间服紫雪丹一二钱。
又 此症肝风无疑，昨服柔肝清热之剂而烧退，是外邪已解。现下六脉弦细，手足发凉
，似有厥意。治法熄风之中，似宜参入开心胞之络为是，倘一二天不醒，便难挽回矣。

处方：犀角（三钱）、丹皮（五钱）、鲜荷叶（一张，去蒂）、羚羊角（三钱）、细生地（五钱）、钩藤（二钱）、茶菊花（三钱）、桔梗（二钱）、甘草（钱半）、桑叶（三钱）。
同时间歇服用紫雪丹一至二钱。
复诊：此症确属肝风无疑，昨日服用柔肝清热方剂后烧退，说明外邪已解。目前六脉弦细，手足发凉，似有厥逆之意。治疗方法在熄风之中，似乎适宜参入开通心包络的方法，倘若一两天不苏醒，便难以挽回了。
处方：丹皮（五钱）、茶菊花（三钱）、细生地（五钱）、羚羊角（三钱）、嫩桑枝（二十寸）、刺蒺藜（二钱）、石菖蒲（一钱）、生甘草（一钱）、生牡蛎（三钱）、沙参（二钱）、生阿胶（二钱）、生鳖甲（二钱）。
又诊：使用玉女煎加：犀角、丹皮、连翘、银花。重用石膏、知母。
处方：生石膏（一两）、生甘草（二钱）、炒知母（二钱）、桑叶（三钱）、丹皮（五钱）、天冬（二钱）、菊花（三钱）、钩藤（二钱）、银花（三钱）、羚羊角（三钱）、左牡蛎（五钱）、连翘（三钱，连心）、细生地（五钱）、麦冬（五钱，连心）。
间歇服用紫雪丹三分。
A certain patient presented in July of the Jimo year. This patient originally had a predisposition to headache caused by Liver Wind (Liver Wind, internal movement of wind due to liver dysfunction), indicating that the Shaoyang (Lesser Yang) qi was constrained and hyperactive, and the True Yin water failed to ascend to nourish the Heart fire. Additionally, there was an emergence of latent summerheat from within.
Prescription: Rhinoceros Horn (Sanqian, 3 qian), Moutan Cortex (Wuqian, 5 qian), Fresh Lotus Leaf (Yizhang, one leaf, remove stem), Antelope Horn (Sanqian, 3 qian), Rehmannia Root (Wuqian, 5 qian), Uncaria Ramulus with Hook (Erqian, 2 qian), Chrysanthemum Flower (Sanqian, 3 qian), Platycodon Root (Erqian, 2 qian), Licorice Root (Qianban, 1.5 qian), Mulberry Leaf (Sanqian, 3 qian).
Intermittently administer Zixue Dan (Purple Snow Pill) 1-2 qian.
Second visit: This condition is undoubtedly Liver Wind. Yesterday, after taking the formula for softening the Liver and clearing heat, the fever subsided, indicating that the external pathogenic factors have been resolved. Currently, the six pulses are wiry and thin, and the hands and feet are cold, suggesting a tendency toward Jue (cold extremities/revulsion). The treatment method should involve extinguishing wind, but it seems appropriate to incorporate methods for opening the Pericardium collaterals. If consciousness is not regained within one or two days, recovery will be difficult.
Prescription: Moutan Cortex (Wuqian, 5 qian), Chrysanthemum Flower (Sanqian, 3 qian), Rehmannia Root (Wuqian, 5 qian), Antelope Horn (Sanqian, 3 qian), Tender Mulberry Twig (Ercun, 20 cun), Tribulus Fruit (Erqian, 2 qian), Acorus Tuber (Yiqian, 1 qian), Raw Licorice Root (Yiqian, 1 qian), Raw Oyster Shell (Sanqian, 3 qian), Glehnia Root (Erqian, 2 qian), Raw Donkey-hide Gelatin (Erqian, 2 qian), Raw Turtle Shell (Erqian, 2 qian).
Intermittently administer Zixue Dan (Purple Snow Pill) and Niuhuang Wan (Calculus Bovis Pill).
Third visit: Use Yinvu Decoction (Jade Woman Decoction) with additions: Rhinoceros Horn, Moutan Cortex.
Fourth visit: Use Yinvu Decoction (Jade Woman Decoction) with additions: Rhinoceros Horn, Moutan Cortex, Forsythia Fruit, Honeysuckle Flower. Heavily use Gypsum and Anemarrhena Rhizome.
Fifth visit: The Shaoyang headache is extremely urgent, and the external pathogenic factors have not yet completely resolved.
Prescription: Raw Gypsum (Liang, 1 liang), Raw Licorice Root (Erqian, 2 qian), Stir-fried Anemarrhena Rhizome (Erqian, 2 qian), Mulberry Leaf (Sanqian, 3 qian), Moutan Cortex (Wuqian, 5 qian), Asparagus Tuber (Erqian, 2 qian), Chrysanthemum Flower (Sanqian, 3 qian), Uncaria Ramulus with Hook (Erqian, 2 qian), Honeysuckle Flower (Sanqian, 3 qian), Antelope Horn (Sanqian, 3 qian), Left-side Oyster Shell (Wuqian, 5 qian), Forsythia Fruit (Sanqian, 3 qian, keep the heart), Rehmannia Root (Wuqian, 5 qian), Ophiopogon Tuber (Wuqian, 5 qian, keep the heart).
Intermittently administer Zixue Dan (Purple Snow Pill) 3 fen.
