毒，解野狼毒，射罔毒，其茎叶可以染青。生河内平泽。《药性论》云∶君。味甘。能填骨髓
明目，利五脏，调五腑，利关节，治经络中结气，使人健，少睡，益心力。蓝汁止心烦燥
解蛊毒。日华子云∶吴蓝味苦甘，冷，无毒。治天行热狂，疔疮，游风热毒，风疹，除
渴，杀疳，解毒药，毒箭，金疮血闷，虫蛇伤，毒刺，鼻洪吐血，排脓，寒热头痛，赤
产后血晕。解金石药毒，解野狼毒，射罔毒，小儿壮热、热疳。一云∶尖叶者为胜，甚疗蜂
毒。

动，面上游风去来，目泪出，多涕唾，忽忽如醉，诸寒冷气，心腹坚痛，中恶，猝急肿痛
胁风痛，温中内寒。《药性论》云∶臣。能治腰脚软弱，半身不遂，主胞衣不出，治腹内冷
宿血，养新血，长肉，鼻洪，吐血及溺血，痔 ，脑痈发背，瘰 瘿赘，疮疥，及排脓消瘀
血。得细辛，疗金疮止痛。得牡蛎，疗风头吐逆。白芷为之使。畏∶黄连。

下，大惊入腹，除邪气，养肾，主腰髋痛，坚筋骨，利关节。《药性论》云∶君。恶铁精
杀孽毒。味甘，平。治喉痹。日华子云∶木莲藤汁敷白癜， 疡，风恶疥癣。牡丹、杜仲
使。恶∶铁落。畏∶贝母、菖蒲。生∶岩石。
【蓝实】
味道苦，性寒，无毒。主要功效是解除各种毒素，杀灭蛊毒、疰鬼（一种由邪气引起的传染病）、被毒虫叮咬的毒性，长期服用可以使头发不白，身体轻盈。它的叶汁能解毒，可以解除野狼毒和射罔毒，其茎叶可以用来染青色。产于河内平原沼泽地带。《药性论》记载：它作为君药使用。味道甘。能够填补骨髓，明目，通利五脏，调和五腑，通利关节，治疗经络中郁结的气机，使人精力充沛，睡眠减少，增强心力。蓝汁可以止住心烦燥热，解除蛊毒。日华子说：吴蓝味道苦甘，性冷，无毒。治疗时行热病导致的狂躁，疗疮，游走性的风热毒邪，风疹，消除口渴，杀灭疳积，解药物中毒、毒箭伤、金创血闷、虫蛇咬伤、毒刺伤、鼻出血吐血，排脓，治疗寒热头痛，产后血晕。还能解金石类药物中毒，解野狼毒，射罔毒，小儿高热、热疳。另一种说法是：尖叶的品种效果更好，尤其擅长治疗蜂毒。
【芎】
味道辛，性温，无毒。主要功效是治疗中风入脑引起的头痛，寒痹，筋脉拘挛或弛缓急迫，金创，妇人经血闭阻导致的不孕。消除头脑中的悸动感，去除面部游走不定的风邪，止眼泪，减少鼻涕和唾液，缓解恍惚如醉的状态，驱散各种寒冷之气，治疗心腹坚硬疼痛，中恶邪，突然剧烈的肿痛，胁肋部的风痛，温补中焦并驱除内寒。《药性论》记载：它作为臣药使用。能够治疗腰脚软弱无力，半身不遂，主治胎盘不下，治疗腹内的冷积宿血，滋养新血，促进肌肉生长，治疗鼻出血、吐血及尿血，痔疮，脑痈，发背，瘰疬，甲状腺肿，赘生物，疮疥，以及排脓消散瘀血。与细辛配合，可治疗金创止痛。与牡蛎配合，可治疗头部风邪引起的呕吐逆气。以白芷为使药。禁忌：畏黄连。
【络石】
味道苦，性温，微寒，无毒。主要功效是治疗风热导致的肌肉坏死痈伤，口干舌焦，痈肿不消，喉舌肿胀不通畅，无法吞咽水浆，大惊入腹，驱除邪气，滋养肾脏，治疗腰髋疼痛，坚固筋骨，通利关节。《药性论》记载：它作为君药使用。厌恶铁精，能杀灭孽毒。味道甘，性平。治疗喉痹。日华子说：木莲藤汁外敷可治疗白癜风，溃疡，风邪恶性的疥癣。以牡丹、杜仲为使药。禁忌：厌恶铁落。畏惧：贝母、菖蒲。生长环境：岩石上。
[Indigo Fruit]
Bitter in taste, cold in nature, non-toxic. Primarily resolves various toxins, kills gu poison (parasitic poisoning), zhu ghosts (infectious diseases caused by evil qi), and stinging venom. Long-term consumption prevents graying of hair and lightens the body. The juice of its leaves detoxifies, neutralizing wild wolf毒 (Radix Saposhnikoviae toxicity) and she wang毒 (Aconitum toxicity); its stems and leaves can be used to dye blue. Grows in the plains and marshes of Henei. *Yao Xing Lun* states: It serves as the Sovereign herb. Sweet in taste. It can fill the marrow, brighten the eyes, benefit the five Zang organs, harmonize the five Fu organs, facilitate joint movement, treat Qi stagnation in the meridians, enhance vitality, reduce sleep needs, and strengthen heart power. Indigo juice stops mental restlessness and irritability, resolving gu poison. Ri Huazi states: Wu Lan is bitter and sweet, cold in nature, and non-toxic. It treats epidemic febrile diseases causing mania, carbuncles, wandering wind-heat toxin, wind-rash, relieves thirst, kills pinworms, detoxifies medicines, toxic arrow wounds, traumatic bleeding stagnation, insect and snake bites, poisonous thorn injuries, epistaxis, hematemesis, expels pus, treats alternating chills and fever with headache, and postpartum blood vertigo. It also resolves mineral drug toxicity, wild wolf毒, and she wang毒; pediatric high fever and heat-related pinworm disease. Another view holds that varieties with pointed leaves are superior, especially effective for bee venom.
[Szechuan Lovage Rhizome / Xiong]
Pungent in taste, warm in nature, non-toxic. Primarily treats headache due to wind-stroke invading the brain, cold-bi syndrome, tendon spasms or flaccidity, traumatic injuries, and amenorrhea in women leading to infertility. Eliminates palpitations in the head, removes wandering wind on the face, stops lacrimation, reduces rhinorrhea and salivation, alleviates a trance-like state, dispels various cold pathogens, treats hardness and pain in the heart and abdomen, evil qi invasion, sudden severe swelling and pain, wind-pain in the hypochondrium, warms the middle Jiao, and dispels internal cold. *Yao Xing Lun* states: It serves as the Minister herb. It treats weakness in the waist and legs, hemiplegia, retains the placenta, treats cold stagnant blood in the abdomen, nourishes new blood, promotes flesh growth, treats epistaxis, hematemesis, hematuria, hemorrhoids, brain abscesses, back carbuncles, scrofula, goiter, skin tags, sores and tinea, and expels pus while resolving blood stasis. Combined with Asarum, it treats traumatic injuries and stops pain. Combined with Oyster Shell, it treats wind-pathogen-induced vomiting and counterflow qi. White Angelica Root serves as the Guide herb. Contraindicated: Averse to Coptis Rhizome.
[Nepal Creeper Stem / Luoshi]
Bitter in taste, warm in nature, slightly cold, non-toxic. Primarily treats wind-heat necrosis and carbuncle injuries, dry mouth and scorched tongue, unresolving swellings, throat and tongue swelling causing dysphagia, fright entering the abdomen, dispels evil qi, nourishes the Kidneys, treats lumbar and hip pain, strengthens bones and tendons, and facilitates joint movement. *Yao Xing Lun* states: It serves as the Sovereign herb. Averse to Iron Essence, kills孽毒 (malevolent toxins). Sweet in taste, neutral in nature. Treats throat obstruction (Hou Bi). Ri Huazi states: Juice of the Mulberry Creeper applied externally treats vitiligo, ulcers, and malignant wind-type tinea and psoriasis. Peony Root and Eucommia Bark serve as Guide herbs. Contraindicated: Averse to Iron Filings. Feared: Pinellia Tuber and Acorus Rhizome. Habitat: On rocks.
