈则全部服下。
桑寄生、独活、桂心各四两，黑狗肾、杜仲各五两，附子（炮制）、芍药、石斛、牛膝、白术、人参各三两，甘草（炙）二两，川芎一两。
用水一斗，煎煮至剩三升，分三次服用。
Artemisiae Argyi Fructus (Heshi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jupi) each 8 fen, Arecae Semen (Binglang) 10 fen, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) each 6 fen.
Crush and sieve the above herbs to make a powder. Take one *cun* bi of the powder with ginger and jujube decoction on an empty stomach, gradually increasing the dose to two *cun* bi.
Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen), Gentianae Radix (Longdan), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) each 2 liang, Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi Ren) 3 liang.
Decoct in 5 sheng of vinegar until 1 sheng remains. Divide into two doses. Severe vomiting should occur for recovery.
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Wutou, prepared and peeled), Halloysit Rubra (Chishizhi), Zingiberis Rhizoma Dryum (Ganjiang) each 2 fen, Aconiti Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, prepared and peeled), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Shujiao) each 1 fen.
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take three pills before meals, gradually increasing the dose slightly.
Polyporus (Leiwang), Artemisiae Argyi Fructus (Heshi), Cyathulae Radix (Guanzhong), Agrimoniae Herba (Yelangya), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) each 8 fen.
Crush the above herbs to make a powder. Decoct half an egg's volume of honey water on an empty stomach, take one *cun* bi of the powder, twice daily. If severe, no more than three courses are needed for recovery.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) 3 liang, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata (Gancao, roasted) 2 liang, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) each 1 liang, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao) 8 fen, Zingiberis Rhizoma Dryum (Ganjiang) 6 fen, Evodiae Fructus (Zhuuyu) 5 fen, Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) 3 fen.
Decoct in 6 sheng of water until 3 sheng remain. Strain and take 1 sheng warm, three times daily.
Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi, stir-fried) 5 liang, Linderae Radix (Wuyao, processed) 2 liang.
Grind together into fine powder. Mix with steamed wheat cake boiled in water and vinegar to form pills the size of wu zi (wu tou seeds). Take 2-3 qian per dose, swallow with clear hot water.
For cases where both heart and abdomen are distended and painful, feeling as if breath is about to cease or has already ceased, take the following prescription for immediate effect.
Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi) 14 pieces, Glycines Sojae Semen Preparatum (Chi) 7 he.
First, decoct Chi in 2 sheng of water until 1.2 sheng remains. Strain, add Zhizi, and decoct again until 0.8 sheng remains. Strain and take 0.5 sheng. If not cured, take the remainder.
Taxilli Herba (Sangjisheng), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) each 4 liang, Canis Kidney (Heigoushen), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong) each 5 liang, Aconiti Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, prepared), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao), Dendrobii Caulis (Shihu), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) each 3 liang, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata (Gancao, roasted) 2 liang, Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) 1 liang.
Decoct in 1 dou of water until 3 sheng remain. Divide into three doses.
Moutan Cortex (Danpi, remove heart) 2 fen, Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma (Bixie), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) each 3 fen.
Grind the above herbs into powder. Take one *cun* bi with wine. It can also be taken as a decoction.
