向西方。用黑绸频洗。此日必须洁净持齐。不可乱洗。即有效验。日期开后。闰月照前。

The smallpox lesions are inverted and sunken, with toxic pathogens being constrained. Symptoms include bloody stools, lethargy, and various other severe manifestations. Use the shell of an egg from a brooding hen, remove the inner membrane, roast it on a new tile until dry, and grind it into powder. Take half a qian (approx. 2.5-3g) each time, mixed with hot water.
For infants, mix the powder with wine and apply it to the lips, as well as the chest, back, and Fengchi (GB20) acupoint, which yields better results.
Take two or three qian of lice from a white water buffalo, roast them dry on a new tile, and swallow them with Longan fruit decoction. This prescription is miraculous. After taking it, the smallpox lesions will not suppurate; they will merely form black scabs and heal. These lice should be collected from the ears of the buffalo.
Take seven dog flies, crush them, and take them mixed with sweet fermented rice wine. Recovery will follow immediately.
Powdered Adzuki Bean (Vigna angularis), applied topically mixed with egg white.
Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie Sui), Xanthium Fruit (Cang'er Zi), Asarum Root (Liao Xixin), Mint Leaf (Bohe Ye - stir-fried to remove spines and cleaned), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng). Decoct these ingredients and pour the liquid into a small porcelain bottle. First, steam the eyes with the vapor. Then, pour out the liquid to wash the eyes. After washing, apply the candle wax dripping from the lamp stand in front of deities for effective results.
Dried Persimmon (Shi Bing)
Heat it and eat it; the symptom will stop immediately.
Ash from Kudzu Vine (Ge Tiao) used in basket weaving. Mix with lamp wick oil and apply topically.
Mume Fruit (Wu Mei - one piece), Old Ginger (Lao Jiang - three slices), Torreya Seed (Fei Zi - ten pieces), Sichuan Pepper (Hua Jiao - fourteen grains). Add a little brown sugar and decoct. All parasites will be expelled.
Increase the dosage of "Luan Pi" by ten times. Process according to the prescription into powder. Mix with sugar and take two qian every morning. For older children, increase to three to five qian. This is because decoctions act too slowly.
Earthworm with a white head and neck. Break it and drip its blood into the eye; foreign bodies will be drawn out immediately.
Use Natrii Sulfas (P Xiao - five qian) with one and a half bowls of clear water. Decoct until only seven-tenths remains. Wash three times a day on specific dates of each month. At Chen hour (7-9 AM), face East; at Wu hour (11 AM-1 PM), face South; at Xu hour (7-9 PM), face West. Frequently wipe and wash using black silk cloth. On this day, one must maintain cleanliness and abstinence; do not wash arbitrarily. This will yield effective results. For leap months, follow the previous rules. The dates are: 3rd of the 1st lunar month, 4th of the 2nd, 3rd of the 3rd, 5th of the 4th, 5th of the 5th, 4th of the 6th, 2nd of the 7th, 9th of the 8th, 10th of the 9th, 3rd of the 10th, 4th of the 11th, and 4th of the 12th.
Angelica Root (Dang Gui), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shu Di Huang) - two qian each; White Peony Root (Bai Shao) - one qian; Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuan Xiong) - one and a half qian.
Decoct with water and take orally.
