夫耳内生疮者。为足少阴肾之经。其气通于耳。其经虚则风热乘之。随脉入于耳。与气血相搏
。故令耳内生疮也。
【曾青散】治耳内有恶疮。
雄黄（七钱半） 曾青（五钱） 黄芩（二钱半）
上为末。每用少许纳耳中。如有脓汁。用绵杖子拭干用之。
【黄连散】
黄连（半两） 白矾（七钱半）
上为末。每用少许。绵裹纳耳中。
【黄 丸】治肾虚耳鸣。夜间睡着如打钟鼓。觉耳内风吹。四肢抽掣疼痛。
黄 （去芦一两） 白蒺藜（炒） 羌活（各半两） 黑附子（一个。大者）
羯羊肾（一对。焙干用）
上为末。酒面糊丸如桐子大。每服三四十丸。空心食前。煨葱盐汤下。
【菖蒲挺子】治耳中痛。
菖蒲（一两） 附子（半两。炮。去皮脐）
上为末。每用少许。油调滴耳中。立效。
【又方】耳痛。食盐不以多少。炒热。用枣面蒸物。青花布包定枕之。其效如神。
【通耳丹】治耳聋。
安息香 桑白皮 阿魏（各一两半） 朱砂（半钱）
上用巴豆七个。蓖麻仁七个。大蒜七个研烂。入药末和匀枣核大。每用一丸。绵裹纳耳中。如
觉微痛。即出之。
【治蚰蜒入耳方】湿生虫。研如泥。摊在纸上。捻成纸捻。安耳中即出。
【又方】蜗牛虫去壳研烂。滴水五七点再研匀。灌耳内。无活者。干者研亦可。
【治蜈蚣入耳】炙猪肉掩两耳即出。
【又方】用生姜汁灌耳中即出。
【治飞蛾入耳】酱汁灌入耳即出。
【又方】击铜器耳边即出。
【治蚁入耳】以大蒜捣取汁。灌耳中。
【又方】鲮鲤甲烧灰水调滤清者。滴耳中。即出。
【又方】猪脂一指大。炙令香。安耳孔边。即出。
【一切虫物入耳】用口气尽力吸出。最妙。
耳朵内部生疮，是因为足少阴肾经的气血通达于耳。当该经脉虚弱时，风热之邪便会乘虚而入，顺着经络进入耳中，与体内的气血相互搏结，从而导致耳内生疮。
【曾青散】用于治疗耳内患有恶疮。

将上述药材研成细末。每次取少量药粉纳入耳中。如果耳内有脓汁流出，先用棉签拭干后再用药。
【黄连散】

将上述药材研成细末。每次取少量药粉，用棉布包裹后纳入耳中。
【黄丸】用于治疗肾虚引起的耳鸣，夜间入睡时感觉耳内如敲钟打鼓般轰鸣，醒来感觉耳内有风吹感，四肢抽搐掣痛。
黄（去芦头一两） 白蒺藜（炒制） 羌活（各半两） 黑附子（一个，较大的）
羯羊肾（一对，焙干使用）
将上述药材研成细末，用酒和面糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三四十丸，空腹、饭前服用，用煨过的葱盐汤送服。
【菖蒲挺子】用于治疗耳痛。
菖蒲（一两） 附子（半两，炮制，去皮和脐）
将上述药材研成细末。每次取少量药粉，用油调和后滴入耳中，立即见效。
【又方】治疗耳痛。食盐不限用量，炒热后，用枣面粉包裹蒸熟之物，用青花布包好枕在耳下，效果神奇。
【通耳丹】用于治疗耳聋。
安息香 桑白皮 阿魏（各一两半） 朱砂（半钱）
取巴豆七个、蓖麻仁七个、大蒜七个，研磨成烂泥状，加入药末混合均匀，制成如枣核大小的丸剂。每次取一丸，用棉布包裹后纳入耳中。如果感到轻微疼痛，立即取出。
【治疗蚰蜒（一种多足虫）进入耳中的方法】湿生虫研成泥状，摊在纸上，捻成纸捻状，放入耳中即可引出虫子。
【又方】蜗牛去壳后研烂，滴入五六滴水再次研磨均匀，灌入耳内，虫子就会死亡。如果是干的蜗牛，研碎也可以使用。
【又方】在耳边敲击铜器，飞蛾就会出来。
【又方】将鲮鲤甲烧成灰，用水调匀过滤后的清液，滴入耳中，蚂蚁就会出来。
Sores inside the ear are caused by the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian (Zu Shao Yin Shen Jing, Meridian of Foot Shaoyin Kidney), whose qi connects to the ear. When this meridian is deficient, wind-heat pathogens take advantage of the weakness and enter the ear along the vessels, where they contend with qi and blood, thus causing sores to form inside the ear.
[Zengqing San (Cassiterite Powder)] treats malignant sores within the ear.
Realgar (Xionghuang, 7 qian half) Zengqing (5 qian) Scutellaria Root (Huangqin, 2 qian half)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Apply a small amount into the ear each time. If there is pus, wipe it dry with a cotton swab before application.
[黄连散 (Coptis Powder)]
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, 0.5 liang) Alum (Baifan, 7 qian half)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Wrap a small amount in cotton and insert into the ear each time.
[Huang Wan (Yellow Pill)] treats tinnitus due to Kidney deficiency, characterized by a sensation of bell-ringing or drum-beating in the ears at night while sleeping, a feeling of wind blowing in the ears upon waking, and twitching pain in the four limbs.
Astragalus Root (Huangqi, 1 liang, remove root tips) Tribulus Fruit (Baijili, stir-fried) Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo, 0.5 liang each) Black Aconite Root (Hei Fuzi, one large piece) Ram Kidney (Jieyangshen, one pair, baked dry until used)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds using wine and wheat flour paste. Take 30–40 pills per dose, on an empty stomach before meals, washed down with decoction of roasted green onion and salt.
[Changpu Tingzi (Calamus Stick)] treats earache.
Calamus Rhizome (Changpu, 1 liang) Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi, 0.5 liang, processed, skin and umbilicus removed)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Mix a small amount with oil and drip into the ear for immediate effect.
[Another Prescription] Treats earache. Take salt as needed, stir-fry until hot, wrap in dough made from jujube flour, steam, wrap in blue floral cloth, and use as a pillow under the ear. The effect is miraculous.
[Tong'er Dan (Ear-Unblocking Elixir)] treats deafness.
Benzoin (Anxi Xiang) Mulberry Root Bark (Sangbaipi) Ferula Resin (awei, 1.5 liang each) Cinnabar (Zhusha, 0.5 qian)
Take seven seed beans of Ephedra (Badou), seven seeds of Castor Bean (Bimaren), and seven cloves of Garlic (Dasuan). Grind them into a paste, mix evenly with the medicinal powders, and form pills the size of a date pit. Insert one pill wrapped in cotton into the ear each time. Remove immediately if slight pain is felt.
[Method for treating centipedes entering the ear] Grind wet-born insects into mud, spread on paper, roll into a paper wick, and place in the ear to extract the insect.
[Another Method] Remove the shell of a snail, grind it into a paste, add five or seven drops of water, grind again until uniform, and instill into the ear to kill the insect. Dried snails can also be ground and used.
[Method for treating centipedes entering the ear] Cover both ears with roasted pork meat; the centipede will exit.
[Another Method] Instill ginger juice into the ear; the centipede will exit.
[Method for treating moths entering the ear] Instill sauce into the ear; the moth will exit.
[Another Method] Strike copper vessels near the ear; the moth will exit.
[Method for treating ants entering the ear] Crush garlic to extract juice and instill into the ear.
[Another Method] Burn Pangolin Scales (Lingli Jia) to ash, mix with water, filter the clear liquid, and drip into the ear; the ants will exit.
[Another Method] Take a thumb-sized amount of Pig Fat (Zhuzhi), heat until fragrant, and place beside the ear canal; the ants will exit.
[For all insects entering the ear] Use your mouth to suck them out forcefully. This is the best method.
