故屋东壁土（一升，研） 皂荚（三挺，各长一尺二寸）
上二味，先捣土为散，挹粉肛头出处，次取皂荚炙暖更递熨，取入则止。
又方 鳖头 故败麻履底（各一枚）
上二味，烧鳖头捣为散，敷肛门滞出头，次将履底按入，即不出矣。
又方 女萎一升，以器中烧，坐上熏之即入。
治脱肛方 蒲黄二两，以猪脂和敷肛上，纳之二三度愈。
治肠随肛出转广不可入方∶
生栝蒌根为粉，以猪脂为膏温涂，随手抑按，自得缩入。
治积冷利脱肛方∶
枳实一枚石上磨令滑泽，钻安柄，蜜涂，炙令暖熨之，冷更易，取缩入止。
又方 铁精粉纳上，按令入即愈。
治脱肛历年不愈方∶生铁三斤，水一斗，煮取五升去铁，以汁洗，日再。
又方 鳖头一枚烧令烟绝，治作屑，以敷肛门上进，以手按之。
又方 炙故麻履底按令入，频按令入，永瘥。

又方 昆布 松萝 海藻（各三两） 海蛤 桂心 通草 白蔹（各二两）
上七味，治下筛，酒服方寸匕，日三。

又方 昆布二两，洗切如指大，醋渍含咽，汁尽愈。

上二味，以三年醋一升，溲面未，曝干，往反醋尽，合捣为散，酒服方寸匕，日三服。

上十二味，治下筛，以牛羊髓脂为丸如梧子，日服三丸。
治疗肛门脱出（脱肛）的方剂。
用旧房屋东面的墙壁土（一升，研碎），皂荚（三挺，每根长一尺二寸）。
以上两味药，先将土捣成散剂，蘸取粉末涂抹在肛门脱出的部位，接着取皂荚烤热后交替熨烫，直到肛门缩回为止。
另一个方子：鳖头、旧的破麻鞋底（各一枚）。
以上两味药，将鳖头烧焦后捣成散剂，敷在肛门脱出的部位，接着用鞋底按压使其复位，即可不再脱出。
又一个方子：女萎一升，在容器中燃烧，坐在上面熏蒸，即可使肛门缩回。
治疗脱肛的方子：蒲黄二两，用猪脂调和后敷在肛门上，纳入两三次即可痊愈。
治疗肠管随肛门脱出且扩大无法回纳的方子：
将生栝蒌根制成粉，用猪脂调成膏状温热涂抹，随手按压，自然就会缩回。
治疗因积冷导致的腹泻并伴有脱肛的方子：
枳实一枚，在石头上磨得光滑润泽，钻一个孔安装手柄，涂蜜，烤热后熨烫，冷了更换，直到缩回为止。
治疗脱肛多年不愈的方子：生铁三斤，水一斗，煮至剩余五升，去掉铁渣，用汁液清洗，每天两次。
又一个方子：鳖头一枚，烧至烟尽，研磨成屑，敷在肛门内上方，用手按压。
又一个方子：烤热的旧麻鞋底按压使其复位，频繁按压使其复位，可永久治愈。
病因为寒冷引起的脱肛，灸脐中穴，剂量根据患者年龄决定（随年壮）。脱肛多年不愈，灸横骨穴一百壮。另外还灸龟尾穴七壮。（龟尾即长强穴附近区域）

又一个方子：小麦面（一升），海藻（一两），特生石（十两）。
以上三味药，用三年的米醋浸泡小麦面，晒干，分别捣成散剂混合，服用一方寸匕，每天四到五次，药物含在口中极化后再咽下。禁止食用姜、五辛、猪肉、鱼类、生菜、大声吹奏、大声诵读、大声说话等。
又一个方子：昆布、松萝、海藻（各三两），海蛤、桂心、通草、白蔹（各二两）。
以上七味药，处理后筛成细粉，用酒送服一方寸匕，每天三次。
又一个方子：海藻、海蛤（各三两），昆布、半夏、细辛、土瓜根、松萝（各一两），通草、白蔹、龙胆（各二两）。
以上十味药，处理后筛成细粉，用酒送服一方寸匕，每天两次，不得重用此方。
又一个方子：昆布二两，洗净切如手指大小，用醋浸泡后含在口中吞咽，汁液喝完即愈。
又一个方子：海藻（一斤，《短剧》作三两），小麦曲（一斤）。
以上两味药，用三年的醋一升，和面未干时，反复翻动直至醋被吸尽，合在一起捣成散剂，用酒送服一方寸匕，每天三次。忌用力屏气。（崔氏说：治疗三十年的瘿瘤。）
又一个方子：
菖蒲、海蛤、白蔹、续断、海藻、松萝、桂心、蜀椒、倒挂草、半夏（各一两），神曲（三两）。
以上十二味药，处理后筛成细粉，用牛或羊的骨髓脂做成梧桐子大小的丸药，每天服用三丸。
Prescription for treating prolapse of the anus (Rectal Prolapse).
Earth from the east wall of an old house (one sheng, ground), Gleditsiae Fructus (Zao Jiao) (three pods, each one chi two cun long).
Take the above two ingredients. First, pound the earth into a powder, dip it in powder, and apply to the protruding part of the anus. Then, take the Zao Jiao, warm it by roasting, and apply alternating heat compresses until the anus retracts.
Another prescription: Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Bie Tou), sole of old worn hemp shoes (each one piece).
Take the above two ingredients. Burn the Bie Tou, pound it into a powder, and apply it to the protruding part of the anus. Then press it back in with the shoe sole, and it will no longer protrude.
Yet another prescription: Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma (Nü Wei) one sheng. Burn it in a vessel, sit over the smoke to fumigate; the anus will retract immediately.
Prescription for treating rectal prolapse: Poria Cocos (Pu Huang) two liang. Mix with suet (Zhu Zhi) and apply to the anus. Insert it two or three times for a cure.
Prescription for treating intestinal prolapse through the anus, enlarged and unable to be reduced:
Fresh Trichosanthis Radix (Gua Lou Gen) made into powder, mixed with suet to form a paste. Apply warmly and press gently with the hand; it will naturally retract.
Prescription for treating rectal prolapse due to accumulated cold and diarrhea:
Immature Bitter Orange (Zhi Shi) one piece. Grind it on a stone until smooth, drill a hole for a handle, coat with honey, roast until warm, and apply as a heat compress. Replace when cool. Continue until retraction is achieved.
Yet another prescription: Ferri Limatura (Tie Jing Fen) inserted into the anus, press to reduce for a cure.
Prescription for treating chronic rectal prolapse that has not healed for years: Raw iron three jin, water ten dou. Boil until five sheng remain, remove the iron residue. Wash with the liquid twice daily.
Yet another prescription: One Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Bie Tou), burn until smoke ceases, grind into fine particles. Apply inside the anus and press with the hand.
Yet another prescription: Roast old hemp shoe soles and use them to press the prolapse back in. Frequently press it back in for permanent cure.
For rectal prolapse caused by cold pathogen, moxa the Zhongwan point (Shenque, CV8) according to the patient's age (number of moxa cones corresponding to age). For chronic rectal prolapse not healing for years, moxa the Henggu point (KI11) 100 cones. Additionally, moxa the Guwei point (Changqiang, GV1) 7 cones. (Guwei refers to the area around Changqiang).

Prescriptions for treating Stone Goiter (Shi Ying), Qi Goiter (Qi Ying), Labor-induced Goiter (Lao Ying), Earth Goiter (Tu Ying), and Worry-induced Goiter (You Ying):
Sargassum (Hai Zao), Arca Concha (Hai Ge), Gentianae Radix (Long Dan), Tetsii Caulis (Tong Cao), Ecklonia (Kun Bu), Alumen (Shi, alternatively Shu Shi), Ramulus Usneae (Song Luo) (each three fen), Saccharomyces (Mai Qu) four fen, Pinelliae Rhizoma (Ban Xia) two qian.
Process the above nine ingredients, sift into fine powder. Take one fang cun bi with wine, three times daily. Avoid pork, fish, Five Spices (Wu Xin), raw vegetables, and all difficult-to-digest foods. Effects seen in ten days, cured in twenty days.
Another prescription: Wheat Flour (Xiao Mai Mian) one sheng, Sargassum (Hai Zao) one liang, Te Sheng Shi ten liang.
Soak the wheat flour in three-year-old rice vinegar, dry in the sun. Pound each into powder and mix. Take one fang cun bi, four to five times daily. Hold the medicine in the mouth until fully dissolved before swallowing. Avoid ginger, Five Spices, pork, fish, raw vegetables, loud blowing, loud reading, and loud talking.
Another prescription: Ecklonia (Kun Bu), Ramulus Usneae (Song Luo), Sargassum (Hai Zao) (each three liang), Arca Concha (Hai Ge), Cinnamomi Cortex (Gui Xin), Tetsii Caulis (Tong Cao), Akebiae Caulis (Bai Lian) (each two liang).
Process the above seven ingredients, sift into fine powder. Take one fang cun bi with wine, three times daily.
Another prescription: Sargassum (Hai Zao), Arca Concha (Hai Ge) (each three liang), Ecklonia (Kun Bu), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Ban Xia), Asari Radix (Xi Xin), Benincasa Root (Tu Gua Gen), Ramulus Usneae (Song Luo) (each one liang), Tetsii Caulis (Tong Cao), Akebiae Caulis (Bai Lian), Gentianae Radix (Long Dan) (each two liang).
Process the above ten ingredients, sift into fine powder. Take one fang cun bi with wine, twice daily. Do not increase the dosage.
Another prescription: Ecklonia (Kun Bu) two liang. Wash, cut into finger-sized pieces, soak in vinegar, hold in mouth and swallow. Cure when the juice is exhausted.
Another prescription: Sargassum (Hai Zao) one jin (In *Duan Ju*, three liang), Wheat Yeast (Xiao Mai Qu) one jin.
Mix with one sheng of three-year-old vinegar to knead the dough. Dry, repeat soaking and drying until vinegar is absorbed. Pound into powder. Take one fang cun bi with wine, three times daily. Avoid straining/holding breath. (Cui Shi says: Treats goiters existing for thirty years.)
Another prescription:
Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Chang Pu), Arca Concha (Hai Ge), Akebiae Caulis (Bai Lian), Dipsaci Radix (Xu Duan), Sargassum (Hai Zao), Ramulus Usneae (Song Luo), Cinnamomi Cortex (Gui Xin), Zanthoxyli Fructus (Shu Jiao), Herba Siegesbeckiae (Dao Gua Cao), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Ban Xia) (each one liang), Massa Medicata Fermentata (Shen Qu) three liang.
Process the above twelve ingredients, sift into fine powder. Make pills using beef or sheep marrow fat, size of wu zi (Chinese parasol tree seeds). Take three pills daily.
