人参一两
煎汁含漱。历半日，再以∶
龙齿末 血竭各三分 人参末 麦冬末各一两 龙脑二分 土狗一枚 地虱十枚
干为末，存性，于含漱既了，即以舌 之，伸退场门外，三次即能生肉。
卵衣（鸡卵外壳与卵白间之薄膜）
以卵衣套舌上，易三、四次，舌即脱皮而愈。
华佗外科神方
凡阳症痈疽，发生时必突起分余，其色红肿发光，疼痛呼号，苦在五日之内，犹可内散。
方用∶
金银花四两 蒲公英二两 生甘草二两 当归二两 天花粉五钱
水煎服，一剂即消，二剂痊愈。
若未服败毒之散，已在五日以外，致成脓奔溃。必用金刀，去其口边之腐肉，使内毒之
气不藏。刀长凡三寸，宽约三分，两面之锋俱利，勘定患部，横直刀画，成十字形，以末药
敷于膏药之上，粘贴即能止痛。三日之内，败脓尽出，即消灭于无形矣。大约膏药一枚，需
用末药二钱，其末药方为∶
人参一两 龙脑一钱 乳香一钱（去油） 透明血竭五钱 三七末一两 儿茶一两（水
飞过去砂用） 倍子一两 藤黄三钱 贝母二钱 轻粉一钱
各研成极细末，以无声为度，内用煎方∶
当归一两 黄 五钱 人参一钱 荆芥一钱 金银花二两 生甘草三钱
用水煎服，二剂已足。
木贼草
煎煮汤剂漱口，出血立即停止。
舌头被咬断。紧急使用：
人参一两
煎取汁液含漱。经过半天后，再使用：
龙齿粉 血竭各三分 人参粉 麦冬粉各一两 龙脑二分 土狗一枚 地虱十枚
干燥研成细末，保留药性，在含漱结束后，将药粉敷于舌上，伸出舌头到门外，重复三次即可长出新肉。
卵衣（鸡蛋壳与蛋白之间的薄膜）
用卵衣套在舌头上，更换三、四次，舌头脱皮后即可痊愈。
华佗外科神方
凡是阳证痈疽，发生时必然突起分界明显，颜色红肿发光，疼痛呼号，痛苦在五日之内，还可以内消散去。
方剂使用：
金银花四两 蒲公英二两 生甘草二两 当归二两 天花粉五钱
水煎服用，一剂即可消退，两剂痊愈。
如果没有服用败毒散，已经超过五日，导致化脓溃破。必须使用金刀，去除伤口边缘的腐肉，使内部毒素之气不致藏留。刀长共三寸，宽约三分，两面刀刃都锋利，确定患处，横竖下刀画线，形成十字形，将药末敷在膏药之上，粘贴即可止痛。三日之内，败脓全部排出，就消灭于无形了。大约一枚膏药，需要用药末二钱，其药末方为：
人参一两 龙脑一钱 乳香一钱（去油） 透明血竭五钱 三七粉一两 儿茶一两（水飞法去砂后使用） 倍子一两 藤黄三钱 贝母二钱 轻粉一钱

Equisetum Hiemale (Mu Zei Cao)
Decoct in water to rinse the mouth; bleeding stops immediately.
Tongue bitten off. Urgently use:
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), 1 liang
Decoct to obtain juice for holding in the mouth and rinsing. After half a day, then use:
Os Draconis (Longchi) powder, Xue Jie (Dragon's Blood), each 3 fen; Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) powder, Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong) powder, each 1 liang; Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao), 2 fen; Geocammelus (Tugou), 1 piece; Pulex Irritans (Dishi), 10 pieces.
Dry and grind into fine powder, preserving the medicinal nature. After finishing the mouth rinse, apply the powder to the tongue, extend the tongue outside the gate, repeat three times, and flesh will regenerate.
Ovipellis Periostracum (Luanyi, membrane between eggshell and albumen)
Cover the tongue with the membrane, change it three or four times, and the tongue will shed its peeling skin and heal.
Hen's Blood (Pinji Xue)
Soak on the tongue; the tongue will retract immediately.
Hua Tuo's Divine Formula for Surgery
For all Yang-type carbuncles and sores, when they occur, they must protrude with distinct boundaries, appearing red, swollen, shiny, painful, and causing cries of agony. If treated within five days, they can still be dissipated internally.
Formula:
Chrysanthemi Flos (Jinyinhua), 4 liang; Taraxaci Herba (Pugongying), 2 liang; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao), 2 liang; Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), 2 liang; Typhonii Rhizoma (Tianhuafen), 5 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally. One dose causes resolution; two doses lead to recovery.
If the detoxifying powder has not been taken, and more than five days have passed, leading to suppuration and rupture, a golden knife must be used to remove necrotic flesh from the wound edges, preventing internal toxic qi from lingering. The knife is three cun long and approximately three fen wide, with sharp edges on both sides. Determine the affected area, make vertical and horizontal incisions to form a cross shape, apply the powdered medicine onto a plaster, paste it on, and pain will cease. Within three days, all foul pus will be discharged and vanish无形ly. Approximately one plaster requires two qian of powdered medicine. The formula for the powder is:
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), 1 liang; Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao), 1 qian; Boswelliae Resina (Ruxiang), 1 qian (de-oiled); Sanguinis Draconis (Xuejie), 5 qian; Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma Sanqi Powder (Sanqi Mo), 1 liang; Catechu (Ercha), 1 liang (prepared by wet grinding to remove sand); Galla Chinensis (Beizi), 1 liang; Garciniae Resina (Tenghuang), 3 qian; Aucklandiae Radix (Beimu), 2 qian; Calomelas (Qingfen), 1 qian.
Grind each into extremely fine powder until silent. The internal decoction formula is:
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), 1 liang; Astragali Radix (Huangqi), 5 qian; Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), 1 qian; Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), 1 qian; Chrysanthemi Flos (Jinyinhua), 2 liang; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao), 3 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally; two doses are sufficient.
