论述说：怀孕的妇女，如果外感热邪炽盛，流注于血脉，散漫于肌肉之间，导致营气不能顺从地运行于腠理（皮肤纹理及汗孔），就会发生痈肿等各种疮疡。《内经》中说各种疼痛、瘙痒和疮疡，都归属于心（心主血脉，火热之邪易扰心神及血分），治疗法则应当调理经络，平衡脏腑功能，那么邪气壅滞的疾病自然痊愈。
治疗妊娠期间各种疮疡，以清利心经、疏通气机壅滞为主。分气汤方：

以上八味药，捣碎过罗成粉末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用二十丸，加量至三十丸，温水送下，不限时间。
治疗妊娠期间血气壅滞，身体生疮，心神不宁的荆芥汤方：
荆芥穗 川芎 细辛（去除苗叶） 威灵仙（洗净锉碎） 甘草（炙烤，各一两） 皂荚（半两，不蛀者，去皮）
以上六味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用二钱匕，加水一盏，煎煮至六分，去渣，食后及睡前温服。
治疗妊娠期间气机壅滞生疮的皂荚子散方：
皂荚子（二百枚，用灰火煨熟，去皮） 槐实（麸炒四两） 甘草（炙烤） 干薄荷叶 黄芩（锉碎） 荆芥
以上八味药，捣碎过罗成散剂，每次服用一钱匕，用温酒调服，沸水也可，不限时间。
治疗妊娠期间气血壅滞，攻冲身体生疮瘙痒的薄荷丸方：
干薄荷叶（二两） 荆芥穗（一两半） 蔓荆实（去除白皮） 玄参（洗净锉碎） 甘草（炙烤） 大黄
以上十味药，捣碎过罗成粉末，用炼蜜制成鸡头米大小的丸剂，每次服用一丸，嚼碎后用茶或酒送下，不限时间。
治疗妊娠期间气血壅滞生疮的黄耆汤方：
黄耆（锉碎） 苦参（洗净锉碎） 羌活（去除头芦） 独活（去除芦头） 恶实（炒制） 甘草（炙烤，各半两）
以上六味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，加水一盏，煎煮至七分，去渣温服。
治疗妊娠期间疮疥，烦热瘙痒的秦艽丸方：
秦艽（半两） 黄耆（锉碎） 枳壳（去除瓤，麸炒） 漏芦（去除芦头） 防风（去除叉枝，各一半两） 黄连
以上六味药，捣碎过罗成粉末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用二十丸，温酒送下，空腹、中午及睡前服用。
治疗妊娠期间风热气盛，攻冲身体生疮，皮肤干燥涩滞，大便结滞的祛风散方：
羌活（去除芦头二两） 大黄（湿纸包裹煨制半两） 川芎（二两） 黄耆（锉碎三两） 朴硝（单独研细半两）
以上六味药，捣碎过罗成散剂，与朴硝混合均匀，每次服用一钱匕，中午及睡前服用。用温蜂蜜水调服，轻微腹泻为见效。
治疗妊娠期间风气壅滞，头目不利，身体生疮的白芷丸方：
白芷（三两） 川芎 天南星（水煮，各二两） 羌活（去除芦头半两） 藿香叶（一两） 菊花
以上九味药，捣碎过罗成粉末，用酒煮面糊，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用二十丸，薄荷汤送下，不限时间。
It is stated that in pregnant women, if exogenous heat pathogen becomes vigorous and flows into the blood vessels, scattering into the muscles, causing Ying Qi (nutritive Qi) to fail to follow the proper course through the Li (cunli, interstices), conditions such as carbuncles, swellings, and various sores may arise. The *Neijing* states that "all pain, itching, and sores belong to the Heart." The treatment principle should be to regulate the meridians and balance the Zang-Fu organs, whereby diseases caused by pathogenic stagnation will naturally heal.
To treat various sores during pregnancy, the method involves clearing and benefiting the Heart Meridian and dispersing stagnation. Formula for Dividing Qi (Fenqi Tang):
Ophiopogonis Radix (Ouyidong, 麦门冬) (remove heart, roast) Arecae Semen (Binglang, 槟榔) (freshly cut and crushed) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) (sliced and roasted) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (roasted with honey) Akebiae Caulis (Mutong, 木通) (crushed) Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活) (remove rhizome base)
The above eleven herbs are coarsely pounded and sieved. Each dose consists of three qianbi (approx. 9-10g), decocted in one sheng (approx. 200ml) of water until reduced to six-tenths. Strain and take warm on an empty stomach, at noon, and before bed.
Pill of Rehmanniae Radix (Dihuang Wan) for treating various sores during pregnancy:
