以上十四味药研为细末，用蜂蜜调和制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，空腹时，每次用饮送服二十丸。另一种方子用赤石脂四两。
治疗产后虚冷型痢疾的方剂。

以上九味药研为细末，用蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，用酒送服二十丸，每日三次。（《千金翼方》中作散剂，空腹时用饮送服一方寸匕。）

Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix, 3 liang) Bai Tou Weng (Pulsatillae Radix), Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma, each 1 liang) Mi La (Beeswax, size of one square inch) E Jiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin, size of a palm, one piece)
The above five ingredients are coarsely crushed, boiled in 5 sheng of water to obtain 2.5 sheng, the dregs are removed, and the gelatin and beeswax are added and melted. The decoction is divided into three doses, taken three times daily. (Qianjin Yifang includes Gan Jiang [Zingiberis Rhizoma] 1 liang.)
Formula for treating sudden onset of alternating chills and fever with dysentery after childbirth.
Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix, 5 liang) Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Gui Xin (Cinnamomi Cortex, each 1 liang) Da Zao (Jujubae Fructus, 20 pieces) Chi Shi Zhi (Halloysit Rubrum, 2 liang) Dan Zhu Ye (Phyllostachys Viridis Folium, 2 sheng; alternatively, Zhu Pi [Bambusae Caulis in Taedia])
The above seven ingredients are coarsely crushed. Boil the Zhu Ye in 1 dou of water to obtain 7 sheng, remove the dregs, add the other herbs, and boil to obtain 2.5 sheng. Divide into three doses, taken three times daily.

Lan Qing (Isindae Folium, processed by frying) Fu Zi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), Gui Jiu (Podophylli Peltati Rhizoma et Radix), Shu Jiao (Sichuan Pepper, each 1.5 liang) Hou Po (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), E Jiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin, roasted), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 2 liang) Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Long Gu (Fossilium Os seu Dentium)
The above fourteen ingredients are ground into fine powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 20 pills orally with water on an empty stomach. Another version uses Chi Shi Zhi (Halloysit Rubrum) 4 liang.
Formula for treating deficiency-cold type dysentery after childbirth.
Chi Shi Zhi (Halloysit Rubrum, 3 liang) Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Qin Pi (Fraxini Cortex), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 2 liang) Shu Jiao (Sichuan Pepper), Fu Zi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, each 1 liang)

The above three ingredients are processed and sifted. Take one fang cun bi orally with wine, three times daily. Cure within ten days.

Ma Huang (Ephedrae Herba), Guan Zhong (Cyrtomii Rhizoma), Gui Xin (Cinnamomi Cortex, each 1 liang) Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 2 liang) Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Gan Qi (Lac Siccum), each 3 liang)
The above six ingredients are processed and sifted. Take five cuo orally with wine, twice daily. Cure within five days. Taking it with wheat porridge is particularly effective.
