论曰五痔之疾，或出鼠乳，或发寒热，或生疮，或痒痛，或下血。其证不一。治之不早
，劳伤过度，则毒瓦斯浸渍，肌肉穿穴，疮口不合，时有脓血，故成痔 。经曰∶痔久不瘥变

治痔疮傍穿数穴，脓血不止，并肠风脱肛等疾。二矾丸方

与前药一处研匀，却入前乳香等膏，和丸如绿豆大，每服一丸，空心清茶下。兼治肠风等疾

上四味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，空心温酒调下，日晚再服。

蜀椒（去目并闭口炒出汗木杵轻捣取红四两） 藤子（大者一个劈破炙）
上二味，捣罗为末，枣肉和丸，如梧桐子大。每服十五丸，至二十丸，空心温酒下。
治诸痔疾有头，因穿破后成 ，脓水经年不干。麝香散方

上二味，先将鸽粪，于净地上火 ，烟尽候冷，与麝香同研为散，每服二钱匕，空心米
饮调下，晚再服。
治诸痔 ，有疮脓出痛楚。鲮鲤甲散方

论述说：五痔这种疾病，有的表现为肛门突出如鼠乳状，有的伴有寒热症状，有的生成疮疡，有的感到瘙痒疼痛，有的出现便血。其证候表现不一。如果治疗不及时，导致劳伤过度，那么毒邪之气就会浸渍肌肤，致使肌肉穿孔溃烂，疮口无法愈合，时常流出脓血，从而形成痔疮。医经上说：“痔疮日久不愈，会转变为瘘管。”说的就是这个道理。
治疗痔疮旁侧穿漏多个孔穴、脓血不止，以及肠风、脱肛等疾病的二矾丸方：
白矾（烧至汁液流尽）、绿矾（烧过）、栝蒌（烧至保留药性）、枳壳皮（烧至保留药性）、诃黎勒（煨制去核）、附子（炮裂去皮脐）。以上十二味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用醋煮面糊为粘合剂，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用二十丸，空腹及睡前用温酒送服。
治疗痔疮日久不愈，肛旁穿漏孔穴，时常流出脓血的紫金丸方：
龙脑、麝香、乳香、雄黄、密陀僧（均研细后炒各一两）、砒霜（半分）、丹砂、阿魏、安息香。以上九味药，先将乳香、安息香、阿魏用热水浸泡至柔软，研成膏状；再将龙脑、麝香、丹砂、密陀僧、雄黄合研成粉末；将砒霜加入绿豆粉二钱，一同研细。再用巴豆三粒，去皮心膜，压榨出油，也研细，与前药混合研匀，然后加入前面的乳香等膏状物，调和制成绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，空腹用清茶送服。兼治肠风等疾病。
治疗各种痔疮及反花疮等疾病的乳香丸方：
乳香（研半两）、生干地黄（在瓦上焙干并用醋浸后烘干）、雄黄（研）、黄蜡（各一两）、麝香（研）、龙脑。以上八味药，捣碎研成粉末，熔化黄蜡作为粘合剂，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用十丸，用麦门冬煎汤送服。留少许药末外敷患处，欲贴敷时，先用橘叶和葱汤清洗患处。
治疗痔疮脓血不止的六神丸方：
鲮鲤甲（烧成灰）、皂荚刺（烧成灰）、枳壳皮（烧成灰）、雄黄（研）、硫黄（研）、鹤虱（研成末，等分）。以上六味药，再次混合研匀，用麝香水煮面糊，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用十五丸，空腹煎饴糖酒或开水送服，可加量至二十丸。
治疗痔疮脓血不止，积年不愈的鹤虱丸方：
鹤虱（炒）、雷丸、白矾灰（各一两）、皂荚刺、硫黄（研，各半两）。以上五味药，捣碎研成粉末，用醋煮面糊调和制成梧桐子大小的丸药。以雄黄粉末为衣，每次服用二十丸，用麝香温酒送服，空腹饭前服用。
治疗痔疮及脏毒下血的如圣饼方：
寒食面、铅丹（研）、白矾（烧至汁尽研）、轻粉（研）、硫黄（研，等分）。以上五味药，同研均匀，用倒流水拌和做成饼，大小如铜钱。每次发作时，用慢火烤至焦黄熟透，一个饼分四次服用，用温熟水嚼服，每日午夜卧床时服用。
治疗痔疮的麝香散方：
麝香（研三钱）、槐花（半生半炒）、荆芥穗（各一分）、千针草（去枝根半两）、雄黄（研三钱）。以上五味药，捣碎研成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，用温酒调服，临睡前服用。
治疗痔疮，消肿止痛的当归汤方：
当归（切后焙干）、大黄（煨后锉碎）、赤芍药、甘草（炙，各一两）。以上四味药，捣罗成粗末，每次取二钱匕，加水一盏，煎至八分，去渣稍热服用，轻微腹泻一次即为有效。
另一用法是用乳香一钱、雄黄半钱、诃黎勒皮半两，同捣研成粉末，用一枚去核的大枣，纳入药末二钱匕，用枣肉包裹纸中煨熟，分两次服用，用茶清嚼服，与前药交替服用也可以。
治疗各种痔疮，脓血不绝、身体消瘦的鸡血藤散方：
鸡血藤子（三个，生油涂后炙熟取肉）、续断、鸡冠花（炒）、乌贼鱼骨（去甲炙，各一两）。以上四味药，捣罗成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹用温酒调服，晚上再服一次。
治疗痔疮不限年月深浅，肿痛穿漏，脓血不止的蜀椒鸡血藤子丸方：
蜀椒（去目并闭口，炒出汗，木杵轻捣取红色部分四两）、鸡血藤子（大的一个劈破炙）。以上两味药，捣罗成粉末，用枣肉调和制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用十五丸至二十丸，空腹用温酒送服。
治疗各种有头的痔疮，因穿破后形成瘘管，脓水经年不干。麝香散方：
麝香（研半两）、鸽粪（一升）。以上两味药，先将鸽粪放在干净地面上用火焚烧，烟尽后待冷却，与麝香同研成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹用米饮调服，晚上再服一次。
治疗各种痔疮，有疮脓出且疼痛的鲮鲤甲散方：
鲮鲤甲（炙焦五两）、麝香（研一分）。以上两味药，捣研成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹煎黄耆汤调服，早晚各服一次。
治疗各种痔疮出脓水，疼痛不止的韭根汤洗方：
韭根（晒干）、蜀椒（去目并闭口，炒出汗）、野李根、蛇床子、续断、芜荑仁、皂荚白皮、松脂（各一两）、白矾（半两）。以上九味药，细锉拌匀，每次取二两用水三碗，煎至二碗，滤去渣滓，趁热在盆内先熏后洗，每日三次。
治疗痔疮有疮成窍，脓血不止的丹粉散方：
铅丹、盐豉（各一两）、腻粉（半两）、大蒜（一颗去皮切碎）。以上四味药，先将蒜捣烂，再加入其余药物，同捣成薄饼，焙干研成细散，每次取少许贴敷患处，每日三到五次。
治疗各种痔疮疽疮的丹砂涂敷方：
丹砂、麝香、蛇蜕（烧成灰，各一分）。以上三味药，同研极细。先用盐汤清洗疮口拭干，然后涂敷，每日三到五次。
治疗痔疮有头，或如鼠乳状的如圣膏方：

She Xiang (Musk, ground, three qian), Huai Hua (Sophora flower, half raw half roasted), Jing Jie Sui (Schizonepeta spike, one fen each), Qian Zhen Cao (Centella asiatica, stems and roots removed, half tael), Xiong Huang (Realgar, ground, three qian). The above five ingredients are pounded and ground into powder. Take two qian bi per dose, mixed with warm wine and taken orally before bedtime.
Dang Gui Tang (Angelica Decoction) for treating hemorrhoids, reducing swelling and relieving pain:
Dang Gui (Angelica sinensis, sliced and baked), Da Huang (Rhubarb, stewed and chopped), Chi Shao Yao (Red Peony Root), Gan Cao (Licorice, roasted, one tael each). The above four ingredients are pounded into coarse powder. Take two qian bi per dose, add one cup of water, decoct until reduced to 80%, filter the dregs, and drink slightly warm. Mild diarrhea once indicates efficacy.
Alternative prescription: Use one qian of Frankincense, half qian of Realgar, and half tael of Terminalia chebula peel. Pound and grind into powder. Jiu Gen (Leek root, sun-dried), Shu Jiao (Sichuan pepper, remove eyes and closed-mouth ones, roast until sweat appears), Ye Li Gen (Wild plum root), She Chuang Zi (Cnidium fruit), Xu Duan (Dipsacus root), Wu Yi Ren (Myristica seed), Zao Jia Bai Pi (Gleditsia sinensis white bark), Song Zhi (Pine resin, one tael each), Bai Fan (Alumen, half tael). The above nine ingredients are finely chopped and mixed evenly. Take two liang per batch, add three bowls of water, decoct until two bowls remain, filter out the dregs. While hot, fumigate and then wash in a basin. Do this three times a day.
Dan Fen San (Cinnabar and Calomel Powder) for treating hemorrhoids with sores forming orifices and continuous pus and blood discharge:
Qian Dan (Lead tetroxide), Yan Chi (Salted black soybeans, one tael each), Ni Fen (Calomel, half tael), Da Suan (Garlic, one clove, peeled and chopped). The above four ingredients: First, pound the garlic until mushy, then add the remaining medicines, pound together into thin cakes, bake until dry, and grind into fine powder. Luo Pi Wan (Snail Shell Pills) for treating the five types of hemorrhoids that have not healed for years and gradually turn into fistulas:
Luo Pi (Snail shell, roasted until scorched), Long Gu (Fossilized bones, two taels each), Huang Qi (Astragalus root, finely chopped), Dang Gui (Angelica sinensis, chopped and baked), Zhi Qiao (Aurantium fruit, pulp removed, bran-roasted), Gan Jiang (Dried ginger, processed, amounts unspecified in text). The above eight ingredients are pounded and sifted into fine powder. Blend with refined honey to form pills the size of sophora seeds.
