小儿蜕肛者，皆因久患泻痢得之。大肠头自粪门出，宜用葱汤熏洗，令软送上。先服止
泻药，然后服槐角等药，又用五倍子煎汤，入明矾末熏洗而缩上。有兼痔证肿痛，此为乳母所
伤，浓味爆 感之而得者。
宜用丹石散、胜雪膏等涂之肿处甚佳，服黄连解毒汤，苦参汤洗，又用防风、荆芥等煎
汤洗。或用密陀僧、白矾、冰片末敷上亦妙。又用蓖麻子研成膏，贴顶上，肠即入，急洗蓖麻子
去之。及用苦参汤洗亦效。凡肠头作痒即有虫，可用生艾、川楝根煎汤熏洗。
龙骨散 治婴儿大肠虚肛门脱出。
龙骨（二钱半） 诃子肉（煨） 没石子（二枚） 赤石脂 罂粟壳（去筋醋炒。各二钱）
为末，米饮调化，食前服。
涩肠散 治小儿久痢，大肠头脱出不收。
诃子肉（煨） 赤石脂 龙骨（各等分）
为末，茶少许和药掺肠头上，以帛揉入。治痢，木通汤调下。
丹石散 治外痔如神。
黄丹 滑石（各等分）
为末，新汲水调涂，日上五次。
胜雪膏 治坠肠，翻花等痔，热痛不可忍，或已成疮者并治。
脑子 铅霜（各少许）
以好醋研成膏，涂之愈。
苦参汤 治脱肛并痔。
枳壳 黄连 大黄 甘草 荆芥 苦参 芍药 黄芩（各等分）
上咀，每剂半两，车前子、茅草同煎，熏洗。

小儿脱肛，都是因为长期患有腹泻或痢疾而导致的。大肠头部从肛门脱出，适宜用葱水熏蒸清洗，待其变软后用手推回原位。先服用止泻的药物，然后再服用槐角丸等药物，另外再用五倍子煎煮的汤剂，加入明矾粉末进行熏洗，使肠道缩回。如果兼有痔疮引起的肿痛症状，这是因为乳母饮食不当，食用了浓烈、辛辣的食物，通过乳汁传给孩子所致。
适宜使用丹石散、胜雪膏等药物涂抹在肿胀部位，效果很好；内服黄连解毒汤，外用苦参汤清洗，或者使用防风、荆芥等药材煎煮的汤剂清洗。也可以使用密陀僧、白矾、冰片研磨成的粉末敷在患处，同样奇妙有效。还可以将蓖麻子研成膏状，贴在头顶百会穴处，肠道即可收回，之后要立即清洗掉蓖麻子以免副作用。此外，使用苦参汤清洗也有效。凡是脱出的肠头发痒，说明有寄生虫，可以使用生艾叶、川楝根煎煮的汤剂进行熏洗。
龙骨散：治疗婴儿因大肠虚弱导致肛门脱出。
龙骨（二钱半）、诃子肉（煨制）、没石子（两枚）、赤石脂、罂粟壳（去除筋络，用醋炒制，各二钱）。
研磨成粉末，用米汤调服，饭前服用。
涩肠散：治疗小儿久患痢疾，大肠头部脱出无法收回。
诃子肉（煨制）、赤石脂、龙骨（各等分）。
研磨成粉末，取少许茶叶和药粉撒在脱出的肠头上，用布揉按使其复位。若用于治疗痢疾，则用木通汤送服。
丹石散：治疗外痔，效果如神。
黄丹、滑石（各等分）。
研磨成粉末，用新汲取的冷水调匀后涂抹，每天涂抹五次。
胜雪膏：治疗直肠脱垂、翻花痔等，对于热痛难忍或已经形成疮疡的情况均适用。
脑子（即冰片）、铅霜（各少许）。
用好醋研磨成膏状，涂抹患处即可痊愈。
苦参汤：治疗脱肛及痔疮。
枳壳、黄连、大黄、甘草、荆芥、苦参、芍药、黄芩（各等分）。
切碎，每剂取半两，与车前子、茅草一同煎煮，用于熏洗。

Infantile rectal prolapse (Tuogang) is caused by prolonged diarrhea or dysentery. The head of the large intestine protrudes from the anus. It is advisable to fumigate and wash with scallion water until soft, then manually push it back into place. First, administer antidiarrheal medicines, followed by medicines such as Huaijiao Wan (Sophora Fruit Pill). Additionally, fumigate and wash with a decoction of Chinese Gallnut (Wubeizi) mixed with alum powder to retract the bowel. If accompanied by hemorrhoidal swelling and pain, this condition arises from the wet nurse's diet; specifically, the consumption of rich, pungent, and fried foods transmitted through breast milk.
It is advisable to apply Danshi San (Cinnabar Powder) or Shengxue Gao (Snow-White Ointment) to the swollen area for excellent results. Internally, take Huanglian Jiedu Tang (Coptis Decoction for Resolving Toxicity); externally, wash with Kushen Tang (Sophora Root Decoction), or wash with a decoction of Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root) and Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike). Alternatively, applying powders of Ledoucseng (Litharge), Alum, and Bingpian (Borneol) to the lesion is also effective. One may also apply a paste made from Castor Seed (Bimazi) to the top of the head (Baihui point, GV20); the intestine will retract immediately, and the castor seed must be washed off urgently to avoid adverse effects. Furthermore, washing with Kushen Tang (Sophora Root Decoction) is also effective. Whenever the protruding intestinal tissue itches, it indicates the presence of parasites; one may fumigate and wash with a decoction of Raw Mugwort Leaf (Sheng Ai Ye) and Toosendan Root (Chuanliangen).
Longgu San (Dragon Bone Powder): Treats infantile rectal prolapse due to large intestine deficiency.
Longgu (Fossilized Bones, 2.5 qian), Hezi Rou (Chebula Fruit Flesh, roasted), Meishizi (Chinese Gallnut, 2 pieces), Chishizhi (Red Halloysite), Yingusu Ke (Poppy Shell, de-veined and vinegar-fried, 2 qian each).
Grind into powder, mix with rice water, and take before meals.
Secchang San (Intestine-Astringing Powder): Treats pediatric chronic dysentery with irreducible rectal prolapse.
Hezi Rou (Chebula Fruit Flesh, roasted), Chishizhi (Red Halloysite), Longgu (Fossilized Bones, equal parts).
Grind into powder, mix with a small amount of tea, sprinkle on the prolapsed intestinal head, and gently rub it back in with a cloth. For treating dysentery, take with Mutong Tang (Akebia Decoction).
Danshi San (Cinnabar Powder): Treats external hemorrhoids with miraculous effect.
Huangdan (Lead Monoxide), Huashi (Talcum, equal parts).
Grind into powder, mix with fresh cold water, apply topically five times daily.
Shengxue Gao (Snow-White Ointment): Treats rectal prolapse, flower-turning hemorrhoids, etc., applicable to cases with unbearable heat-pain or those that have already formed ulcers.
Naozi (Borneol), Qianshuang (Lead Frost, small amounts each).
Grind with good vinegar into an ointment, apply to heal.
Kushen Tang (Sophora Root Decoction): Treats rectal prolapse and hemorrhoids.
Zhiqiao (Immature Bitter Orange), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root), Gancao (Licorice Root), Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike), Kushen (Sophora Root), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root, equal parts).
Cut into pieces, take half a liang per dose, decoct with Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed) and Mao Cao (Imperata Rhizome) for fumigation and washing.
