白面（四两） 皂角（二挺，不去皮子，锉碎） 诃子（一两） 盐（一两
上件一处，以面裹用槐枝子烧，烟尽为度，后次入升麻细辛各一两，同杵为末，每日早
揩，须臾，漱口。
歌曰∶野客自仙乡。来呈变发方，南方采 草，丙地取生姜，筒漆猪牙皂，乌麻及
地黄，菟丝都七味。固济入瓷缸，火 须连日，黄乌终夜长。药成将揩齿，功效实难量，不
惟髭发黑，兼亦寿延长。

上各四两，入瓶内，以黄泥固脐，火 一日后，入地一尺二寸深窖，却三伏时取出，合
子盛，露三夜，不得着日气，罗为末，如齿药用之。
生干地黄（十二分好者细切） 升麻（一两，碎） 诃子（二枚，研末） 白盐花（半
分） 麻 （末，
沙牛粪调之，免飞上）
上件，都拌令匀，于一净沙瓶中盛，密封头，通身遍泥，阴干，七八日，待泥干，入炉
中，坐之，瓶四畔，以炭火周回烧，其炭续续添，尽七斤即住。其药以为黑灰，收之，并细
为末，每日夜用之揩齿。一如后法，揩齿法，欲使药时，用生姜一块，如杏仁大，烂嚼，须
臾即吐，却滓，以左手指揩三五遍，就湿指，点药末，更揩十数遍，含汁不得吐，以两手取
津，涂髭发。待辛辣定，即细细咽之。此药即兼治脚风、肠风、下气、驻颜益齿，若能勤用
，一生不白髭发，一百日却黑，赤者五十日黑，用药二十日即便见效也，若能空心三遍用，
更饭后用之，见效即速矣。
固齿健牙。

以上药材放在一起，用面糊包裹，用槐树枝燃烧熏烤，直到烟烧尽为止，然后加入升麻、细辛各一两，一同捣碎成粉末，每天早晨刷牙，片刻后漱口。
歌诀说：山野之人来自仙境，带来改变发色的方子，南方采集XX草，丙地取生姜，筒漆、猪牙皂、黑芝麻和地黄，菟丝子共七味药。密封好放入瓷缸，用火连续烧几天，整夜保持黄色变黑。药成后用来刷牙，功效实在难以估量，不仅胡须头发变黑，也能延长寿命。
XX草 生姜（切片，焙干） 筒漆 黑芝麻（如果没有，可用胡麻代替） 地黄 猪牙皂角 菟丝子
以上各四两，放入瓶内，用黄泥封住瓶口，用火烧一天后，埋入地下三尺六寸深的窖中，等到三伏天取出，装入盒子，露天放置三个夜晚，不能见阳光，研磨成粉末，像使用牙膏一样用于牙齿。
生干地黄（十二分好的切细） 升麻（一两，捣碎） 诃子（两个，研末） 白盐花（半分） 麻油（末，用沙牛粪调和，避免飞溅）
以上药材混合均匀，放在干净的沙瓶中，密封瓶口，全身涂泥，阴干，七八天，等泥干了，放入炉中，瓶子四周用炭火环绕烧，炭火不断添加，直到用完七斤炭就停止。药物变成黑灰，收集起来，再细细磨成粉末，每天早晚用来刷牙。就像后面的方法，刷牙法，想要用药时，用一块生姜，如杏仁大小，嚼烂，片刻后吐出，留下渣滓，用左手手指刷三五遍，用手指沾湿，点药末，再刷十几遍，含在口中不要吐出来，用手取唾液，涂抹胡须头发。等辛辣感消退，就慢慢咽下。此药还能兼治脚气病、肠风、降气、驻颜益齿，如果能勤用，一生胡须头发不白，一百天变黑，红色的五十天变黑，用药二十天就能见效，如果能空腹三次使用，饭后再用，见效更快。

Bai Mian (Triticum aestivum Flour, white flour) (4 liang) Zao Jiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, soap bean pod) (2 ting, unpeeled, chopped) He Zi (Terminalia chebulae Fructus, terminalia fruit) (1 liang) Yan (Salt) (1 liang)
Place the above ingredients together, wrap them in dough, and burn with Huai Zhi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Ramulus, pagoda tree branch) until the smoke is exhausted. Then add Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, black cohosh rhizome) and Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, asarum root) each 1 liang, pound them together into powder. Brush teeth every morning, rinse mouth after a while.
Song says: A wild guest comes from the immortal realm, presenting a formula to change hair color. Collect XX grass in the south, take fresh ginger from Bing land, Tong Qi (Lacca), Zhu Ya Zao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, soap bean pod), Wu Ma (Sesami Fructus niger, black sesame) and Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix, rehmannia root), Tu Si Zi (Cuscutae Semen, dodder seed), all seven flavors. Seal tightly and put into a porcelain jar, fire must burn for consecutive days, yellow turns black throughout the night. When the medicine is ready, use it to brush teeth, its efficacy is truly immeasurable. Not only will beard and hair turn black, but also longevity will be extended.

Each of the above 4 liang, put into a bottle, seal the neck with yellow mud, fire for one day, then bury in a cellar 3 chi 6 cun deep underground. Take out during the San Fu period (dog days of summer), store in a box, expose to dew for three nights, do not let sunlight touch it. Sieve into powder, use for teeth like toothpaste.
Sheng Gan Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, prepared rehmannia root) (choose good quality, cut finely, 12 fen) Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, black cohosh rhizome) (1 liang, crushed) He Zi (Terminalia chebulae Fructus, terminalia fruit) (2 pieces, ground to powder) Bai Yan Hua (Halitum Salis, rock salt crystals) (0.5 fen) Ma You (Sesami Oleum, sesame oil) (powdered, mixed with Sha Niu Fen (Bovis Stercus, cow dung) to prevent splashing)
Mix the above ingredients evenly, store in a clean sand bottle, seal the mouth tightly, mud the entire body, dry in shade for 7-8 days. When the mud is dry, place in a furnace, surround the bottle with charcoal fire, continuously add charcoal until 7 jin are consumed. The medicine becomes black ash, collect it, grind finely into powder. Use morning and night to brush teeth. As per the following method, brushing teeth method: when using the medicine, take a piece of fresh ginger, size of an almond, chew thoroughly, spit out after a moment, keep the residue. Brush 3-5 times with left hand fingers. Moisten fingers, dip into powder, brush more than ten times. Do not spit out the juice. Use hands to gather saliva, apply to beard and hair. Wait for the spicy sensation to subside, then swallow slowly. This medicine also treats Jiao Feng (foot wind/erysipelas), Chang Feng (intestinal wind/hemorrhoids), descends qi, preserves youth, strengthens teeth. If used diligently, beard and hair will never turn white in a lifetime. Turns black in 100 days; reddish hair turns black in 50 days. Effects visible after 20 days of use. If used on an empty stomach three times, and again after meals, effects will be faster.
