论曰，齿者骨之所终，髓之所养，摧伏诸谷，号为玉池，揩理盥漱，叩琢导引，务要津
液荣流，涤除腐气，令牙齿坚牢，龈槽固密，诸疾不生也，圣惠论或缘揩理无方，招风致病
者，盖用之失宜，反以为害，不可不知也。

Take as needed, morning or night, to rub teeth inside and out. Long-term use makes beard and sideburns dark and lustrous, teeth firm and white, and removes bad breath.
