【朱砂丸】治破伤风。目瞪口噤不语。手足搐搦。项筋强急。不能转侧。发则不识人。

【天麻丸】治破伤风。神效不可言。

气既不施则血聚。血聚则肉烂而生虫。此属厥阴。前证之论详矣。肉中生虫。鼻准赤大。以药疏之
。可用局方升麻汤。下钱氏泻青丸是也。余病各随经而治之。疠风成癞。桦皮散主之。此药出局方
。从少至多。服五七日后。灸承浆七壮。疮轻再灸。病愈再灸同上。
【桦皮散】治肺壅风毒。遍身疮疥。及瘾疹瘙痒。
杏仁（去皮尖。用水一碗。煎令减半取出。令干另研） 荆芥穗（各二两）

承浆一穴。一名悬浆。在颐前唇下宛宛中。足阳明任脉之会。疗偏风口 面肿消渴。口齿疳蚀
虫疮。灸亦佳。日灸七壮至七七壮止。灸则血脉通宣。其风应时立愈。艾炷根据小竹箸头大。不灸破
血肉。但令当脉灸。亦能愈疾。
【凌霄散】治疠风神效。

上为末。每服二钱。热酒调下。无时。于浴室中常存汤中一时许。服药神效。
【四圣保命丹】

上为末。蜜和匀。分作。一百二十丸。每服一丸。温酒送下。食远。日三服。忌肉酱。
【祛风散】
大蚕砂（五升。筛净。水淘二遍晒干） 东行蝎虎（一条焙干。白面四斤或五斤拌蚕砂为络索。晒干。）
上为末。每服一二合。熬柏叶汤调服。食前。日三服。
【柏叶汤】 东南枝上摘柏叶一秤。水一桶。煮三沸。去渣。瓮盛起。旋熬蚕砂调服。初
服苦涩。三五日后甜。十日四肢沉重。便赤白痢。一月后发出疮疙瘩。四十日后疮破。用
【乌龙散】
倒悬青灰二钱。乌鸡子皮。用地沥青调搽于破疮疙瘩上。
【神效天麻汤】治疠风。
胡麻（半升。研） 天麻（二两） 乳香（七钱半。研）
上为末。每服五钱匕。腊茶调下。日三服。服半月。两腰眼灸四十壮。忌动风物。
【换肌散】治大风年深久不愈。以至眉毛堕落。鼻梁崩塌。额颅肿破。

【如圣散】淋洗大风疾。大有神效。

上为末。每服一钱。茶清一盏调下。空心。日午临卧各一服。服后五七日。先于牙缝内出臭黄
涎。浑身疼痛。次后便利脓血。病根乃去。
【加减何首乌散】 治紫白癜风。筋骨、疼痛。四肢少力。眼断白人。鼻梁崩塌。皮肤疮
疥及手足皴裂。睡卧不稳。步履艰辛。
何首乌 蔓荆子 石菖蒲 荆芥穗
甘菊花 枸杞子 威灵仙 苦参（各半两）
上为末。每服三钱。蜜茶调下。无时。
【乌梢散】治疗破伤风以及洗头风。效果神妙。

将上述药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，用热酒调服。每日三次。病情重的，三到五天见效。
有四种严重的症状无法治愈。第一是头目呈现青黑色。第二是额头上的汗珠凝聚而不流动。第三是眼睛变小且直视不动。第四是身上出汗如油状。
【朱砂丸】治疗破伤风。表现为眼睛瞪大、口噤不能言语、手足抽搐、颈部筋脉强直紧急、不能转身侧卧。发作时不认识人。
朱砂（研磨） 半夏（清洗） 川乌（以上各一钱） 凤凰台（三钱）
雄黄（五分） 麝香（一字量）
将上述药物研为细末，用枣肉制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用一丸或两丸，用冷水送下。以吐出痰涎为度。
【天麻丸】治疗破伤风。效果神妙不可言说。
天麻 川乌（生用，去皮，各三钱） 草乌（生用） 雄黄（各一钱）
将上述药物研为细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用十丸，温酒送下，不限时间。
《内经》说：“脉风成疠。”这种病不仅仅在肺和肾发生。因为此病发于鼻部，俗称肺风。鼻头红赤肿胀变大，这是血随气机运行所致。
气机不能布散则血液积聚，血液积聚则肌肉腐烂而生虫。这属于厥阴经病变。前面对这些症状的论述已经很详细了。对于肉中生虫、鼻头红大的情况，用药疏通。可以使用局方升麻汤，配合钱氏泻青丸。其他病症分别根据所属经络进行治疗。疠风发展成癞病，用桦皮散主治。此药出自局方。从少量开始逐渐增加，服用五到七天后，灸承浆穴七壮。疮疡轻的再灸。病愈后再灸同上。
【桦皮散】治疗肺壅风毒。遍身疮疥，以及瘾疹瘙痒。
杏仁（去皮尖，用水一碗，煎至减半取出，晾干另研） 荆芥穗（以上各二两）
枳壳（去掉瓤，用炭火烧至存性） 桦皮（烧至存性，以上各四两） 甘草（炙，半两）
将以上五味药研为细末。每次服用二钱，饭后用温酒调服。每日进服三次。
承浆这一穴位，又名悬浆，位于下巴前唇下方的凹陷处。是足阳明胃经与任脉的交会穴。治疗偏瘫口眼歪斜、面部肿胀、消渴、口齿疳蚀、虫疮等。艾灸效果也很好。每日灸七壮，直到七七四十九壮为止。艾灸能使血脉通畅宣通，风邪随即立愈。艾炷大小如同小竹箸头那么大，不要灸破血肉，只要对准经脉施灸，也能治愈疾病。
【凌霄散】治疗疠风，效果神妙。
蝉蜕 地龙（炒） 僵蚕 全蝎（以上各七个） 凌霄花（半两）
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用热酒调服，不限时间。在浴室中，常保持水温适宜约一个时辰，服药效果神妙。
【四圣保命丹】
大黄（半两） 黄柏（半斤） 苦参 荆芥（以上各四两）
虾蟆（一只，烧成灰）
将上述药物研为细末，用蜂蜜调和均匀，分成一百二十丸。每次服用一丸，温酒送下，饭前服用。每日三次。忌食肉酱。
【祛风散】
大蚕砂（五升，筛净，水洗两遍晒干） 向东走的蝎虎（一条焙干，用白面四斤或五斤拌蚕砂做成络索，晒干。）
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用一二合，熬柏叶汤调服。饭前服用。每日三次。
【柏叶汤】 采摘东南方向枝干上的柏叶一秤，用水一桶，煮开三次。去掉渣滓，用瓮盛起，随时熬煮蚕砂调服。初服时味道苦涩，三到五日后变甜。十日后面色四肢沉重，排出赤白痢疾。一个月后发出疮疙瘩。四十日后疮破溃，使用
【乌龙散】
倒悬青灰二钱，乌鸡蛋皮，用地沥青调和涂抹在破溃的疮疙瘩上。
【神效天麻汤】治疗疠风。
胡麻（半升，研磨） 天麻（二两） 乳香（七钱半，研磨）
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用五钱匕，用腊茶调服。每日三次。服用半个月后，在两腰眼处各灸四十壮。忌食动风之物。
【换肌散】治疗大风病多年久治不愈，以至于眉毛脱落，鼻梁崩塌，额颅肿胀破溃。

将以上二十八味药研为细末。每次服用五钱匕，温酒调服，饭后服用。酒多些更好。服用超过一个月，取效如神。
【如圣散】淋洗大风病，大有神效。
顽荆子 苦参 玄参 紫参
浓朴 荆芥 沙参 陈皮
麻黄（去节，以上各一两） 蔓荆子 防风 白芷
威灵仙（以上各二两） 桃柳枝（以上各一把）
将上述药物研为细末。水五升，药三钱，煎煮数沸。临睡前热洗患处。忌酒、湿面及五辛之物。
【醉仙散】治疗大风病。遍身瘾疹，瘙痒麻木。
胡麻子 蔓荆子 牛蒡子 枸杞子（以上各一两，一同炒） 白蒺藜 苦参 栝蒌根 防风（以上各半两）
轻粉（少许）
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，用一盏茶清调服。空腹，日午、临卧各服一次。服药后五到七天，先从牙缝内排出臭黄涎，浑身疼痛，随后便利脓血，病根乃除。
【加减何首乌散】 治疗紫白癜风，筋骨疼痛，四肢无力，眼睑下垂露白，鼻梁崩塌，皮肤疮疥及手足皴裂，睡卧不安，步履艰难。
何首乌 蔓荆子 石菖蒲 荆芥穗
甘菊花 枸杞子 威灵仙 苦参（以上各半两）
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用三钱，蜜茶调服，不限时间。
[Wushao San] Treats tetanus (Pòshāngfēng) and "washing head wind" (Xǐtóufēng). The effect is miraculous.
*Ophiopogonis Radix* (soaked in wine for one night, remove bones, 6 qian), *Ephedrae Herba* (remove joints, 1 liang), *Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix* (cut open, white interior part),
*Zingiberis Rhizoma* (Manjiang), *Aconiti Radix Preparata* (Hei Fu, processed), *Chuanxiong Rhizoma*, *Gastrodiae Rhizoma* (Baifu),
*Tianma* (each half liang), *Scorpio* (Xieshao, 2.5 qian).
Grind the above into powder. Take 1 qian each time, mixed with hot wine. Three times a day. For severe cases, improvement is seen within three to five days.
There are four dire symptoms that are incurable. First, the head and eyes appear cyanotic and black. Second, sweat beads on the forehead do not flow. Third, the eyes are small and staring fixedly. Fourth, sweat oozes from the body like oil.
[Zhu Sha Wan] Treats tetanus. Symptoms include staring eyes, locked jaw with inability to speak, convulsions of hands and feet, stiffness and tension of neck tendons, inability to turn or lie on side. During attacks, the patient does not recognize people.
*Cinnabaris* (ground), *Pinelliae Rhizoma* (washed), *Aconiti Radix* (Chuanwu, each 1 qian), *Fenghuangtai* (3 qian),
*Realgar* (0.5 fen), *Moschus* (Yizi amount).
Grind the above into powder, mix with jujube flesh to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take one or two pills each time, swallowed with cold water. Stop when vomiting occurs.
[Tianma Wan] Treats tetanus. The effect is miraculous beyond words.
*Tianma*, *Aconiti Radix* (Chuanwu, raw, peeled, each 3 qian), *Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix* (Caowu, raw), *Realgar* (each 1 qian).
Grind the above into powder, bind with wine paste to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take ten pills each time, swallowed with warm wine, at any time.
The *Neijing* states: "Wind pulse becomes Li." This disease occurs not only in the Lung and Kidney meridians. Because it manifests on the nose, it is commonly called Lung Wind. Redness, swelling, and enlargement of the nasal tip occur because blood follows the Qi mechanism.
When Qi fails to distribute, blood accumulates; when blood accumulates, flesh rots and generates parasites. This belongs to the Jueyin category. The discussion on the aforementioned symptoms is detailed. For flesh rotting with parasites and red/enlarged nasal tip, use medication to dredge. One can use the Ju Fang Shengma Tang combined with Qian Shi Xieqing Wan. Other diseases are treated according to their respective meridians. When Li Feng progresses to Lei disease, Huapi San is the main prescription. This medicine comes from the Ju Fang. Start with a small dose and increase gradually. After taking it for five to seven days, moxa-convexity (Zhuang) is applied to Chengjiang acupoint seven times. If sores are mild, moxa again. Upon recovery, moxa as before.
[Huapi San] Treats Lung congestion and wind toxicity. Sores and scabies all over the body, as well as nettle-rash itching.
*Almond Seed* (Xingren, remove skin and tips, boil in one bowl of water until half remains, take out, dry and grind separately), *Schizonepetae Spica* (Jingjie Sui, each 2 liang),
*Aurantii Fructus* (Zhike, remove pith, burn charcoal until carbonized but preserved nature), *Betula Plankyi Bark* (Huapi, burn charcoal until carbonized but preserved nature, each 4 liang), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, roasted, half liang).
Grind the above five herbs into powder. Take 2 qian each time after meals, mixed with warm wine. Three doses per day.
Chengjiang acupoint, also known as Xuanjiang, is located in the depression anterior to the chin below the lip. It is the meeting point of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian and the Ren Mai. It treats hemiplegic facial paralysis, facial swelling, Xiao Ke (wasting-thirst), oral and dental gan erosion, and parasitic sores. Moxibustion is also excellent. Moxa seven Zhuang daily up to forty-nine Zhuang. Moxibustion promotes smooth blood vessels and circulation, causing wind pathogens to heal immediately. The moxa cone should be the size of a small bamboo chopstick head. Do not burn through flesh and blood; simply apply directly over the meridian to cure the disease.
[Lingxiao San] Treats Li Feng with miraculous effects.
*Cicadae Periostracum*, *Pheretima* (Di Long, fried), *Bombyx Batryticatus* (Jiangcan), *Scorpio* (Quanxie, each seven pieces), *Lagerstroemia Indica Flower* (Lingxiao Hua, half liang).
Grind the above into powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with hot wine, at any time. In the bathhouse, keep the water temperature suitable for about one shichen (two hours). Taking medicine under these conditions yields miraculous results.
[Sisheng Baoming Dan]
*Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang, half liang), *Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex* (Huangbai, half jin), *Sophorae Flavescentis Radix* (Kushen), *Schizonepetae Spica* (Jingjie, each 4 liang),
*Bufo Viridis* (Xama, one, burnt to ash).
Grind the above into powder, mix evenly with honey, divide into 120 pills. Take one pill each time, swallowed with warm wine, before meals. Three times a day. Avoid meat sauce.
[Qufeng San]
*Bombyx Caccus* (Can Sha, five sheng, sifted clean, washed with water twice, dried), *Tarentola japonica* (Dongxing Xiehu, one, baked dry, mixed with four or five jin of white flour and Can Sha to form a cord, dried).
Grind the above into powder. Take one or two he (unit of volume) each time, mixed with boiled Biye Tang. Before meals. Three times a day.
[Biye Tang] Pick Biye (Cupressi Cacumen) from southeast branches, one cheng. Use one bucket of water, boil three times. Remove dregs, store in an urn. Boil and mix with Can Sha for administration. Initially bitter and astringent, becomes sweet after three to five days. After ten days, limbs feel heavy, passing red and white dysentery. After one month, sores and bumps emerge. After forty days, sores rupture, use
[Wulong San]
Daoxuan Qinghui (2 qian), Black chicken eggshell, mixed with petroleum jelly, applied to ruptured sores and bumps.
[Shenxiao Tianma Tang] Treats Li Feng.
*Sesamum indicum* (Huma, half sheng, ground), *Tianma* (2 liang), *Boswelliae Resina* (Ruxiang, 7.5 qian, ground).
Grind the above into powder. Take five qian bi each time, mixed with winter tea. Three times a day. After taking for half a month, moxa forty Zhuang on both waist eyes. Avoid wind-inducing foods.
[Huanji San] Treats severe Feng disease lasting many years without cure, leading to loss of eyebrows, collapse of nasal bridge, swelling and rupture of forehead and skull.

*Paeoniae Radix Rubra* (Chishaoyao), *Dingfeng Cao*, *Polygoni Multiflori Radix* (Heshouwu), *Sesamum indicum Seed* (Humazi, fried yellow),
*Momordicae Semen* (Mubiezi), *Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix* (Caowu, peeled), *Atractylodis Rhizoma* (Cangzhu), *Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (above 24 ingredients, each 3 liang),
*Tianma* (2 liang), *Asari Radix et Rhizoma* (Xixin), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Baizhi, each 1 liang).
Grind the above 28 ingredients into powder. Take five qian bi each time, mixed with warm wine, after meals. More wine is better. After taking for over a month, effects are miraculous.
[Rusheng San] Wash/rinse severe Feng disease, great miraculous effect.
*Wanjingzi*, *Sophorae Flavescentis Radix* (Kushen), *Scrophulariae Radix* (Xuanshen), *Codonopsis Pilosula* (Zishen),
*Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex* (N Hou), *Schizonepetae Spica* (Jingjie), *Adenophorae Radix* (Shashen), *Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium* (Chenpi),
*Ephedrae Herba* (Mahuang, remove joints, each 1 liang), *Vitex Trifolia Fruit* (Manjingzi), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Baizhi),
*Spiraeae Ramulus* (Weilingxian, each 2 liang), *Prunus Persica Branch* and *Salix Branch* (Taoliuzhi, each one handful).
Grind the above into powder. Five sheng of water, three qian of medicine, boil several times. Rinse with heat before sleep. Avoid alcohol, damp noodles, and five pungent spices.
[Zuixian San] Treats severe Feng disease. Nettle-rash all over the body, itching and numbness.
*Sesamum indicum Seed* (Humazi), *Vitex Trifolia Fruit* (Manjingzi), *Arctii Fructus* (Niubangzi), *Lycii Fructus* (Gouqizi, each 1 liang, stir-fried together), *Tribuli Fructus* (Bajili), *Sophorae Flavescentis Radix* (Kushen), *Trichosanthis Radix* (Gualougen), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng, each half liang),
*Merccurii Bichloridum* (Qingfen, a little).
Grind the above into powder. Take 1 qian each time, mixed with a cup of clear tea. On an empty stomach, once at noon and once before bed. After five to seven days of taking, foul yellow saliva first exudes from tooth gaps, whole body hurts, then pus and blood pass in stool/urine, root of disease is removed.
[Jiajian Heshouwu San] Treats Zibo Feng (Purple and White Wind), bone and joint pain, weakness in four limbs, eyelids drooping exposing whites, collapsed nasal bridge, skin sores/scabies, cracking of hands and feet, restless sleep, difficult walking.
