治痢下久不瘥神验方。
黄连（八分） 龙骨 赤石脂 浓朴 乌梅肉（各二分） 阿胶（三分） 甘草（一分）
上治，
下筛，浆水服二方寸匕，日二，小儿一钱匕。
治下痢肠滑饮食及服药俱完出者方
猪肝（一斤，熬令干） 黄连 乌梅肉 阿胶（各二两） 胡粉（七棋子大）
上五味为末，蜜丸如梧子，酒服二十丸，日三，亦可散服方寸匕。
治久痢不瘥者方。
羊脂（一棋子） 白蜡（二棋子） 黄连（一升），米醋（七合，煎取稠） 蜜（七合
煎取五合）
乌梅肉（二两） 乱发（灰汁洗去垢腻烧末，一升）
上七味纳铜器中，汤上煎之，搅可丸如梧子，饮服三十丸，日三。
又方 羊脂 阿胶 蜡（各二两） 黍米（二升）
上四味合煮作粥，一服，食后即瘥。
治大下后腹中空竭、胸中虚满、不下食方∶芍药 半夏 甘草（各一两） 浓朴 当归
桂心（各三两） 生姜（五两）
上七味以水八升煮取三升，分三服，二三剂最佳。
治下痢心胸满不快，腹中雷鸣或呕吐方∶
黄连（五两） 橘皮 甘草（各二两） 龙骨 生姜 半夏（各三两） 人参（一两） 大
枣

上八味 咀，以水一斗先煮水一大沸，乃纳药，煮取三升，分四服，妊妇服亦良。
治疗痢疾日久不愈的神效方。

以上药物处理后，
过筛，用浆水送服二方寸匕，每日两次，小儿服用一钱匕。
治疗下痢导致肠道滑脱，饮食和药物都完完全全排出的方子

以上五味药研成末，蜂蜜炼制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，酒送服二十丸，每日三次，也可以散剂服用方寸匕。
治疗久痢不愈的方子。
羊脂（一棋子量） 白蜡（二棋子量） 黄连（一升），米醋（七合，煎至浓稠） 蜜（七合，煎取五合）
乌梅肉（二两） 乱发（用灰汁洗净污垢油腻后烧成炭末，一升）
以上七味药放入铜器中，在热水上煎煮，搅拌至可制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，温水送服三十丸，每日三次。
另一个方子：羊脂 阿胶 蜡（各二两） 黍米（二升）
以上四味药合在一起煮成粥，服用一次，饭后即可痊愈。
治疗大泻之后腹部中空枯竭、胸中虚满、不能进食的方子：芍药 半夏 甘草（各一两） 厚朴 当归 桂心（各三两） 生姜（五两）
以上七味药用水八升煮取三升，分三次服用，服用二三剂效果最佳。
治疗下痢导致心胸胀满不适，腹中肠鸣或呕吐的方子：
黄连（五两） 橘皮 甘草（各二两） 龙骨 生姜 半夏（各三两） 人参（一两） 大枣

以上八味药切碎，用水一斗先煮沸一大滚，然后加入药物，煮取三升，分四次服用，孕妇服用也良好。
A miraculous prescription for treating chronic dysentery that has not healed.
Coptidis Rhizoma (8 fen) Ossa Draconis Lithospermum Rubrum Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex Semen Pruni Mume (each 2 fen) Corium Colla (3 fen) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (1 fen)
Process the above herbs,
sieve them, and administer two *fangcunbi* (a traditional Chinese measuring spoon) with Jiangshui (fermented grain water), twice daily; for children, administer one *qianbi*.
Prescription for treating lower dysentery with intestinal sliding, where food and medicine are expelled completely intact.
Hepar Porci (1 jin, dried by roasting) Coptidis Rhizoma Semen Pruni Mume Corium Colla (each 2 liang) Fucus Sinicus (size of seven chess pieces)
Grind the above five herbs into powder, form pills with honey the size of *wuzi* (seed of a cocklebur), take twenty pills with wine, three times daily; alternatively, take one *fangcunbi* of the powder.

Adipovis Ovis (amount of one chess piece) Cera Flava (amount of two chess pieces) Coptidis Rhizoma (1 sheng), Acetum Oriza (7 he, boiled until thick) Mel (7 he, boiled down to 5 he)
Semen Pruni Mume (2 liang) Capilli Humani Carbonatus (washed with ash lye to remove dirt and grease, then burned to ash, 1 sheng)
Place the above seven ingredients in a copper vessel, boil over hot water, stir until it can be formed into pills the size of *wuzi*, take thirty pills with warm water, three times daily.
Another prescription: Adipovis Ovis Corium Colla Cera Flava (each 2 liang) Pannici Milii Glutinosi Semen (2 sheng)
Boil the above four ingredients together to make porridge; after one dose, recovery occurs immediately after eating.
Prescription for treating emptiness and depletion in the abdomen, empty fullness in the chest, and inability to eat after severe diarrhea.
Paeoniae Radix Alba Pinelliae Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (each 1 liang) Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex Angelicae Sinensis Radix Cinnamomi Ramulus (each 3 liang) Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (5 liang)
Decoct the above seven herbs in 8 sheng of water to obtain 3 sheng, divide into three doses; taking two or three courses is optimal.
Prescription for treating lower dysentery causing chest and heart fullness and discomfort, borborygmus in the abdomen, or vomiting.
Coptidis Rhizoma (5 liang) Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (each 2 liang) Ossa Draconis Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens Pinelliae Rhizoma (each 3 liang) Ginseng Radix (1 liang) Jujubae Fructus

Chop the above eight herbs, boil in 1 dou of water until it boils vigorously, then add the herbs, boil to obtain 3 sheng, divide into four doses; safe for pregnant women as well.
