黑豆（一茶钟） 连须葱（五六半截）
先将黑豆焙至有烟时。再入葱黄酒一钟。水一钟半。共煎至一钟。服出汗即愈。宝之宝
之。救人莫大阴功。
此恶血不尽也。用荷叶炒香为末。每服方寸大匕。沸汤或童便调下。或烧灰煎汁皆可。
延胡索 血竭 真没药（制净） 归身（各等分）
醋水各半。煎服即愈。
韭菜不拘多少。切入瓶中。沃以热醋。令瓶嘴对鼻中即醒。如无韭菜时。用荆芥穗三钱。
炒黑研末童便送下。
浓肉桂（一两） 丁香（三钱）
为末酒调。作饼放脐上即止。
治产妇大便不通。及老人诸虚人风秘不通。难行导药者。服此最妙最稳。效若影响。
苏子 胡麻子
各半合。研极细。用水再研。取汁一碗。煮粥食之。解下结粪。渐得通利极验。
王不留行 天花粉 甘草（各三钱） 当归（二钱） 穿山甲（炙黄一钱五分）
共为细末。每服三钱。猪蹄汤。或热黄酒送下。其乳自涌泉矣。

七孔猪蹄一对。煮汤吹去浮油。煎药一大碗服之。覆面睡即有乳。或未效。再一服。无
不通矣。新产无乳者。不用猪蹄。只用水一半。酒一半。煎服。体壮者加好红花三分。以消
恶露。
蒲公英（一两）
入无灰酒一斤。煎熟服神效。
结乳敷药方（一妇患此症诸药不效肿痛异常以此方治之立效右院判汝敬吴公传）
用生山药不拘多少。捣烂敷之。
若胎儿死于腹中无法娩出，可将黄牛粪敷于产妇脐部，胎儿即可产出。

用醋和水各一半的比例，煎煮后服用，病症即可痊愈。
韭菜不限数量。切好后放入瓶中，倒入热醋，让瓶口对着鼻子吸入气味，患者即可苏醒。如果没有韭菜，可用荆芥穗三钱，炒黑后研成粉末，用童子尿送服。
浓肉桂（一两） 丁香（三钱）
研成粉末，用酒调匀，做成饼状放在脐上，出血即可停止。
此方治疗产妇大便不通，以及老年人各种虚损体质导致的便秘难行，作为导引排便的药物，服用此方最为奇妙稳妥，效果立竿见影。
苏子 胡麻子
各取半合，研磨至极细，再加水研磨，取汁一碗，用来煮粥食用，可解开干结的粪便，逐渐恢复通畅，效果极佳。
王不留行 天花粉 甘草（各三钱） 当归（二钱） 穿山甲（炙黄一钱五分）
共同研成细末，每次服用三钱，用猪蹄汤或热黄酒送服，乳汁自然会像泉水一样涌出。
黄芪（生用一两） 当归（五钱） 白芷（五钱）
七孔猪蹄一对，煮汤吹去浮油，加入药物煎煮成一碗，服用后覆盖面部睡觉，就会有乳汁分泌。如果未见效，再服一次，没有不通畅的。刚生产完没有乳汁的产妇，不用猪蹄，只用一半水、一半酒煎服。身体强壮者加好红花三分，以消除恶露。
吃牛鼻子做的羹汤，乳汁会源源不断。
蒲公英（一两）
加入无灰酒一斤，煎熟后服用，效果神奇。
结乳敷药方（一位妇女患此症，各种药物无效，肿痛异常，用此方治疗立刻见效。右院判汝敬吴公传授）
用生山药不限多少，捣烂后敷在患处。
If the fetus dies in the uterus and cannot be delivered, apply yellow cow dung to the mother's umbilicus; the fetus will then be expelled.
Black Soybean (Vigna mungo, Heidou) [one tea cup volume] Scallion with roots (Congbai, 葱白) [five to six half-sections]
First, roast the black soybeans until smoke appears. Then add one cup of Huangjiu (Yellow Wine) and one and a half cups of water. Decoct together until only one cup remains. After ingestion, if sweating occurs, the condition will resolve. This is precious and invaluable; saving lives constitutes great merit.
This is caused by incomplete expulsion of evil blood (E Xue). Use Lotus Leaf (He Ye, 荷叶), stir-fried until fragrant, then ground into powder. Take one square-cun spoonful each time, mixed with boiling water or Tong Bian (Child's Urine). Alternatively, it can be burned to ash and decocted for juice.
Yan Hu Suo (Corydalis Rhizome, Yanhusuo) Xue Jie (Dragon's Blood, Xuejie) Zhen Moyao (True Myrrh, Moyao) [purified and cleaned] Dang Gui Shen (Angelica Sinensis Root Body, Danggui) [equal parts]
Decoct with half vinegar and half water. Ingest to achieve cure.
Leek (Jiu Cai, 韭菜) [any amount]
Cut into pieces and place in a bottle. Pour hot vinegar over them. Position the bottle mouth against the nose to inhale the fumes; consciousness will be restored. If leeks are unavailable, use San Qian of Jing Jie Sui (Schizonepeta Spike, Jingjie) [three qian], stir-fried until black, ground into powder, and taken with Tong Bian (Child's Urine).
Nou Rou Gui (Thick Cinnamon Bark, Rougui) Ding Xiang (Clove, Dingxiang) [one liang and three qian respectively]
Grind into powder, mix with wine, form into cakes, and place on the umbilicus to stop bleeding.
This formula is excellent for treating postpartum constipation and constipation due to wind-dryness in elderly patients with various deficiency patterns. It is the safest and most effective method for guiding bowel movements, yielding immediate results.
Su Zi (Perilla Fruit, Zisuzi) Hu Ma Zi (Sesame Seed, Huma) [half he each]
Grind extremely finely. Add water and grind again to extract one bowl of juice. Cook porridge with this juice and eat. It resolves hardened feces and gradually restores smooth defecation; it is highly effective.
Wang Bu Liu Xing (Vaccaria Seed, Wangbuliuxing) Tian Hua Fen (Trichosanthes Root, Tianguafen) Gan Cao (Licorice Root, Gancao) [each three qian] Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root, Danggui) [two qian] Chuan Shan Jia (Pangolin Scale, Chuanshanjia) [roasted to yellow, one qian five fen]
Grind all into fine powder. Take three qian each time, washed down with Pig Trotter Soup or hot Huangjiu (Yellow Wine). Milk will flow naturally like a spring.
Huang Qi (Astragalus Root, Huangqi) [raw, one liang] Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root, Danggui) [five qian] Bai Zhi (Angelica Dahurica Root, Baizhi) [five qian]
One pair of seven-holed pig trotters. Boil to make soup, skim off floating oil, and decoct the herbs in it until one large bowl remains. Ingest, then sleep with face covered; lactation will commence. If ineffective, take another dose; no case will remain unresolved. For women with no milk immediately after childbirth, omit pig trotters; use half water and half wine for decoction. For those with robust constitutions, add three fen of Hong Hua (Carthamus Flower, Honghua) to eliminate evil blood (E Xue).
Consume soup made from Ox Nose; milk will flow indefinitely.
Pu Gong Ying (Dandelion Herb, Pugongying) [one liang]
Add one jin of Wu Hui Jiu (Alcohol without lime/additives). Decoct until cooked and ingest; the effect is miraculous.
Formula for Applying to Congested Lactation (A woman suffered from this condition with no response to other medicines, experiencing severe swelling and pain. This formula cured her immediately. Transmitted by Wu Gong Ru Jing, Vice Commissioner of the Right Court.)
Use raw Shan Yao (Chinese Yam, Shanyao) [any amount], mash thoroughly, and apply externally.
