养元辟壳丹（京传） 安五脏，消百病，和脾胃，补虚损，固元气，
实精髓，助脾健胃，瘦者令肥，老者健，常服极妙。
黄犍牛肉十五斤，去筋膜，切作棋子大片，用河水洗数遍，令
血水净，再用河水浸一宿，次日再洗二三遍，清水为度。用无灰好
酒煮一夜，桑柴文武火，用砂罐煮，取出焙干，黄色者佳，黑焦不用，每牛绞肉一斤，加入后药二斤∶
山药（八两，用葱盐炒山药，黄色，去葱盐不用） 莲肉（八两，去心皮） 白茯苓
（去皮，筋膜，为末，水飞过，八两） 荚实肉（取粉，八两） 白术（八两，油者不用炒）
薏苡仁（八两，炒） 白扁豆（八两，去壳，姜汁炒） 人参（去芦，四两） 小茴香（炒，
四两） 干姜（炒，二两） 砂仁（炒，二两） 青盐（四两） 川椒（去目，炒，二两） 甘
草（炙，四两） 乌梅肉（二两，熬浓汁半碗） 粳米（洗净，炒黄，六斤）
上为细末，与米粉、牛绞肉和匀，用小红枣五斤，醇酒五斤，煮枣极烂，去皮核，捣膏，加炼蜜二斤半，
共和为丸如弹子大，每次二丸，不拘冷热茶汤嚼下，一日服二三次，永不饥。按是方实王道之妙用，平时预
合，荒乱之时，可以避难济饥。虽一两月不食，不损胃道，不伤元气，久服成陆池之仙。宝
之宝之。如渴，或用冷水。
长生不老丹（京传）
白茯苓去皮定粉，黄丹、白松脂、白沙蜜、黄蜡各二两，朱砂三钱，金箔二十片，水银三钱，先将蜜蜡、
松脂于瓷碗内，溶为汁，倾药在内。以木匙 匀，候温就火丸如指头大，用水银为衣。有死水银法∶先洗
手净，用水银三两，默在手心，内以指头研如泥，见手心青色，将药三五丸搓揉，后以金箔约量，摊碗内，以
药丸在内摇动，使金箔都在药上，密器收贮。服时用乳香末五分，水三盏，煎汤温送下，不嚼破。服后第三
日觉饥，以面和白茯苓末，烙成煎饼，食半以后，药在丹田，永不饥渴。久则交过五脏，阴滓俱盖，
长生不老。诸人得服，并无所忌，使添气力，悦容颜，身体轻健，百病皆除。拯贫救苦，实济世之良方，
长生之妙法。其间若欲饮食，俱不妨事。但七日之内，吃食药必随下；至半月，药在丹田，
永不出矣。服时面东持药，念咒一遍，吹在药上，如此七遍毕，以乳香汤送下。
天清地宁，至神至灵。三皇助我，六甲护形。去除百病，使我
长生。清清净净，心为甲庚。左招南斗，右招七星。吾今立化，与天齐生。吾奉太上老君，急急如律令。
方剂
养元辟壳丹（民间流传）：能安定五脏，消除百病，调和脾胃，补益虚损，巩固元气，充实精髓，帮助脾脏健运、胃腑受纳。使消瘦者变得丰腴，年老体弱者恢复健康，长期服用效果极佳。
取黄犍牛肉十五斤，去除筋膜，切成棋子般的大片，用河水反复清洗多次，直到血水洗净；再用河水浸泡一夜，第二天再清洗两三次，以清水为度。用无灰的好酒煮一整夜，使用桑柴火，采用文火与武火交替的方式，用砂罐煎煮。取出后焙干，以呈黄色为佳，黑色焦糊的不用。每斤牛绞肉加入以下药材二斤：
山药（八两，用葱和盐炒至黄色，去掉葱和盐不用）、莲子肉（八两，去心皮）、白茯苓（去皮及筋膜，研成粉末，用水飞法处理，八两）、芡实肉（取粉，八两）、白术（八两，油脂多的不用，不炒）、薏苡仁（八两，炒制）、白扁豆（八两，去壳，用姜汁炒制）、人参（去芦头，四两）、小茴香（炒制，四两）、干姜（炒制，二两）、砂仁（炒制，二两）、青盐（四两）、川椒（去目，炒制，二两）、甘草（炙制，四两）、乌梅肉（二两，熬制成浓汁半碗）、粳米（洗净，炒至微黄，六斤）。
以上药材研成细末，与米粉、牛绞肉混合均匀。取小红枣五斤，醇酒五斤，将枣煮至极烂，去皮去核，捣成膏状，加入炼蜜二斤半，共同混合制成如弹子大小的丸药。每次服用两丸，不拘冷热，嚼碎后用茶或汤送服，每日服用二到三次，可使人永不感到饥饿。按此方实为王道治法的精妙应用，平时预先制备，在荒乱饥馑之时，可以用来避难济饥。即使一两个月不进食，也不会损伤胃气，不会伤害元气，长期服用可成陆地神仙。务必珍藏。如果口渴，可以喝冷水。
长生不老丹（民间流传）：
白茯苓（去皮定粉）、黄丹、白松脂、白沙蜜、黄蜡各二两，朱砂三钱，金箔二十片，水银三钱。先将蜜蜡、松脂放入瓷碗中，溶化为液体，倒入药物。用木匙搅拌均匀，待温度适宜时，在火上搓丸如手指大小，用水银包裹作为外衣。有水银挂衣的方法：先洗净手，取三两水银默置于手心，用手指研磨如泥状，直到手心呈现青色，将药丸三五粒搓揉其中，然后取适量金箔摊在碗内，将药丸放入其中摇动，使金箔全部附着在药丸上，装入密封容器中储存。服用时用乳香末五分，水三盏，煎汤温服送下，不要嚼破药丸。服用后第三天会感到饥饿，吃面和白茯苓末烙成的煎饼，吃到一半时，药力到达丹田，此后永不感到饥饿和口渴。时间久了，药力通达五脏，阴浊之滓都被覆盖，从而长生不老。众人皆可服用，并无禁忌，能增添气力，美化容颜，身体轻健，百病皆除。这是拯救贫困、救济苦难的良方，长生的妙法。期间如果想饮食，也不妨碍。但七日之内，吃的食物必然随排泄物排出；到了半个月，药力稳固在丹田，就永远不再排出了。服用时要面向东方手持药丸，念咒一遍，吹在药丸上，如此重复七遍完毕，用乳香汤送下。

Formulas
Yangyuan Piqiao Dan (Nourishing Origin and Expelling Shell Pill) (Folklore): It can stabilize the Five Zang organs, eliminate various diseases, harmonize the Spleen and Stomach, tonify deficiencies and damages, consolidate Yuan Qi (Original Qi), enrich Essence and Marrow, assist the Spleen in transformation and transportation and the Stomach in receiving and digesting. It makes emaciated individuals plump and elderly individuals vigorous. Long-term consumption yields excellent results.
Take fifteen jin of beef from a yellow ox. Remove tendons and fascia, cut into large slices the size of chess pieces. Wash repeatedly with river water until the bloodwater is clear. Soak in river water overnight. The next day, wash two or three more times until the water runs clear. Boil overnight in good wine without ash residue. Use mulberry wood fire, alternating between mild and strong heat, in a clay pot. Remove and dry by baking; those that turn yellow are preferred, while blackened or charred ones are discarded. For every one jin of minced beef, add two jin of the following herbs:
Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, eight liang, stir-fried with scallion and salt until yellow, discard scallion and salt), Lianrou (Nelumbinis Semen, eight liang, remove heart and skin), Baifuling (Poria, eight liang, remove skin and fascia, powder, processed by water flotation), Qianshi Rou (Euryales Semen, eight liang, take the starch), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, eight liang, avoid oily ones, do not stir-fry), Yiyiren (Coicis Semen, eight liang, stir-fried), Baibiandou (Phaseoli Semen Album, eight liang, remove shell, stir-fried with ginger juice), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, four liang, remove rhizome), Xiaohuixiang (Foeniculi Fructus, four liang, stir-fried), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, two liang, stir-fried), Sharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus, two liang, stir-fried), Qingyan (Halitum, four liang), Chuanjiao (Sichuanensis Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, two liang, remove eyes, stir-fried), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, four liang, honey-fried), Wumei Rou (Mume Fructus, two liang, boiled to make half a bowl of thick juice), Jingmi (Oryzae Sativa Glutinosa Semen, six jin, washed and stir-fried until slightly yellow).
Grind all above herbs into fine powder. Mix evenly with rice flour and minced beef. Take five jin of small red dates and five jin of pure wine. Boil the dates until extremely soft. Remove skins and pits, pound into a paste. Add two jin and a half of refined honey. Mix thoroughly and form pills the size of bullet shots. Take two pills each time, regardless of temperature. Chew thoroughly and swallow with tea or soup. Consume two to three times daily to prevent hunger entirely. This formula represents the subtle application of the "King's Way" (gentle and nourishing treatment). Prepare it in advance during peaceful times; during famines and chaos, it can help escape disaster and alleviate hunger. Even if one does not eat for one or two months, it will not damage the Stomach Qi or injure Yuan Qi. Long-term use leads to immortality on earth. Treasure it greatly. If thirsty, cold water may be used.
Changsheng Bulao Dan (Immortality Pill) (Folklore):
Baifuling (Poria, processed to powder), Huangdan (Lithargyrum), Baisongzhi (Pinii Resina Alba), Baishami (Mel Album), Huangla (Cera Flava), each two liang; Zhusha (Cinnabaris, three qian); Jinbo (Folium Aureum, twenty pieces); Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum, three qian). First, melt the honey wax and pine resin in a porcelain bowl until liquid. Pour the other medicines into it. Stir uniformly with a wooden spoon. When warm enough, roll into pills the size of fingers over fire. Coat with Hydrargyrum. Method for coating with Hydrargyrum: Wash hands clean first. Place three liang of Hydrargyrum in the palm. Grind with fingers until mud-like, until the palm turns bluish. Roll three to five pills in this mixture. Then spread an appropriate amount of Folium Aureum in a bowl. Place the pills inside and shake so that the gold leaf adheres completely to the pills. Store in a sealed container. To take, use five fen of Xurong (Boswelliae Resina) powder and three zhan of water. Decoct to make a decoction. Take warm to swallow the pill whole, do not chew. On the third day after taking, hunger will be felt. Eat pancakes made of flour and Baifuling powder. After eating half, the medicine reaches the Dantian (Lower Elixir Field). Thereafter, one will never feel hungry or thirsty. Over time, the medicine penetrates the Five Zang organs, covering all yin turbidity, leading to immortality. Everyone can take it without taboos. It increases strength, beautifies the complexion, lightens the body, and eliminates all diseases. It is a good prescription for saving the poor and relieving suffering, and a wonderful method for longevity. Eating or drinking during this period causes no harm. However, within seven days, any food eaten will be excreted. By half a month, the medicine settles firmly in the Dantian and is never expelled again. When taking, face east, hold the pill, recite the mantra once, and blow onto the pill. Repeat seven times. Finally, swallow with Xurong decoction.
The sky is clear and the earth is peaceful, most divine and spiritual. The Three Sovereigns assist me, the Six Jia protect my form. Eliminate hundred diseases, grant me long life. Pure and quiet, the heart is Jia-Geng. Left summon Nandou (Southern Dipper), right summon Qixing (Seven Stars). I now establish transformation, living as long as heaven. I obey Taishang Laojun, execute immediately as per law.
