Use a new 1 dou 3 sheng earthenware jar for the above medicines. Place the aforementioned ingredients into the jar layer by layer, one ingredient at a time, until exhausted. Cover the jar mouth with a new tile, open a hole in the center of the lid for smoke to escape. Seal the jar circumference with yellow earth paper and tendon mud. Once dry, slowly roast over charcoal fire from all directions in a clean room. Ensure proper fire control until smoke ceases. Extinguish fire, seal the hole, and bake with yellow earth for one to two nights. After cooling, remove the medicine; its color is like crow feathers. Grind finely in a porcelain vessel; strictly avoid iron. Add Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) and Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), each 1 liang, grind finely, sift, and mix uniformly into the powder. Store in a porcelain vessel, seal tightly. Gradually take about one spoonful, also stored in a small porcelain vessel. Every day, regardless of morning or evening or after meals, brush teeth. Brush carefully and patiently inside and out. Ensure thorough cleaning around all teeth, then close the mouth for a moment. If persistent, long-term use will naturally make beards and sideburns exceptionally black and lustrous, teeth firm and white without falling out, and breath fragrant and clean. During preparation, strictly avoid contact with women, chickens, and dogs.
