阿胶（炙燥为末一两） 干姜（炮裂为末半两） 薤白（煮烂细研七茎）
上三味。以面五两拌和，薄切如棋子大，熟煮空腹食之，少入五味调和亦得。
治吐痢后，大渴饮水不止。陈米汤方
陈仓米（淘净三合）
上一味。用水二升半，煎至六合，空心食之，日晚再煎食。
治冷痢，寒结不散，日夜无度。粳米饮方
仓粳米（净淘控干四合） 薤白（七茎） 羊肾脂（五两） 豉（用水四升煎取二升去
滓澄清）
上四味。熬肾脂煎薤白令熟，入豉汁与米同煮，空腹食之。
治冷痢，白如鼻涕，脐腹切痛。六味 方
鲫鱼（去鳞切 十两） 干姜（炮） 荜茇 陈橘皮（汤浸去白焙） 胡椒（炒） 莳

上六味。除鱼外，为细末，先将豉汁八合煎令熟，投鱼 ，次入药末五钱匕，搅和煮熟
，乘热空心顿服。
治冷痢不止。赤石脂面方
赤石脂（细研） 云母粉（各半两） 面（五两）
上三味。以水拌和，切作条子，熟煮分两服食之，着盐醋椒葱亦得。
治冷痢，泻不止，食物不消。干姜饼方
干姜（炮为末一两）
上一味。用面五两，拌和作饼子烧熟，空腹食之。
治水痢注泻。羊肉食方
羊肉（除皮膜六两煮熟） 仓米（淘净炒香熟捣末三两）
上二味。薄切羊肉，以仓米末拌掺，随意食之，不拘时。
治水痢及赤白痢。薤白饼方
薤白（细切一握） 鸡子黄（三枚） 蜜蜡（一分）
上三味合和，入面少许作煎饼，空心食之。
治水痢。食羊肝 子方
羊肝（细切五两） 芜荑（微炒少许） 薤白（细切二七茎）
上三味。入少五味，以白面裹，根据食法作 子，候熟空心食之。
治水痢脐腹 痛。鸡子饼方
鸡子三枚（打去壳醋炒熟）
上一味。入面少许，和作饼子炙熟，空腹食之。
治水泻冷劳气痢似鱼脑。 猪肝方
[xiong1]猪肝（洗净一具）
上一味。以酽醋二升，同煮极熟，切作片，入芜荑末调和，空心食之。
治气痢。胡椒馄饨方
胡椒 干姜（炮各半两） 诃黎勒皮（四枚）
上三味。捣罗为末，取精羊肉四两，细切和药，以面裹作小馄饨子，煮熟空腹食之，以
饱为度。
治气痢。炙肝散方
诃梨黎勒皮（一两分为三服）
上一味。捣罗为末，取羊肝批作薄片，勿使相离，以药末入肝叶中，炙熟食之，以瘥为
度，羸瘦加芜荑末少许相和。
治诸痢疾，水泄霍乱，并泄血后，困顿不识人，宜。补虚正气粥饮方
黄 （细锉二两） 人参（一两） 米（二合）
上三味。锉二味如麻豆大，以水三升，同煎取二升，去滓下米煮粥服。

治疗呕吐腹泻后，极度口渴饮水不止。陈米汤方
陈仓米（淘洗干净三合）
以上一味药。用水二升半，煎煮至六合，空腹时饮用，傍晚再煎一次服用。
治疗冷痢，寒邪凝结不散，日夜无度。粳米饮方
仓粳米（净淘控干四合） 薤白（七茎） 羊肾脂（五两） 豆豉（用水四升煎取二升，去渣澄清）
以上四味药。熬炼羊肾脂，用它来煎薤白至熟，加入豆豉汁与米一同煮，空腹食用。
治疗冷痢，大便白色如鼻涕，脐腹部剧烈疼痛。六味方
鲫鱼（去鳞切块十两） 干姜（炮制） 荜茇 陈橘皮（热水浸泡去除白色内瓤焙干） 胡椒（炒制） 莳萝（各一分）
以上六味药。除去鱼外，其余研成细末，先用豆豉汁八合煎煮至熟，放入鱼块，接着加入药末五钱匕，搅拌混合煮熟，趁热空腹一次性服下。
治疗冷痢不止。赤石脂面方
赤石脂（细细研磨） 云母粉（各半两） 面粉（五两）
以上三味药。用水拌和，切成条状，煮熟分两次服用，加盐、醋、花椒、葱也可以。
治疗冷痢，腹泻不止，食物不消化。干姜饼方

以上一味药。用面粉五两，拌和做成饼子烧熟，空腹食用。
治疗水样泄泻痢疾。羊肉食方
羊肉（去除皮膜六两煮熟） 仓米（淘净炒香熟透捣成细末三两）
以上两味药。将羊肉切成薄片，用仓米末拌撒，随意食用，不拘泥时间。
治疗水样泄泻及赤白痢。薤白饼方
薤白（细细切碎一握） 鸡蛋黄（三个） 蜜蜡（一分）
以上三味药混合，加入少许面粉做成煎饼，空腹食用。
治疗水样泄泻。食羊肝包子方
羊肝（细细切碎五两） 芜荑（微炒少许） 薤白（细细切碎十四茎）
以上三味药。加入少量五味调料，用白面包裹，按照制作包子的方法做成包子，等熟了空腹食用。
治疗水样泄泻脐腹疼痛。鸡蛋饼方
鸡蛋三个（打碎去壳用醋炒熟）
以上一味药。加入少许面粉，和匀做成饼子烤熟，空腹食用。
治疗水泻冷劳气痢类似鱼脑。猪肝方
猪肝（洗净一副）
以上一味药。用浓醋二升，同煮极熟，切成片，加入芜荑末调和，空腹食用。
治疗气痢。胡椒馄饨方
胡椒 干姜（炮制各半两） 诃黎勒皮（四枚）
以上三味药。捣碎过筛成细末，取精羊肉四两，细细切碎并与药末混合，用面皮包裹做成小馄饨，煮熟后空腹食用，以吃饱为限度。
治疗气痢。炙肝散方
诃黎勒皮（一两分为三次服用）
以上一味药。捣碎过筛成细末，取羊肝批成薄片，不要使肉片分离，将药末填入肝叶中，烤熟食下，以病愈为限度，身体消瘦者加少许芜荑末混合。
治疗各种痢疾，水样泄泻霍乱，以及便血之后，困顿不知人事，适宜使用。补虚正气粥饮方
黄芪（细细锉碎二两） 人参（一两） 米（二合）
以上三味药。将前两味药锉碎如麻豆大小，用水三升，同煎取二升，去渣后下米煮粥服用。
Treat diarrhea and dysentery. Ejiao Qizi Formula (Ejiao Chess-piece Dough)
Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla, Donkey-hide Gelatin) [1 liang, roasted until dry and ground into powder] Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, Dried Ginger) [0.5 liang, roasted and ground into powder] Xiebai (Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus, Garlic Bulb of Allium macrostemon) [7 stems, boiled until soft and finely ground]
Take the above three ingredients. Mix with 5 liang of wheat flour, cut thinly into pieces the size of chessmen, boil thoroughly, and eat on an empty stomach. A small amount of five flavors (salt, sour, bitter, pungent, sweet) for seasoning is also acceptable.
Treat excessive thirst and continuous drinking after vomiting and dysentery. Chenmi Tang (Aged Rice Decoction)
Chencangmi (Oryza Sativa, Aged Rice from Cangzhou) [3 he, washed clean]
Take the above single ingredient. Add 2.5 sheng of water, decoct until reduced to 6 ge, and consume on an empty stomach. Decoct again in the evening and consume.
Treat cold dysentery, where cold pathogen is knotted and does not dissipate, occurring day and night without restraint. Jingmi Yin (Japonica Rice Drink)
Cangjingmi (Oryza Sativa Japonica Group, Warehouse Japonica Rice) [4 he, cleaned and drained] Xiebai (Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus, Garlic Bulb of Allium macrostemon) [7 stems] Yangshenzhi (Capra Hircus Kidney Fat, Goat Kidney Fat) [5 liang] Chi (Sojae Preparata, Prepared Soybean) [Decoct 4 sheng of water to obtain 2 sheng, remove dregs and clarify]
Take the above four ingredients. Render the goat kidney fat, then use it to cook the Xiebai until done. Add the clarified Chi juice and rice, cook together, and eat on an empty stomach.
Treat cold dysentery, stool white like mucus, with severe cutting pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions. Liuwei Formula (Six-Ingredient Formula)
Jiyu (Cyprinus Carpio, Crucian Carp) [10 liang, scales removed and chopped] Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, Dried Ginger) [roasted] Bibo (Piperis Kadsurae Fructus, Fruit of Piper kadsura) Chenjupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Peel of Tangerine) [steeped in hot water, white pith removed, dried] Hujiao (Piperis Nigris Fructus, Black Pepper) [stir-fried] Shiluo (Anethi Fructus, Dill Fruit) [each 1 fen]
Take the above six ingredients. Except for the fish, grind the rest into fine powder. First, decoct 8 ge of Chi juice until cooked. Add the chopped fish, then add 5 qianbi of the medicinal powder. Stir and cook thoroughly. Take while hot, all at once, on an empty stomach.
Treat unremitting cold dysentery. Chishizhi Mian Formula (Red Halloysite Flour Formula)
Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum, Red Halloysite) [finely ground] Yunmufen (Muscovite Powder, Muscovite) [each 0.5 liang] Mian (Tritici Vulgaris Farina, Wheat Flour) [5 liang]
Take the above three ingredients. Mix with water, cut into strips, boil thoroughly, and divide into two doses for consumption. Adding salt, vinegar, Sichuan pepper, and green onion is also acceptable.
Treat cold dysentery with unremitting diarrhea and indigestion. Ganjiang Bing Formula (Dried Ginger Cake)
Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, Dried Ginger) [1 liang, roasted and ground into powder]
Take the above single ingredient. Mix with 5 liang of wheat flour, form into cakes, roast/bake until cooked, and eat on an empty stomach.
Treat watery dysentery and profuse diarrhea. Yangrou Shi Formula (Mutton Dish)
Yangrou (Ovis Aries Meat, Mutton) [6 liang, skin and membrane removed, boiled until cooked] Cangmi (Oryza Sativa, Warehouse Rice) [3 liang, washed clean, stir-fried until fragrant and cooked, pounded into powder]
Take the above two ingredients. Slice the cooked mutton thinly, sprinkle with the rice powder, and eat as desired, without time restrictions.
Treat watery dysentery and red-and-white dysentery. Xiebai Bing Formula (Garlic Bulb Cake)
Xiebai (Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus, Garlic Bulb of Allium macrostemon) [one handful, finely chopped] Jizihuang (Galli Yolkum, Chicken Egg Yolk) [3 units] Mila (Cera Flava, Yellow Beeswax) [1 fen]
Mix the above three ingredients, add a small amount of wheat flour, make into pancakes, and eat on an empty stomach.
Treat watery dysentery. Shi Yanggan Baozi Formula (Eat Lamb Liver Dumplings)
Yanggan (Hepar Caprae Hircus, Goat Liver) [5 liang, finely chopped] Wuyi (Euodiae Fructus, Fruit of Euodia rutaecarpa) [lightly stir-fried, a small amount] Xiebai (Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus, Garlic Bulb of Allium macrostemon) [14 stems, finely chopped]
Take the above three ingredients. Add a small amount of five flavors (seasonings). Wrap in white wheat flour dough. Prepare according to the method for making dumplings (baozi). When cooked, eat on an empty stomach.
Treat watery dysentery with umbilical and abdominal pain. Jizi Bing Formula (Egg Cake)
Jizi (Gallus Gallus Domesticus Ovum, Chicken Egg) [3 units, cracked, shell removed, stir-fried with vinegar until cooked]
Take the above single ingredient. Add a small amount of wheat flour, mix well, form into cakes, grill/roast until cooked, and eat on an empty stomach.
Treat watery diarrhea, cold consumption qi-dysentery resembling fish brain. Zhu GAN Formula (Pig Liver Dish)
Zhugan (Hepar Sus Scrofa Domestica, Pig Liver) [one whole liver, washed clean]
Take the above single ingredient. Cook thoroughly with 2 sheng of strong vinegar. Slice, mix with Wuyi powder, and eat on an empty stomach.
Treat qi-dysentery. Hujiao Hundun Formula (Pepper Wonton)
Hujiao (Piperis Nigris Fructus, Black Pepper) Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, Dried Ginger) [roasted, each 0.5 liang] Helilepi (Terminaliae Chebulae Pericarpium, Peel of Terminalia chebula) [4 units]
Grind the above three ingredients into powder using a mortar and sieve. Take 4 liang of lean mutton, chop finely, and mix with the powder. Wrap in dough to make small wontons. Boil until cooked, eat on an empty stomach, stopping when full.
Treat qi-dysentery. Zhi Gan San Formula (Roasted Liver Powder)
Helilepi (Terminaliae Chebulae Pericarpium, Peel of Terminalia chebula) [1 liang, divided into three doses]
Grind the above single ingredient into powder using a mortar and sieve. Take goat liver, slice thinly without separating the layers completely. Insert the powder between the liver leaves. Roast until cooked and eat. Continue until recovery. For emaciated patients, add a small amount of Wuyi powder and mix.
Treat various types of dysentery, watery diarrhea, cholera-like symptoms, and post-hematochezia exhaustion leading to unconsciousness. Suitable: Buxu Zhengqi Zhouyin Formula (Tonifying Deficiency and Replenishing Qi Porridge Drink)
Huangqi (Astragali Membranacei Radix, Astragalus Root) [2 liang, finely cut] Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Ginseng Root) [1 liang] Mi (Oryza Sativa, Rice) [2 he]
Finely cut the first two ingredients to the size of hemp seeds. Add 3 sheng of water, decoct together to obtain 2 sheng. Remove dregs, add rice, cook into porridge, and take.
