治小儿疳气羸瘦，腹大颈小，头发稀疏，脏腑不调，或泻秘。
干蜗牛（半两） 干蚯蚓（半两） 蛇蜕皮（一分） 干虾蟆（三个） 使君子（五个，
炮） 没食子（五个，
右上四味入罐子内，封闭口，炭火烧通红，同后三味研细，取为丸如绿豆大，每服五丸
，米饮下，一日二服。
治小儿疳泻痢等极妙。
胡黄连 丁香 密陀僧各半两 肉豆蔻一个
上件同研细，入麝香一分，和匀，次入绿豆末少许，同水和为丸如麻子大，儿三岁以下
一丸，三岁以上五丸。孩子脑疳，鼻痒及赤烂，黄连汤下。脾虚，羸瘦泄痢，四肢虚肿，青
州枣汤下。肝疳，眼涩生疮，甘草汤下。骨疳，冷地卧，爱食土，紫苏茶汤调下。常服，米
饮下。肺疳，上气急喘，橘皮汤下。筋疳泻血，盐汤下。虫疳，及泻无定，生姜汤下。
治小儿吐奶，及霍乱吐泻不止。
石亭（脂炒，一钱七） 白滑（石炒，三钱七
上二味同研千余遍，看儿大小，生姜糯米泔调下一字，立瘥。
治小儿霍乱吐泻不定。
半夏（半两，汤洗七遍，生姜汁炒黄） 乳香 砂仁（各一钱，研
上三味为末，面糊为丸如绿豆大，每服五丸，米饮下，日三服。
治小儿未及周岁，吐泻不止，此乳母，气血动营，或热奶伤胃，致有痰涎。
雄黄（好者，少许） 大黄 五灵脂（各等分）
上三味同研为细末，每服一字，磨刀水调下。
香朴散 治小儿脾痛，兼和气止泻，及腹肋刺痛，起止疼痛，不思饮食。
浓朴（一两） 木香（一分） 麦 （一分，炒） 神曲（一分，炒） 青皮（去白，
一分） 陈皮（去白，一分）
上六味，同为细末，每服半钱，温水调下。
治疗小儿疳气消瘦，腹部胀大颈部细小，头发稀疏，脏腑功能失调，或者腹泻与便秘交替。

以上药材一同研成细末，加入麝香一分，混合均匀，再加入少许绿豆粉，用水调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂，三岁以下的幼儿服用一丸，三岁以上的服用五丸。若为脑疳，伴有鼻痒及红肿溃烂，用黄连汤送服；脾虚，消瘦泄痢，四肢浮肿，用青州枣汤送服；肝疳，眼涩生疮，用甘草汤送服；骨疳，喜卧冷地，爱吃泥土，用紫苏茶汤调服；平时常服，用米汤送服；肺疳，气逆急喘，用橘皮汤送服；筋疳泻血，用盐汤送服；虫疳，以及腹泻无定形，用生姜汤送服。
治疗小儿吐奶，以及霍乱导致呕吐腹泻不止。
石钟乳（脂炒，一钱七） 白滑石（石炒，三钱七）
以上两味药一同研磨千余遍，根据患儿大小，用生姜糯米泔水调服“一字”量，立刻痊愈。
治疗小儿霍乱呕吐腹泻不定。

以上三味药制成粉末，用面糊制成如绿豆大小的丸剂，每次服用五丸，用米汤送服，一日三次服用。
治疗未满周岁的小儿，呕吐腹泻不止，这是由于乳母气血动荡营卫，或热奶损伤胃腑，导致产生痰涎。

以上三味药一同研成细末，每次服用“一字”量，用磨刀水调服。
香朴散 治疗小儿脾痛，兼有调和气机止泻的功效，以及腹肋刺痛，疼痛发作停止不定，不思饮食。
厚朴（一两） 木香（一分） 麦芽（一分，炒制） 神曲（一分，炒制） 青皮（去白，
一分） 陈皮（去白，一分）
以上六味药，一同研成细末，每次服用半钱，用温水调服。

The above four ingredients are placed in a jar, the mouth is sealed, and burned red-hot with charcoal. They are then ground together with the following three ingredients into a fine powder. Formed into pills the size of mung beans, take five pills per dose,
administered with rice water, twice a day.
Extremely effective for treating pediatric gan diarrhea and dysentery.
Radix Scutellariae Barbatae (Huhuanglian), Fructus Tsaoko (Dingxiang), Litharge (Miduoseng) each ban liang, Semen Myristicae (Roudoukou) one piece.
Grind the above ingredients together into a fine powder, add Moschus (Shexiang) yi fen, mix evenly. Then add a small amount of Mung Bean Powder (Lvdoumo), mix with water to form pills the size of sesame seeds. For children under three years old, administer one pill; for those over three years old, administer five pills. For brain gan (nao gan) with nasal itching and redness/ulceration, administer with Huanglian Tang (Coptis Decoction). For spleen deficiency with emaciation, diarrhea/dysentery, and edema of the four limbs, administer with Qingzhou Zao Tang (Qingzhou Date Decoction). For liver gan (gan gan) with dry eyes and sores, administer with Gancao Tang (Licorice Decoction). For bone gan (gu gan) characterized by preference for lying on cold ground and pica (eating soil), administer with Zisu Cha Tang (Perilla Tea Decoction). For routine maintenance, administer with rice water. For lung gan (fei gan) with upward qi rebellion and rapid panting, administer with Jupi Tang (Tangerine Peel Decoction). Grind the above three ingredients together into a fine powder. Take "yi zi" per dose, mixed with knife-grinding water.
