以上药。合为一剂。每逢立春立夏立秋立冬之前一日晚。用水二钟。煎八分。露一夜。
如遇下雨。露在檐下。次早温服。于一年之内。只服四剂。永不出痘。即服一二剂。出痘一
少。服过四剂。再不必服。但小儿服药若泻。乃胎毒去也。逢第二次服。则不泻矣。亦有初
次不泻者。是胎毒轻也。同志者。若刊刻广传甚妙。
孕妇怀孕时。用生白芝麻五升。或一二升。置于常出入处。孕妇随便食。十个月生后。
小儿不受胎毒。无痘可出。即出亦稀而无害。此江南薛浩然屡验之方。
赤豆、黑豆、绿豆（各一撮）甘草节（五分）不时煎服屡验。如乡邻有痘疹流行。预与
儿食。可免不出。即出亦轻。
用盖屋烂草二三年者。晒极干。研筛极细末。掺于患处。如遍身损湿不堪坐卧者。可用
二三升摊于席上。令儿坐卧。效应如神。
生螃蟹 飞罗面
捣膏贴患处立愈。
小儿惊风发热。用荆芥和柴胡烧制成的沥液一杯。加入姜汁两匙。能像神效一样消除痰浊。
小儿惊痫发作时咬舌。神志昏迷且眼睛上翻。取约一粒豆大小的牛黄。研磨后与蜜水调和灌服。
将乱发与鸡蛋黄一起熬煮很长时间以提取油脂。给婴儿服用。
羌活、防风、升麻、麻黄、生地黄、黄柏（各五分）；当归身、黄连、甘草（各三分）；柴胡、干葛、藁本、川芎、黄芩（酒炒）、苍术（各二分）；细辛、白术、陈皮、苏木、红花（各一分）。
以上药物。合并为一剂。每逢立春、立夏、立秋、立冬的前一天晚上。用水两钟（古代容量单位），煎煮至八分满。露天放置一夜。
如果遇到下雨。则放置在屋檐下。第二天早晨温服。在一年之内。只服用四剂。可以永远不出痘疹。即使只服用一两剂。出痘也会减少。服用完四剂后。就不必再服了。但是小儿服药后如果出现腹泻。这是胎毒排出的表现。等到第二次服用时。就不会腹泻了。也有第一次服用不腹泻的。这是因为胎毒较轻。志同道合的人。如果刊刻广泛传播非常美妙。
孕妇在怀孕期间。使用生白芝麻五升。或者一两升。放在经常出入的地方。孕妇随意食用。十个月分娩后。
小儿不会受到胎毒的影响。没有痘疹可出。即使出痘也很稀疏且无害。这是江南薛浩然多次验证过的方子。

使用盖屋顶用了二三年的烂草。晒得极干。研磨筛选成极细的粉末。撒在患处。如果全身破损湿烂不堪坐卧。可以用二三升铺在席子上。让小儿坐卧在上面。效果神奇如神。
生螃蟹、飞罗面（精细的面粉）。
捣碎成膏状贴在患处。立即痊愈。
Infantile convulsion with fever. Use one cup of *Jingjie* (Schizonepetae Spica) and *Chaihu* (Bupleuri Radix) pyroligneous liquor. Add two spoonfuls of ginger juice. It eliminates phlegm with miraculous efficacy.
Infantile epilepsy with tongue biting. Unconsciousness with eyes rolling upward. Take a quantity of *Niuhuang* (Calculus Bovis) equivalent to one bean. Grind it and mix with honey water for administration.
Boil human hair together with egg yolk for a long time to extract oil. Administer the oil to the infant.
*Qianghuo* (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), *Fangfeng* (Saposhnikoviae Radix), *Shengma* (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), *Mahuang* (Ephedrae Herba), *Shengdihuang* (Rehmanniae Radix), *Huangbai* (Phellodendri Cortex) (each 5 fen); *Guishen* (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), *Huanglian* (Coptidis Rhizoma), *Gancao* (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 3 fen); *Chaihu* (Bupleuri Radix), *Gange* (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), *Gaoben* (Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix), *Chuanxiong* (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), *Huangqin* (Scutellariae Radix, stir-fried with wine), *Cangzhu* (Atractylodis Rhizoma, each 2 fen); *Xixin* (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), *Baizhu* (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), *Chenpi* (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), *Sumu* (Sappan Lignum), *Honghua* (Carthami Flos) (each 1 fen).
Combine the above herbs into one dose. On the evening before each of the four solar terms: Lichun (Start of Spring), Lixia (Start of Summer), Liqiu (Start of Autumn), and Lidong (Start of Winter). Use two zhong (ancient volume unit) of water, decoct until reduced to eight-tenths. Expose to the open air overnight.
If it rains, place under the eaves. Warm and administer early the next morning. Within one year, take only four doses. This prevents smallpox entirely. Even taking one or two doses will reduce the severity of eruption. After completing four doses, no further administration is necessary. If the infant experiences diarrhea after taking the medicine, it indicates the expulsion of fetal toxins. Upon the second course of administration, diarrhea will not occur. Some infants do not experience diarrhea initially, indicating mild fetal toxins. For those with shared interests, publishing and widely disseminating this prescription would be excellent.
During pregnancy, use five sheng (ancient volume unit) or one to two sheng of raw white sesame seeds. Place them in frequently accessed areas for the pregnant woman to consume at will. After ten months of gestation and birth,
the infant will not be affected by fetal toxins and will not develop smallpox. Even if eruptions occur, they will be sparse and harmless. This is a formula repeatedly verified by Xue Haoran from Jiangnan.
Red beans, black beans, mung beans (each one handful), Gancaojie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma node, 5 fen). Decoct and administer as needed. Repeatedly verified effective. If smallpox is prevalent in the neighborhood, administer to children in advance to prevent eruption. Even if eruptions occur, symptoms will be mild.
Use roof thatch that has been used for two to three years. Dry it thoroughly and grind/sieve it into an extremely fine powder. Apply to the affected area. If the whole body is damaged, wet, and unbearable to sit or lie on, spread two to three sheng on a mat and let the infant sit or lie on it. The effect is miraculous.
Raw crab, Feiluomian (fine sifted flour).
Pound into a paste and apply to the affected area for immediate cure.
