取鹿靥以佳酒浸令没，炙干纳酒中，更炙令香，含咽汁，味尽更易，尽十具愈
治二三十年瘿瘤，及骨瘤、石瘤、肉瘤、脂瘤、脓瘤、血瘤，或息肉大如杯杆升斗，十
年不瘥，致有漏溃，令人骨消肉尽，或坚或软或溃，令人惊悸，寤寐不安，身体螈缩，愈而
复发方。
乌贼骨 石硫黄（各一分） 钟乳 紫石英 白石英（各二分） 丹参（三分） 琥珀 附
子
胡燕屎 大黄 干姜（各四分）
上十一味，治下筛，以韦囊盛，勿泄气。若疮湿即敷，若疮干猪脂和敷，日三四，以干
为度。若汁不尽，至五剂十剂止，药令人不痛。若不消，加芒硝二两佳。
治瘿瘤方∶
昆布 桂心（各一两） 逆流水柳须（一两） 海藻 干姜（各二两） 羊靥（七枚，
阴干）
上六味，为末，蜜丸如小弹子大，含一丸咽津。
又方 矾石 芎 当归 大黄 黄连 黄芩 白蔹 芍药（各二分） 吴茱萸（一分）
上九味，治下筛，鸡子黄和涂故细布上，随瘤大小浓薄贴之，干则易，着药熟当作脓
脂细细从孔中出，须探脓血尽，着生肉膏。若脓不尽，复起如故。
治痈瘤溃漏及金疮、百疮方。
当归 附子 甘草 白芷 芎 （各一两） 薤白（二两） 生地黄（三两）
上七味， 咀，以猪脂三升半，煎白芷黄去滓，稍以敷之，日三。
又方 狗屎、 鸡子敷之，去脓水如前方说，敷生肉膏取瘥。（方见前二十二卷痈疽
取鹿靥（鹿的甲状腺）用优质酒浸泡至完全淹没，烤干后放入酒中，再次烤至香气四溢，含在口中咽下汁液，味道淡了更换新的，用完十个即可痊愈。
治疗患病二三十年的瘿瘤，以及骨瘤、石瘤、肉瘤、脂瘤、脓瘤、血瘤，有的息肉大如杯杆升斗，十年不愈，导致溃烂穿孔，使人骨骼消瘦肌肉枯尽，有的坚硬有的柔软有的溃破，令人惊恐心悸，睡眠不安，身体抽搐拘挛，即使治愈也容易复发的方剂。
乌贼骨 石硫黄（各一分） 钟乳 紫石英 白石英（各二分） 丹参（三分） 琥珀 附子
胡燕屎 大黄 干姜（各四分）
以上十一味药，研碎过筛，用皮囊盛装，不要漏气。如果疮口湿润就直接敷药，如果疮口干燥就用猪脂调和后敷药，每天三到四次，以干燥为标准。如果脓汁排不尽，用到五剂或十剂为止，此药能止痛。如果不消退，加入芒硝二两效果更佳。
治疗瘿瘤的方剂：
昆布 桂心（各一两） 逆流水柳须（一两） 海藻 干姜（各二两） 羊靥（七枚，阴干）
以上六味药，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如小弹丸大小的药丸，含服一丸并吞咽津液。
另一个方剂：矾石 川芎 当归 大黄 黄连 黄芩 白蔹 芍药（各二分） 吴茱萸（一分）
以上九味药，研碎过筛，用鸡蛋黄调和涂在旧细布上，根据瘤的大小决定布的厚薄进行贴敷，干了就更换，药物受热后会化出脓脂细细从孔中流出，必须探查确保脓血排尽，然后使用生肉膏。如果脓液排不尽，病情会像原来一样复发。
治疗痈瘤溃烂穿孔以及金创、各种疮疡的方剂。
当归 附子 甘草 白芷 川芎（各一两） 薤白（二两） 生地黄（三两）
以上七味药，切碎，用三升半猪脂，煎煮白芷至黄色，去渣滓，稍加温热后敷于患处，每天三次。
Take the deer thyroid (Lu Ye) and soak it in fine wine until completely submerged. Roast it until dry, place it back into the wine, and roast again until fragrant. Hold it in the mouth and swallow the juice; replace with a new one when the flavor fades. Using ten units will result in a cure.
This formula treats goiter nodules (Ying Liu) lasting for twenty to thirty years, as well as bone tumors, stone tumors, flesh tumors, fat tumors, pus tumors, and blood tumors. Some polyps may grow as large as cups, rods, or buckets. If left untreated for ten years without healing, they may lead to ulceration and perforation, causing emaciation of bones and wasting of muscles. The lesions may be hard, soft, or ulcerated, inducing palpitations, anxiety, restlessness during sleep and wakefulness, and muscle spasms or contractures. This is the formula for cases that recur even after apparent recovery.
Sepiae Endoconcha (Wu Mei Gu), Pyritum (Shi Liu Huang) (each 1 fen); Gypsum Fibrosum (Zhong Ru), Fluorite (Zi Shi Ying), Quartz (Bai Shi Ying) (each 2 fen); Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Dan Shen) (3 fen); Succinum (Hu Po); Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fu Zi); Hirundo Nidus (Hu Yan Shi); Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Da Huang); Zingiberis Rhizoma Dryus (Gan Jiang) (each 4 fen).
Grind the above eleven ingredients into powder and sift them. Store in a leather pouch, ensuring no air leakage. Apply directly if the wound is moist; if dry, mix with suet (Porcine Fat) for application. Apply three to four times daily until the area becomes dry. If pus discharge persists, use five to ten doses; this medication relieves pain. If the tumor does not subside, adding two liang of Mirabilite (Mang Xiao) is advisable.
Formula for treating goiter nodules:
Laminariae Thallus (Kun Bu), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Gui Xin) (each 1 liang); Salicis Tenuifoliae Capitulum (Ni Liu Shui Liu Xu) (1 liang); Sargassum (Hai Zao), Zingiberis Rhizoma Dryus (Gan Jiang) (each 2 liang); Ovis Thyroides (Yang Ye) (7 pieces, dried in shade).
Grind the above six ingredients into powder. Form pills with honey, sized like small marbles. Hold one pill in the mouth and swallow with saliva.
Another formula: Alumen (Fan Shi); Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiong); Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui); Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Da Huang); Coptidis Rhizoma (Huang Lian); Scutellariae Radix (Huang Qin); Ampelopsis Radix (Bai Lian); Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shao Yao) (each 2 fen); Evodiae Fructus (Wu Zhu Yu) (1 fen).
Grind the above nine ingredients into powder and sift them. Mix with egg yolk and apply onto old fine cloth. Cut the cloth according to the size of the tumor and apply thickly or thinly as needed. Replace when dry. As the medication warms, pus and lipid will exude slowly from the pores. Ensure all pus and blood are drained before applying the Flesh-Regenerating Ointment (Sheng Rou Gao). If pus is not fully drained, the condition will recur as before.
Formula for treating abscess tumors with ulceration and sinus tracts, as well as metal wounds and various sores.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui); Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fu Zi); Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Cao); Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Bai Zhi); Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiong) (each 1 liang); Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus (Xie Bai) (2 liang); Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Sheng Di Huang) (3 liang).
Chop the above seven ingredients. Decoct in three sheng and half of porcine fat until Bai Zhi turns yellow. Strain out the dregs. Apply while slightly warm to the affected area, three times daily.
Another formula: Apply dog feces and egg yolk to the site. Remove pus and water as described in the previous method, then apply the Flesh-Regenerating Ointment (Sheng Rou Gao) to achieve healing. (See Formula in Volume 22 on Carbuncles and Sores)
