上和匀，先以纸筋泥固济瓦罐子一个，候干入药，密封口，以铁线扎牢，候干安在四方
砖上，砖上书八卦五行字样，用炭二十斤，笼叠周匝。自辰时从下生火，先文后武，渐渐上彻
，至晚方息，经宿勿动，次早取出，研细末，以净瓷罐收贮，根据前使用。

去骨锋者，以手整顿骨节，归原端正，用夹夹定，然后治疗。或箭镞入骨不出，亦可
用此麻之，或用铁钳拽出，或用凿开取出。若人昏沉后，用盐汤或盐水与服，立醒。

南星 防风（等分）
上为细末敷疮口，若破伤风根据上法敷贴疮口，仍以温酒调服一钱，牙关紧急，角
弓反张，或死而心尚温者，热童便调下二钱，斫殴内伤坠压，并用酒和童便调，连进二
服苏，南星为防风所制，服之不麻，追出黄水尽为度。
黄末药 治跌打损伤，皮肉破绽，筋肉寸断，败血壅滞，结痈烂坏，疼痛至甚，或劳役
所损，四肢疼痛，损后中风，手足痿痹不仁，筋骨乖张，挛缩不伸，续筋接骨，卓有奇效。

上用新铛先溶猪油，次下黄蜡，于冷处下铅丹、陀僧、自然铜，缓火再煎，水中滴之
不散，更出铛，冷下朱砂，搅匀至凝，丸如弹子大，用笋皮趁冷收。凡遇木石损伤碎者，用
火化开，糊伤处滑上，然后夹定。用此药服时，重丸梧桐子大。每服十丸，葱酒调下。或
伤深者，须填孔中，浅者油单纸摊贴，甚者灯心裹木夹之。如药力散再觉痛、更一服，痛即
止，又痛甚者，又贴之即止。

Mix the two evenly. First, seal a clay jar tightly with mud made from paper fibers. Once dry, put the medicine inside, seal the mouth tightly, and secure it firmly with iron wire. After drying, place it on four square bricks inscribed with the Eight Trigrams and Five Elements characters. Use 20 jin of charcoal to surround it completely. Start heating from below at Chen hour (7-9 AM), beginning with gentle fire and gradually increasing to strong fire until thoroughly heated. Stop heating by evening. Do not move it overnight. Take it out early the next morning, grind into fine powder, store in a clean porcelain jar, and use according to previous instructions.

Taiyu Huoxue Dan (Tai Prison Blood-Activating Pill) Treats all external injuries and internal damage, pain from falls and fractures, intra-abdominal blood stasis, stabbing pain in the hypochondrium radiating to the heart, left hemiplegia and right paralysis, wandering fixed pain, carbuncles, sores, hemorrhoids and fistulas, cold qi entering the abdomen in women causing blood vessel obstruction, postpartum failure blood pouring into limbs, breast swelling and pain from milk stagnation. All are suitable for taking this medicine.

Grind the above into fine powder, mix with frankincense paste and pound into a paste. If small in quantity, add vinegar paste to make pills the size of a bullet. For severe cases, take one pill; for mild cases, half a pill. Dissolve with one cup of unadulterated wine and a bean-sized piece of frankincense, boil for three to five minutes, and take warm before going to bed. Lie down with the painful area near the bed, cover with blankets to induce sweating, and apply medicine to the injured area. Avoid all wind-moving and qi-moving foods. For various women's diseases, take 1 qian of Danggui powder, decoct and take according to method. Contraindicated for pregnant women.

Grind the above into fine powder. For shattered bones or dislocated joints, take 1 qian each time, mixed with good wine to induce numbness and loss of pain sensation. Alternatively, scrape open with a knife or boil to remove sharp bone edges, manually realign the joint to its original position, fix with splints, then treat. If an arrowhead is embedded in bone and cannot be removed, use this to numb first, then extract with iron pliers or chisel out. If the patient is unconscious, give salt water or saline solution to wake them up immediately.

Decoct in one cup of wine until reduced to six parts, strain, take at cockcrow time. By dawn, old blood will be discharged and healed. If qi is exhausted and unable to speak, pry open mouth first, revive with hot child urine. Adding Chuanxiong, Danggui, and Shaoyao decocted in wine is especially effective.

Grind the above into fine powder and apply to the wound. For tetanus, apply to the wound according to the above method, and also take 1 qian mixed with warm wine. For trismus (lockjaw) and opisthotonos (arching back), or death with still-warm heart, take 2 qian mixed with hot child urine. For chopping/blunt trauma/internal injury/falls/pressure, mix with wine and child urine, take two doses continuously to revive. Nanxing is controlled by Fangfeng, so it does not cause numbness. Continue until yellow fluid is completely drained.
Huangmo Yao (Yellow End Medicine) Treats bruises and trauma, ruptured skin and flesh, severed muscles and tendons, stagnant敗血 (failure blood), carbuncle formation and necrosis, extreme pain, or damage from labor, limb pain, stroke after injury, flaccid paralysis and numbness of hands and feet, abnormal bone and tendon posture, contracture and inability to extend. Continues tendons and connects bones, with remarkable efficacy. Regularly takes to activate blood and stop pain.

Grind the above into fine powder, make pills with unrooted water the size of Sophora seed. Take 30 pills each time, sent down with good wine. Administration as before. If fracture occurs from blow, align the broken bone ends, apply paste of fried rice flour and sour vinegar, fix with wooden splints. After three days, wash off rice flour, keep only wooden splints. Initially take one dose every other day. Once bones connect, take one dose every five days. Stop when healed.
Jiegu Xianfang (Immortal Formula for Connecting Bones) Treats bruises and trauma, fracture pain.

Equal parts. Roll cooked flour into a cake, wrap the above medicine, take with warm wine. Then take sweet melon seed powder (about one character weight), also sent down with warm wine, guiding the medicine directly to the affected area. If bones are shattered, burn tangled silk to ash (retain nature), grind together with the above two ingredients, wrap and take.
Zhenggu San (Bone-Aligning Powder) Treats severe bruises and fractures unable to move or walk. After aligning and binding the fracture, take half a character dose, and bones will connect immediately. Miraculous effect.

Grind the above into fine powder. Peel one slice of fresh ginger, crush to juice, add a little rice vinegar, mix with white flour paste to apply medicine spread on paper. Apply to injured area, bind with cloth, fix with splints, wrap with hemp skin.
Tieye Wulongjiao (Leaf-Sticking Black Dragon Horn) Treats bruises and trauma, severed bones and tendons, dislocated joints. See previous formula for usage. If fat/grease comes out, not damaging inner membrane, shave victim's top hair without letting them know. Place hot iron through cloth to iron the crown of head, fat/grease enters naturally. Use new cauldron, first melt pig fat, then add yellow beeswax. In cool place, add lead tetroxide, litharge, pyrite. Simmer gently on slow fire. Test drop in water does not scatter. Remove from cauldron, add Zhusha when cool, stir evenly until solidified. Make pills the size of bullets, store in bamboo skin while cool. For wood/stone injuries causing fragmentation, melt with fire, smear on wound smoothly, then fix with splints. When taking this medicine internally, make pills the size of Sophora seed. Take 10 pills each time, mixed with scallion wine. Or for deep wounds, fill hole; for shallow, spread on oil paper and apply; for severe, wrap with rush pith and wooden splints. If pain returns as medicine wears off, take another dose, pain stops. If pain is severe again, reapply ointment, pain stops.
