[Discussion] The condition of teeth protruding (gingival recession leading to exposed tooth roots, making teeth appear elongated) is caused by deficiency in the Hand-Yangming Large Intestine Meridian, invasion by wind-cold pathogenic factors, and the interaction with fluids in the gums, transforming into pus. This leads to atrophy and retraction of the gingival tissue, exposure of the tooth roots, and consequently, the protrusion of teeth.
Formula for treating protruding and loose tooth roots, as well as canker sores (a disease characterized by gum ulceration, bleeding, and halitosis) eroding the lips, penetrating and corroding the teeth: Qingdai San (Indigo Naturalis Powder).
