用水二钟。姜三片。煎八分。凡妇人受孕二三月者。不论有病无病。每月可服三两剂。
临月服三五剂。临产用三四剂。同煎代茶。不时饮自能平安易产。诸病不生。倘素日未知此
方。一时忽有血晕阴脱。胎滑小产者。服之即安。又能横生倒养。六七日不下。或婴儿死于
腹中者。切忌收生婆用手。只以此药服之。即下。此系异人所传。神效无比。予家中用之多
年。真至宝也。
黄芩（炒夏一两，春秋七钱半，冬五钱） 白术（二两） 白茯苓（七钱） 陈皮（三
两，忌火）为末粥丸。梧桐子大、每服三四十丸。白汤下极妙。
（治六七个月后因事跌磕伤胎或子死腹中疼痛不已口噤昏闷或心腹饱满血上冲心者服
之生胎即安死胎即下又治横生倒产及产后腹痛发热头痛逐败血生新血能除诸疾）

如横生倒养。子死腹中。加黑马料豆一合。炒焦乘热。入水中加童便一半煎服。少刻再
服。妊娠。伤寒。热病。
当归（用酒清洗）一钱五分，川芎一钱五分，菟丝子（用酒清洗）一钱五分，川贝母一钱（去心），生黄芪八分，川羌活五分，甘草五分，白芍（炒制，冬季只用一钱）一钱二分，枳壳（面粉炒制）六分，荆芥穗八分，蕲艾适量。
以上药材用水两碗，生姜三片，煎煮至剩余八分药液。凡是妇女怀孕二三个月的，无论是否有病，每月可服用三两剂。临近预产期时服用三五剂。临产时服用三四剂。一起煎煮代茶饮用，随时饮用自然能平安顺产，各种疾病也不会发生。如果平时不知道这个方子，突然发生血晕、阴脱（子宫脱垂或阴道大量出血）、胎滑小产的，服用此药即可安定。又能处理横位分娩、倒产，胎儿在腹中滞留六七日生不下来，或者婴儿死于腹中的情况。此时切忌让接生婆用手去掏，只服用此药，胎儿就能下来。这是异人传授的方子，神效无比。我家中使用多年，真是无价之宝。
黄芩（夏季炒制一两，春秋季节七钱半，冬季五钱），白术二两，白茯苓七钱，陈皮三两（忌用火炒）。将这些药材研成粉末，用米粥作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三四十丸，用温开水送服，效果极佳。
（治疗怀孕六七个月后因意外跌打磕碰伤及胎气，或胎儿死于腹中疼痛不止、牙关紧闭、昏闷不醒，或心腹胀满、血液上冲心脏的情况，服用此药可使活胎安定，死胎排出；又治疗横位分娩、倒产以及产后腹痛、发热、头痛，能祛除败血、生成新血，能消除各种疾病。）
当归五钱，川芎三钱。加水七分，加酒三分，一同煎煮至剩余七分药液。
如果是横位分娩、倒产，或胎儿死于腹中，加入黑马料豆一合，炒焦后趁热放入水中，加入一半童子尿，煎煮后服用。过一会儿再服用一次。妊娠期间患伤寒、热病。
将上述药物研成粉末，搅拌均匀，涂抹在孕妇的肚脐中，宽度约两寸。如果干了就再次涂抹，以保护胎孕不受伤害。
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Washed with wine) 1.5 qian, Chuanxiong Rhizoma 1.5 qian, Cuscutae Semen (Washed with wine) 1.5 qian, Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus 1 qian (Heart removed), Astragali Membranacei Radix (Sheng Huangqi) 0.8 qian, Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Chuan Qianghuo) 0.5 qian, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma 0.5 qian, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Stir-fried; in winter only use 1 qian) 1.2 qian, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Stir-fried with flour) 0.6 qian, Schizonepetae Spica 0.8 qian, Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Qi Ai) appropriate amount.
Add two bowls of water and three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Fresh Ginger). Decoct until 0.8 portion remains. For women who are two to three months pregnant, regardless of whether they have symptoms, this formula may be taken three liang per month. As the delivery date approaches, take three to five doses. At the time of labor, take three to four doses. Decoct together and drink as tea. Drinking it occasionally will naturally ensure a safe and easy delivery, and various diseases will not arise. If one is unaware of this formula beforehand and suddenly experiences blood fainting, yin collapse (uterine prolapse or massive vaginal bleeding), or threatened miscarriage due to fetal instability, taking this medicine will bring immediate relief. It can also handle breech presentation, transverse lie, retention of the fetus for six or seven days without delivery, or intrauterine fetal death. Under such circumstances, one must strictly avoid having midwives use their hands to extract the fetus; simply administering this medicine will facilitate delivery. This formula was transmitted by an extraordinary person and possesses miraculous efficacy. My family has used it for many years; it is truly a priceless treasure.
Scutellariae Radix (Stir-fried: 1 liang in summer, 7.5 qian in spring and autumn, 5 qian in winter), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma 2 liang, Poria 7 qian, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium 3 liang (Avoid stir-frying with fire). Grind into powder. Form pills using congee (rice porridge) as a binder, sized like wu-tong tree seeds. Take 30-40 pills each time, washed down with warm boiled water. This method yields excellent results.
(Treats cases where pregnancy is damaged by accidental falls or blows after the sixth or seventh month, or when the fetus dies in the womb causing unceasing pain, trismus [lockjaw], coma, or abdominal fullness with blood rushing to the heart. Taking this medicine will stabilize a living fetus and expel a dead fetus. It also treats breech presentation, transverse lie, postpartum abdominal pain, fever, headache, eliminates stasis, generates new blood, and cures various ailments.)
Angelicae Sinensis Radix 5 qian, Chuanxiong Rhizoma 3 qian. Add seven parts water and three parts wine. Decoct together until seven parts remain.
In cases of breech presentation, transverse lie, or intrauterine fetal death, add one he of black horse feed beans (Glycine max), stir-fry until scorched, while hot place into water, add half volume of puerorum urina (child's urine), decoct and administer. Repeat administration after a short while. For pregnancy complicated by Taiyang syndrome (Cold Damage) or febrile diseases.
Well-bottom mud, Indigo Naturalis, Longgu Gan (Furnax Terra / Hearth Soil) in equal proportions.
Grind the above substances into powder, mix evenly, and apply to the umbilicus of the pregnant woman, covering a width of two cun. Reapply if it dries out, to protect the pregnancy from harm.
