论曰乳石发大小便不通，以石势乘于大小肠故也。盖石气剽悍，方其将适得宜，饮食有
节，则剽悍之气，沉潜而不作，将适失宜，食饮不节，沉潜者于是腾跃而四达。乘于肠间，
则津液内燥，而为结涩，此大小便所以不通也。

治乳石发，虚劳，下焦虚热，骨节烦疼，肌肉急，小便不利，大便数少，吸吸少气，折

大麻子（三合）
上一味，研令极烂，以水三盏，煮至一盏半，分二服，早晨日午各一。
治乳石发动，大便难，腹中坚胀者，为积久，腹中有干粪不去。方
上宜销酥及蜜，并石膏末和服，令滋润腹中即下。若不下，更服大黄朴硝等下之，便瘥。
论述：乳石病引发大小便不通，是因为石药之气侵袭了大肠和小肠。大概石药之气剽悍猛烈，如果在房事方面适宜、饮食有节制时，这种剽悍之气就会沉潜而不发作；如果房事失宜、饮食不节制，原本沉潜的气就会腾跃并向四周扩散。当它乘袭于肠道之间，就会导致体内津液干燥，从而形成结滞涩痛，这就是大小便不通的原因。
治疗乳石发热，四肢烦闷胀满，脉搏急促快速，大小便不通的升麻汤方：
升麻（三两）、黄柏（微火炙烤后锉碎）、黄连（去除须根）、芍药（各一两）、甘草（炙烤至变红）、黄芩（去除黑色中心部分）、白鸭屎（一种草药，即鸭跖草）、淡竹叶（切段，各二两）、栀子仁（十四枚）。
以上九味药，除了竹叶和鸭跖草外，粗捣筛碎。先用水三升，煮竹叶和鸭跖草，去渣取汁一升半。每次服用一盏，加入药末四钱匕，煎至七分，去渣温服。早晨、中午、晚饭后各服一次。如果有上气症状，加杏仁五合、石膏三两。
治疗乳石发动，气逆不能进食，呕吐逆气，大小便不通，气满烦闷，以折热下气的方剂——前胡汤方：
前胡（去除芦头）、黄芩（去除黑色中心部分）、甘草（炙烤至微红）、赤茯苓（去除黑皮，各二两）、杏仁（热水浸泡后去皮尖，炒至黄色，四十枚）、枳壳（去除瓤，麸炒至黄色，一两）、大黄（锉碎炒至有香气，一两半）、栀子仁（十枚）。
以上八味药，粗捣筛碎。每次服用五钱匕，水三盏，加入生姜一分拍碎，同煎至一盏半，去渣温服。早晨、中午、晚饭前各服一次。服药后如果腹泻次数多，吃醋饭来止住，不可频繁服用，间隔两三天后再服。
治疗乳石发动，烦热，身体轻微肿胀，不能进食饮水，小便不利的茯苓饮方：
赤茯苓（去除黑皮，二两）、白术（炒至有香气）、甘草（炙烤至变红）、栝蒌根（锉碎）、人参、桂枝（去除粗皮，各一两）、黄芩（去除黑色中心部分，二两）、枳壳（去除瓤，麸炒至黄色，一两半）。
以上八味药，粗捣筛碎。每次服用五钱匕，水三盏，煎至一盏半，去渣分两次温服。空腹时及晚饭前各服一次。
治疗乳石发动，上气，热实不解，心腹满闷，大小便不通，口燥目红的芒硝汤方：
芒硝、黄连（去除须根）、黄芩（去除黑色中心部分）、甘草（炙烤至变红，各一两）、栀子仁、大黄（锉碎炒制，各半两）。
以上六味药，粗捣筛碎。每次服用三钱匕，水一盏，煎至七分，去渣温服。每日两次，早晨和晚上各服一次。
治疗乳石发动，大小肠壅滞，脐腹部妨碍闷痛的赤茯苓散方：
赤茯苓（去除黑皮）、木通（锉碎，各三分）、葵子（半两）、恶实（炒制）、枳壳（去除瓤，麸炒）、大黄（锉碎微炒，各一两）。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用二钱匕，用紫苏汤调服，如人行走十里路后再服，以利为度。
治疗乳石发动，导致人体虚劳，下焦有热，骨节烦疼，肌肉拘急内部痞塞，小便不利，大便涩难，口干舌燥，气乏少力，以折石败热的方剂——大麻仁饮方：
大麻仁（五合研烂绞取汁）、豉（三合用绵包裹做成袋子）。
以上两味药，用水四盏，将麻仁研烂绞取汁，连同豆袋子，与水同煎至二盏，去渣分为四次服用。早晨、中午、晚饭前各服一次，夜间再加服一次。
治疗乳石发动，大小肠壅滞不通的枳实汤方：
枳实（去除瓤，麸炒至黄色）、前胡（去除芦头）、槟榔（锉碎）、木通（锉碎，各一两）、甘草（炙制，半两）、大黄（一两半，锉碎炒制）。
以上六味药，粗捣筛碎。每次服用三钱匕，水一盏，加入生姜半分，煎取六分，去渣不拘时候温服。
治疗乳石发热口干小便涩的方剂：
葳蕤（五两）。
以上一味药，捣碎。每次服用三钱匕，水一盏，煎取七分，去渣温服，只要得到轻微腹泻即可痊愈。
治疗乳石发热口干小便涩的方剂：
甘蔗（削去皮，切成寸段）。
以上一味药，咀嚼咽下汁液。如果口痛不能咀嚼者，取汁饮用。之前已经通便者勿服。
治疗乳石发热，体表生疮，气息昏浊，不痛不痒，小便赤涩的方剂：
生茅根（二斤）。
以上一味药，捣烂，用新布绞取汁液，细细饮用。
治疗乳石发，虚劳，下焦虚热，骨节烦疼，肌肉拘急，小便不利，大便次数少，呼吸短促少气，以折石败热的方剂：
大麻子（三合）。
以上一味药，研至极烂，用水三盏，煮至一盏半，分两次服用，早晨和中午各服一次。
治疗乳石发动，大便困难，腹部坚硬胀满者，因积久，腹中有干粪不去除的方剂：
应当用酥油和蜂蜜，以及石膏末混合服用，使腹部滋润即使粪便排出。如果未排出，再服用大黄、朴硝等药物攻下，即可痊愈。
Discussion: The occurrence of obstruction in both urination and defecation due to the eruption of mineral drugs (Rushi) is caused by the qi of the minerals invading the large intestine and small intestine. Generally, the qi of mineral drugs is fierce and violent. When sexual activity is appropriate and diet is regulated, this fierce qi remains submerged and does not manifest; however, when sexual activity is inappropriate and diet is unregulated, the previously submerged qi surges forth and spreads throughout the body. When it invades the intestines, it causes internal dryness of body fluids, leading to stagnation and astringency. This is the reason for the obstruction of both urination and defecation.
Shengma Decoction (Cimicifugae Rhizoma Decoction) for treating fever from mineral drug eruption, irritability and fullness in the four limbs, rapid and hurried pulse, and obstruction of urination and defecation:
Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 3 liang), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, lightly roasted and crushed), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian,须s removed), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao, each 1 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, roasted until red), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, black center removed), Commelinae Herba (Baiyashi, i.e., Commelina communis), Lophatheri Herba (Danzhuye, cut, each 2 liang), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi Ren, 14 seeds).
The above nine ingredients, except for Lophatheri Herba and Commelinae Herba, are coarsely pounded and sieved. First, boil Lophatheri Herba and Commelinae Herba in three sheng of water, remove the dregs to obtain one and a half sheng of liquid. For each dose, take one zhan, add four qianbi of the herbal powder, decoct until seven parts remain, remove dregs, and take warm. Administer once in the morning, at noon, and after dinner. If there is rebellious qi, add Semen Armeniacae Amarum (Xingren, 5 he) and Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, 3 liang).
Qianhu Decoction (Peucedani Radix Decoction) for treating eruption of mineral drugs with rebellious qi preventing food intake, vomiting and regurgitation, obstruction of urination and defecation, abdominal fullness and irritability, aiming to clear heat and direct qi downward:
Peucedani Radix (Qianhu, radix tip removed), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, black center removed), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, roasted until slightly red), Poria Cocos (Chifuling, black skin removed, each 2 liang), Semen Armeniacae Amarum (Xingren, soaked in hot water, skin and tips removed, fried until yellow, 40 seeds), Aurantii Fructus (Zhiqiao, pulp removed, bran-fried until yellow, 1 liang), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, crushed and fried until fragrant, 1.5 liang), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi Ren, 10 seeds).
The above eight ingredients are coarsely pounded and sieved. For each dose, take five qianbi, add three zhan of water and one fen of ginger (crushed), decoct together until one and a half zhan remains, remove dregs, and take warm. Administer once in the morning, at noon, and before dinner. If diarrhea occurs frequently after administration, stop it by eating vinegar-rice. Do not administer frequently; resume administration every two or three days.
Fuling Yin (Poria Drink) for treating eruption of mineral drugs with irritability and heat, slight swelling of the body, inability to eat or drink, and difficult urination:
Poria Cocos (Chifuling, black skin removed, 2 liang), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, fried until fragrant), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, roasted until red), Trichosanthis Radix (Gualougen, crushed), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi, coarse bark removed, each 1 liang), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, black center removed, 2 liang), Aurantii Fructus (Zhiqiao, pulp removed, bran-fried until yellow, 1.5 liang).
The above eight ingredients are coarsely pounded and sieved. For each dose, take five qianbi, add three zhan of water, decoct until one and a half zhan remains, remove dregs, and divide into two warm doses. Take one dose on an empty stomach and one dose before evening meal.
Mangxiao Decoction (Natrii Sulfas Decoction) for treating eruption of mineral drugs with rebellious qi, unresolved excess heat, fullness and oppression in the heart and abdomen, obstruction of urination and defecation, dry mouth, and red eyes:
Natrii Sulfas (Mangxiao), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian,须s removed), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, black center removed), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, roasted until red, each 1 liang), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi Ren), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, crushed and fried, each 0.5 liang).
The above six ingredients are coarsely pounded and sieved. For each dose, take three qianbi, add one zhan of water, decoct until seven parts remain, remove dregs, and take warm. Twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening.
Chifuling San (Red Poria Powder) for treating eruption of mineral drugs causing stagnation in the large and small intestines, and oppression/pain around the umbilicus and abdomen:
Poria Cocos (Chifuling, black skin removed), Akebiae Caulis (Mutong, crushed, each 3 fen), Abutilonis Semen (Kuizi, 0.5 liang), Arctii Fructus (Eshi, fried), Aurantii Fructus (Zhiqiao, pulp removed, bran-fried), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, crushed and lightly fried, each 1 liang).
The above six ingredients are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. For each dose, take two qianbi, mix with Perillae Decoction (Zisu Tang) and take orally. Re-administer after walking about ten li, stopping when bowel movement is achieved.
Dama Ren Yin (Hemp Seed Drink) for treating eruption of mineral drugs leading to deficiency exhaustion, heat in the lower jiao, irritability and pain in bone joints, muscle tension and internal blockage, difficult urination, difficult and astringent defecation, dry mouth and tongue, lack of qi and strength, aiming to neutralize mineral heat:
Semen Cannabis (Dama Ren, 5 he, ground thoroughly and juice extracted), Soya Semen Praeparatum (Chi, 3 he, wrapped in silk to make a bag).
The above two ingredients: use four zhan of water, grind the hemp seeds thoroughly to extract juice, add the bean bag, and decoct with water until two zhan remains. Remove dregs and divide into four doses. Take one dose in the morning, at noon, and before dinner, plus one additional dose at night.
Zhishi Decoction (Immature Bitter Orange Decoction) for treating eruption of mineral drugs causing stagnation and obstruction in the large and small intestines:
Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhishi, pulp removed, bran-fried until yellow), Peucedani Radix (Qianhu, radix tip removed), Arecae Semen (Binglang, crushed), Akebiae Caulis (Mutong, crushed, each 1 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, roasted, 0.5 liang), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 1.5 liang, crushed and fried).
The above six ingredients are coarsely pounded and sieved. For each dose, take three qianbi, add one zhan of water and half a fen of ginger, decoct until six parts remain, remove dregs, and take warm at any time.
Formula for treating fever from mineral drug eruption with dry mouth and astringent urination:
Polygonati Rhizoma (Weirui, 5 liang).
The above single ingredient is crushed. For each dose, take three qianbi, add one zhan of water, decoct until seven parts remain, remove dregs, and take warm. Recovery occurs with mild laxation.
Formula for treating fever from mineral drug eruption with dry mouth and astringent urination:
Saccharum Sacchari (Ganzhe, peeled and cut into inch-length pieces).
The above single ingredient is chewed and swallowed for its juice. If mouth pain prevents chewing, drink the extracted juice. Do not administer if bowel movement has already occurred.
Formula for treating fever from mineral drug eruption, skin sores, turbid spirit, neither painful nor itchy, and red, astringent urination:
Imperatae Rhizoma (Sheng Maogen, 2 jin).
The above single ingredient is pounded until soft, juice is extracted using fresh cloth, and taken slowly in small sips.
Formula for treating eruption of mineral drugs, deficiency exhaustion, deficiency heat in the lower jiao, irritability and pain in bone joints, muscle tension, difficult urination, infrequent defecation, shortness of breath, aiming to neutralize mineral heat:
Semen Cannabis (Dama Zi, 3 he).
The above single ingredient is ground extremely fine, boiled in three zhan of water until one and a half zhan remains, divided into two doses. Take one dose in the morning and one at noon.
Formula for treating eruption of mineral drugs causing difficult defecation and hard, distended abdomen due to long-standing accumulation of dry feces:
Use clarified butter (Su) and honey, mixed with powdered Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), and take orally to moisten the intestines and facilitate passage. If stool does not pass, administer purgatives such as Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) and Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao) to purge, which will lead to recovery.
