取上一味药，放入瓷盒中，用泥密封固定，以微火煅烧，保留药性后研成粉末。先用温水清洗患处，用药末进行熏蒸，熏毕之后，再将药末撒在患处，用薄纸粘贴覆盖。
治疗营卫不调、肠道下血，以及治疗五种痔疮出血不止，消散下部毒气引起的肿痛。比圣丸方：
椿荚（十两，炒制） 生蕈（二两） 甘草（二两，细锉后炙至黑色）
以上三味药，一同捣碎过筛制成粉末，用炼蜜调和做成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五十丸，空腹、饭前用米汤送服。
治疗各种痔疮：牡痔、牝痔、脉痔、肠痔、血痔等。鹿茸丸方：
鹿茸（酒浸后炙至黄色） 附子（炮裂，去皮和脐） 龙骨（破碎研细） 黄芪（炙后锉碎） 桔梗（锉碎炒制） 干姜（去瓤，麸皮炒制） 当归 黄连（去须，各一两半） 桂枝（此处原文似有缺漏，依上下文推测为桂类药材，按原文“桂”处理）
以上十九味药，捣碎过筛制成粉末，用炼蜜调和做成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，空腹时煎柏叶汤送服，晚上再服一次。
治疗各种痔疮。乌蛇散方
Take the aforementioned single herb, place it in a porcelain box, seal it firmly with mud, calcine it over a gentle fire until its nature is preserved, then grind it into powder. First, wash the affected area with warm water, fumigate with the drug powder, and after fumigation, sprinkle the powder onto the lesion and cover it with thin paper.
Treats disharmony of Ying and Wei (Nutritive and Defensive Qi), bleeding from the intestines, as well as continuous bleeding from the five types of hemorrhoids, and dissipates swelling and pain caused by toxic vapors in the lower body. Formula for Biseng Wan:
Celastrus Semen (Shan Zhu Yu, 山茱萸 - *Note: Context suggests Celastrus or similar, but text says Chun Jia which is Toona sinensis fruit pod, WHO term: Toonae Fructus*) (ten taels, stir-fried) Sheng Xun (Raw Mushroom) (two taels) Gancao (Licorice Root, 甘草) (two taels, finely cut and roasted until black).
The above three herbs are crushed, sifted into powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach before meals with rice drink.
Treats various hemorrhoids: Mu Hemorrhoids (external protruding hemorrhoids), Pin Hemorrhoids (internal retracted hemorrhoids), Mai Hemorrhoids (vascular hemorrhoids), Chang Hemorrhoids (intestinal hemorrhoids), Xue Hemorrhoids (bleeding hemorrhoids). Formula for Lurong Wan:
Lurong (Deer Antler Glue, 鹿角胶 - *Text says Lu Rong, Deer Antler, 鹿茸*) (soaked in wine and roasted until yellow) Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root, 附子) (roasted until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed) Longgu (Fossilized Bones, 龙骨) (crushed and ground) Huangqi (Astragalus Root, 黄芪) (roasted and cut) Jiegeng (Platycodon Root, 桔梗) (cut and stir-fried) Shenggan Jiang (Dried Ginger, 干姜) (pulp removed, bran-roasted) Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, 当归) Lian (Coptis Rhizome, 黄连) (mustaches removed, each one-and-a-half taels) Gui (Cinnamon Twig, 桂枝).
The above nineteen herbs are crushed, sifted into powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with decoction of Biye (Biota Tops, 侧柏叶), and take another dose in the evening.
Treats various hemorrhoids. Formula for Wushe San.
