匀布丹砂，又以余桂一两复之。即下合置甑中，先布糯米浓三寸，乃置合，又以糯米拥复上，
亦令上米浓三寸许，桑薪火蒸之。每五日换米桂，其甑蔽可用完竹子为之，不尔，蒸多甑堕
下釜中也，甑下侧开一小孔子，常暖水用小竹子注添釜中。勿令水减，第一五日用春火，如
常炊饭，兼夜。每二五日兼夜，用夏火，猛于饮饭。第三五日用秋火，似炊饭乍缓乍急，兼
夜。第四五日用冬火，兼夜。火缓于炊饭，根据五行相生，用文武火助之，药成。即出丹砂，
以玉椎，力士钵中研之。当腻如面，即可服之。以楮实煎丸，如梧桐子大。每日食前服一丸，
每日三食，计服三丸，炼成丹砂二十两为一剂，二年服尽，尽后每十年即炼服三两，仍取正
月一日起，服一月使尽，即须每十年三两，不可旋合，宜预炼取一剂。
论曰肾主水，受五脏六腑之精而藏之，所谓天一在脏本立始也。若肾脏衰，精气不固，
或因溲而出，或因闻见而溢，或因虚劳，漏泄精气。或因邪气乘虚，客于阴为梦遗，皆肾虚
也，宜补以固之，故法宜以涩去脱。
治精气不固，诸虚百损。太一金 丹方

上四味，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸如梧桐子大，空心盐汤或酒下三十丸。
治梦泄。神效散方

上二味，水煮合宜，去猪苓，将茯苓焙干，捣罗为散。每服一钱匕，温酒调下，空心夜
卧各一服。
治梦泄，除痰利胸膈。半夏丸方
半夏（二两汤洗七遍入猪苓四两锉同炒令猪苓紫色去猪苓用半夏）
上一味，捣罗为末，酒面糊和丸，如梧桐子大。每服十五丸，空心温粥饮下。
治因多饮，积热自KT ，致梦泄。黄甘丸方
黄柏（去粗皮） 甘草（等分）
上二味，并生捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸如梧桐子大，每服二十丸，空心夜卧温热水或麦门冬
汤下
治热盛梦泄，怔忪恍惚，膈壅舌干。清心丸方
黄柏（去粗皮锉一两）
上一味，捣罗为末，入龙脑一钱匕同研匀。炼蜜和丸如梧桐子大，每服十丸至十五丸，
浓煎麦门冬汤下。
治肾脏虚冷，腰胯酸疼， 膝冷痹，夜多小便，梦寐遗泄。日渐羸瘦，面无颜色
，兼治女人恶露，赤白带下。韭子丸方
韭子（七升净拣）
上一味，以醋汤煮千百沸，取出焙干，旋炒令作油麻香，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸如梧桐
子大。每日空心温酒下二十丸，加至三十丸。
将丹砂均匀铺布，再用剩余的一两桂枝覆盖在上面。随即放入合器中，置于甑内，先在底部铺设三寸厚的糯米，然后放入合器，再用糯米拥覆在上方，同样使上层的米厚约三寸，用桑木柴火进行蒸制。每五天更换一次米和桂枝，甑盖可以用完整的竹子制作，否则蒸煮次数多了，甑可能会掉落进釜中。在甑的侧面开一个小孔，经常用细竹管向釜中添加温水。不要让水减少，前五个夜晚使用“春火”，像平常做饭一样，整夜不停。接下来的五个夜晚使用“夏火”，火势比煮饭时猛烈。第三个五个夜晚使用“秋火”，火候像做饭时忽缓忽急，整夜不停。第四个五个夜晚使用“冬火”，火候比煮饭时缓和，根据五行相生的原理，用文武火辅助加热，药物就制成了。取出丹砂，用玉杵在力士钵中研磨。应当磨得像面粉一样细腻，就可以服用了。用楮实子煎汁泛丸，大小如梧桐子。每天饭前服用一丸，每日三餐，共计服用三丸，炼成的丹砂二十两作为一剂，两年服完，服完后每十年再炼制服用三两，仍从正月初一开始，服用一个月使其服尽，必须每十年准备三两，不可临时合制，应预先炼制好一剂。
论述说：肾主水，接受五脏六腑的精气而贮藏它，这就是所谓的“天一”在脏中确立的根本。如果肾脏衰弱，精气不固，或者因为小便而流失，或者因为见闻刺激而溢出，或者因为虚劳，导致精气漏泄。或者因为邪气乘虚而入，客居于阴部导致梦遗，这些都是肾虚的表现，应该用补益的方法来巩固它，所以治法适宜用收敛固涩的方法去除滑脱之症。
治疗精气不固，各种虚损百病。太一金丹方：钟乳石（粗捣干净，淘洗，取淡竹叶一把、地榆半两切碎，一同放入沙铫内用水煮一个时辰，取出钟乳石，干净淘洗后研细，用水飞法取细粉，不停地研磨三天直到研磨时无声，加入面粉焙干，取二两）、芡实（带壳晒干）、大豆黄卷（微炒）、巴戟天（去心）、附子（炮裂，去皮脐）、补骨脂（炒熟）、鹿茸（去毛，涂酥炙，各一两）、肉苁蓉（酒浸一夜，去掉皱皮，切片蒸烂，研成膏，三两）。以上八味药，除了膏剂外，捣碎过筛成末，加入苁蓉膏。捣上千百下，如果太硬，再加入炼蜜一起捣，制成如梧桐子大的丸药。每次服用十丸，空腹及睡前用温盐酒送服，一个月后精气秘固。能还元补脑，使面色目光明亮，精神清爽，一百天后肌肤充盈悦泽，胡须头发光亮润泽，各种气病及多年积累的伤惫冷疾都能痊愈，常服可补气延年。
治疗虚损，祛除风邪，闭精固守元阳。九物金丹方：龙齿、败龟（酥炙）、雄蚕蛾（未交配过的）、巴戟天（去心）、白莲花（叶各半两）、莲子心、肉苁蓉（各一两）、雄鸡肝（一分）、山芋（二两）。以上九味药，捣碎过筛成末，用面糊调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。每次服用十丸，空腹用温酒送服。
秘精，补肾元，强意志，解虚烦。韭子丸方：韭子（微炒）、巴戟天（去心）、桑螵蛸（切碎炒）、菟丝子（酒浸后另捣）、牛膝（酒浸焙干）、牡蛎（左顾者，火煅）、熟干地黄（各一两）、干姜（炮制半两）。以上八味药，捣碎过筛成末，用醋煮面糊调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。每次服用二十丸，空腹用盐汤送服。
补虚，固精。固精丸方：补骨脂（炒成末半两）、莲子心（末）、安息香（各一分，将安息香用水化为汁，三种药无灰酒一升熬成膏）、丹砂（研细）、沉香（末）、山茱萸（末）、矾蝴蝶（枯如粉，各半两）。以上七味药，除了前面的膏剂外，细细研磨均匀，与前膏混合制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。每次服用十丸，煎桃仁酒送服，空腹及饭前服用。
固精，补元气，悦颜色，实丹田。还元丸方：木香、干莲子（去心，各二两）、沉香（末）、天雄（长大的，用水浸泡一顿饭的时间，新水又浸泡两顿饭的时间，去皮脐，候干，用文武火炮裂，在地坑内用碗覆盖一个时辰，各二两）、龙骨（为末，研磨千遍，用粗甘草半两煎水一升，飞过更研取二两）。以上五味药，捣碎过筛成末研匀，用煮熟鸡蛋黄调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。每天空腹用新水或温酒送服三十丸。

治疗肾脏虚惫，遗精盗汗梦交。煨肾附子散方：猪肾（一只）、附子（末一钱）。以上两味药，将猪肾剖开，放入附子末，用湿纸包裹煨熟，空腹稍热时服用，随即饮酒一盏送下。
治疗梦泄。补骨脂丸方：补骨脂（炒四两）、龙骨、山茱萸、巴戟天（去心，各一两）。以上四味药，捣碎过筛成末，炼蜜调和制成如梧桐子大的丸药，空腹用盐汤或酒送服三十丸。
治疗梦泄。神效散方：白茯苓（去黑皮一两）、猪苓（去黑皮二钱）。以上两味药，水煮合适，去掉猪苓，将茯苓焙干，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，温酒调下，空腹及夜卧各服一次。

治疗因多饮，积热自生，导致梦泄。黄甘丸方：黄柏（去粗皮）、甘草（等分）。以上两味药，并生捣碎过筛成末，炼蜜调和制成如梧桐子大的丸药，每次服用二十丸，空腹及夜卧用温热水或麦门冬汤送服。
治疗热盛梦泄，怔忪恍惚，膈壅舌干。清心丸方：黄柏（去粗皮锉碎一两）。以上一味药，捣碎过筛成末，加入龙脑一钱匕同研均匀。炼蜜调和制成如梧桐子大的丸药，每次服用十丸至十五丸，浓煎麦门冬汤送服。
治疗肾脏虚冷，腰胯酸疼，膝盖冷痹，夜间多小便，梦寐遗泄。日渐消瘦，面无颜色，兼治女人恶露，赤白带下。韭子丸方：韭子（七升，净拣）。以上一味药，用醋汤煮千百沸，取出焙干，随炒令作油麻香，捣碎过筛成末，炼蜜调和制成如梧桐子大的丸药。每天空腹用温酒送服二十丸，加至三十丸。
Spread Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) evenly, and then cover it with the remaining one tael of Cinnamon Twig (Guizhi, 桂枝). Immediately place the combined vessel into a steamer (Zeng, 甑), first spreading three cun thick glutinous rice at the bottom, then placing the combined vessel inside, and covering the top with glutinous rice, also making the upper layer of rice about three cun thick. Steam it using mulberry wood fire. Change the rice and cinnamon every five days. The lid of the steamer can be made from intact bamboo; otherwise, after many steamings, the steamer might fall into the pot. Open a small hole on the side of the steamer, and frequently add warm water to the pot using a thin bamboo tube. Do not let the water level decrease. For the first five nights, use "Spring Fire," cooking like ordinary rice, continuously through the night. For the next five nights, use "Summer Fire," which is fiercer than cooking rice. For the third five nights, use "Autumn Fire," similar to cooking rice but alternating between slow and fast heat, continuously through the night. For the fourth five nights, use "Winter Fire," continuously through the night, with heat slower than cooking rice. According to the generation cycle of the Five Elements (Wu Xing, 五行), assist with mild and strong fires until the medicine is prepared. Take out the Cinnabar, grind it in a mortar using a jade pestle. It should be ground as fine as flour, then it can be taken. Use juice from Broussonetia papyrifera fruits (Chushi, 楮实) to coat the pills, making them the size of Sophora japonica seeds (Wutongzi, 梧桐子). Take one pill before meals each day. With three meals daily, take three pills in total. Twenty taels of refined Cinnabar constitute one dose. Finish this dose over two years. After finishing, refine and take three taels every ten years, starting from the first day of the first lunar month. Take it for one month until finished. You must prepare three taels every ten years; do not mix them temporarily, but refine one dose in advance.
It is stated: The Kidney (Shen, 肾) governs Water and receives the essence of the Zang-Fu organs to store it. This is what is meant by "Tian Yi" (Heavenly One) establishing its foundation in the Zang organs. If the Kidney is weak, the essence and Qi are not secure, leading to loss through urination, overflow due to sensory stimuli, or leakage of essence due to deficiency and fatigue. Or, pathogenic factors may take advantage of the deficiency and lodge in the Yin aspect, causing nocturnal emission during dreams. All these are manifestations of Kidney Deficiency (Shen Xu, 肾虚). They should be treated by tonification to consolidate, so the method should employ astringent properties to prevent leakage.
For treating insecure essence and various deficiencies and damages: Taiyi Golden Pill Formula (Taiyi Jindan Fang, 太一金丹方): Stalactite (Zhongru, 钟乳) (coarsely crushed, cleaned, washed with one handful of Lophatherum Herb [Dan Zhuye, 淡竹叶] and half a tael of Cutleaf Groundsel Root [Diyu, 地榆] chopped, boiled together in a clay pot with water for one double-hour period, remove the stalactite, clean and wash finely, use water flotation to obtain fine powder, grind continuously for three days until silent, add flour and bake to obtain two taels); Euryale Seed (Qianshi, 芡实) (dried with shell); Fermented Soybean (Dadou Huangjuan, 大豆黄卷) (lightly stir-fried); Morinda Officinalis Root (Bajitian, 巴戟天) (heart removed); Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi, 附子) (processed until cracked, skin and umbilical scar removed); Psoralea Fruit (Buguzhi, 补骨脂) (stir-fried until cooked); Deer Antler without Bone (Lurong, 鹿茸) (hair removed, coated with butter and roasted, one tael each); Cistanche Stem (Roucongrong, 肉苁蓉) (soaked in wine overnight, wrinkled skin removed, sliced, steamed until soft, ground into paste, three taels). The above eight ingredients, except for the paste, are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with the Cistanche paste. Pound for thousands of times; if too hard, add refined honey and pound again. Form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take ten pills each time, with empty stomach and before sleep, downed with warm salted wine. After one month, essence will be secured. It restores origin and nourishes the brain, brightens complexion and eyes, refreshes spirit, fills and pleases skin and muscles within one hundred days, makes beard and hair lustrous, cures various Qi disorders and chronic cold diseases resulting from injury and fatigue, and tonifies Qi and prolongs life when taken regularly.
For treating deficiency damage, expelling wind, securing essence, and consolidating Yuan Yang (Primordial Yang): Nine-Ingredient Golden Pill Formula (Jiuwu Jindan Fang, 九物金丹方): Dragon Teeth (Longchi, 龙齿); Tortoise Plastron and Carapace (Baigui, 败龟) (roasted with butter); Male Silkworm Moth (Xucanye, 雄蚕蛾) (unmated); Morinda Officinalis Root (Bajitian, 巴戟天) (heart removed); White Lotus Flower (Bailianhua, 白莲花) (flower and leaves, half a tael each); Lotus Plumule (Lianzixin, 莲子心); Cistanche Stem (Roucongrong, 肉苁蓉) (one tael each); Male Chicken Liver (Xongjigan, 雄鸡肝) (one fen); Yam (Shanyu, 山芋) (two taels). The above nine ingredients are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with flour paste to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take ten pills each time, with empty stomach, downed with warm wine.
To secure essence, tonify Kidney Yuan, strengthen will, and relieve deficiency vexation: Leek Seed Pill Formula (Jiu Zi Wan Fang, 韭子丸方): Leek Seeds (Jiu Zi, 韭子) (lightly stir-fried); Morinda Officinalis Root (Bajitian, 巴戟天) (heart removed); Mantis Egg Case (Sangpiaoxiao, 桑螵蛸) (chopped and stir-fried); Dodder Seed (Tusizi, 菟丝子) (soaked in wine and pounded separately); Achyranthes Root (Niuxi, 牛膝) (soaked in wine and baked); Oyster Shell (Muli, 牡蛎) (left-facing ones calcined); Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang, 熟干地黄) (one tael each); Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 干姜) (processed, half a tael). The above eight ingredients are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with vinegar-boiled flour paste to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take twenty pills each time, with empty stomach, downed with salted water.
Tonifying deficiency and securing essence: Essence-Securing Pill Formula (Gujing Wan Fang, 固精丸方): Psoralea Fruit (Buguzhi, 补骨脂) (stir-fried into powder, half a tael); Lotus Plumule (Lianzixin, 莲子心) (powder); Benzoin Resin (Anxi Xiang, 安息香) (one fen each; dissolve Benzoin in water, boil the three ingredients with one sheng of unadulterated wine into a paste); Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) (ground); Agarwood (Chenxiang, 沉香) (powder); Cornelian Cherry Fruit (Shanzhuyu, 山茱萸) (powder); Alum Butterfly (Fan Hudie, 矾蝴蝶) (withered like powder, half a tael each). The above seven ingredients, except for the previous paste, are finely ground uniformly and mixed with the paste to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take ten pills each time, downed with decocted Peach Kernel Wine, with empty stomach and before meals.
Securing essence, tonifying Yuan Qi, beautifying complexion, and solidifying Dantian: Origin-Restoring Pill Formula (Huanyuan Wan Fang, 还元丸方): Aucklandia Root (Muxiang, 木香); Dried Lotus Seed (Gan Lian Zi, 干莲子) (heart removed, two taels each); Agarwood (Chenxiang, 沉香) (powder); Aconitum Lateral Preparatum (Tianxiong, 天雄) (large ones soaked in water for one meal's duration, then in fresh water for two meal durations, skin and umbilical scar removed, dried, processed with mild and strong fire, covered with a bowl in a pit for one double-hour period, two taels each); Fossilized Bones (Longgu, 龙骨) (made into powder, ground a thousand times, use half a tael of coarse Licorice Root [Gancao, 甘草] decocted in one sheng of water, floated, ground again to obtain two taels). The above five ingredients are crushed, sifted into powder, ground uniformly, and mixed with cooked chicken egg yolk to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills each time with empty stomach, downed with fresh water or warm wine.
Tonifying middle, calming spirit and stabilizing soul, expelling wind-dampness and labor qi, treating waist and knees, solidifying Yuan Qi, darkening beard and temples, beautifying complexion: Jade True Pill Formula (Yuzhen Wan Fang): Fossilized Bones (Longgu, 龙骨) (crushed, sifted, water-floated three times, re-ground fine, water removed, dried, placed in a cooked silk bag, sewn shut, steamed under five dou of rice once, dried, re-ground fine); Dodder Seed (Tusizi, 菟丝子) (soaked in wine overnight, boiled in wine overnight until soft, wine removed, pounded soft, baked dry into powder, eight taels each); Deer Antler without Bone (Lurong, 鹿茸) (new, tender, with blood, hair removed, roasted with butter, six taels); Leek Seeds (Jiu Zi, 韭子) (cleaned, lightly stir-fried, four taels and a half). The above four ingredients are crushed, sifted into powder, mixed with refined white honey, pounded for a thousand times, and formed into pills the size of small beans. Take seven pills each time with warm wine, twice a day.
Treating Kidney deficiency and exhaustion, nocturnal emission, night sweats, and dream intercourse: Roasted Kidney with Aconite Powder Formula (Weishen Fuzi San Fang, 煨肾附子散方): Pig Kidney (Zhu Shen, 猪肾) (one); Aconite Powder (Fuzi Mo, 附子末) (one qian). The above two ingredients: Slice open the pig kidney, insert the Aconite powder, wrap in wet paper, and roast until cooked. Take slightly warm with empty stomach, followed by one cup of wine.
Treating nocturnal emission: Psoralea Pill Formula (Buguzhi Wan Fang, 补骨脂丸方): Psoralea Fruit (Buguzhi, 补骨脂) (stir-fried, four taels); Fossilized Bones (Longgu, 龙骨); Cornelian Cherry Fruit (Shanzhuyu, 山茱萸); Morinda Officinalis Root (Bajitian, 巴戟天) (heart removed, one tael each). The above four ingredients are crushed, sifted into powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills each time with empty stomach, downed with salted water or wine.
Treating nocturnal emission: Divine Efficacy Powder Formula (Shenxiao San Fang, 神效散方): Poria (Baifuling, 白茯苓) (remove black skin, one tael); Polyporus (Zhu Ling, 猪苓) (remove black skin, two qian). The above two ingredients: Boil in water appropriately, remove Polyporus, bake Poria dry, crush and sift into powder. Take one qian bi each time, mixed with warm wine, once with empty stomach and once before sleep.
